Happy Laundry lost an expensive Agent Provocateur bra that I can't live/travel without, as it fitted perfectly :( They provided a video of the washing leaving, but surprisingly did not have the one in which my washing arrived a few hours earlier. It seemed a bit suspicious, as my laundry was washed in one drum. They offered free washing services in compensation, but it's not really worth it. I made the claim 4 days afterward. Moral of the story is don't send anything you love, and photograph everything in advance! Aside from that, washing was fast and smelt nice.

Estoy de vacaciones en Medellín y decidí viajar a Cartagena. Llevé mi ropa para que la limpiaran. Me la entregaron el mismo día por la tarde. Cuando llego al hotel me doy cuenta que la ropa no tiene olor a limpio. Decido verla y me doy cuenta Que las camisas nunca se lavaron, las doblaron y entregaron para atrás. Estaban exactamente igual de arrugadas como se las entregué. Y lo más triste de todo es que yo por agradecimiento le di propinas a las dos muchachas que estaban trabajando.

Excelente servicio, tarifas justas y claridad con las fechas de entrega de las prendas. Utilicé sus servicios para lavar un traje y todo fue perfecto. Recomiendo el lugar, solo un punto para que tengan presente y es que no hay parqueadero por si van en carro entonces sugiero dejarlo una cuadra arriba porque esa vía es muy transitada

If you’re back packing in Medellin and want to clean your clothes, this is the place. 24,000 COP for a big basket. Me and my partner split this, so it was very cheap. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak great English.

Recogieron las prendas en la puerta de mi casa y allí me las volvieron a dejar a la hora pactada. La ropa me la entregaron súper limpia, doblada por tipo de prenda y color...me hicieron sentir especial. Excelente empresa.

La atención de la chica que recibe la ropa en la caja fue muy mala. Aparte de eso, me dijo que la ropa estaría lista antes de las 6:00 pm y nunca me contactaron, tuve que ir al otro día sin tener idea de que pasó.
