There is plenty of free parking at this Kennedy Commons LCBO location. Sometimes I’m lucky to be treated to a sample of some promo product as I enter a LCBO, but not during this visit. I usually head to the selection of craft beers in cooler room as my first focus before picking up other items. Staff are friendly and helpful. Checkout was efficient and Air Miles Rewards can be collected for each $30 in LCBO purchases each month. Cheers!

All LCBO stores have been nothing but nice. However this store was ahead of other locations in terms of customer service. I just had a unclear picture of a japanese whisky bottle and when one of the employee there saw me struggling finding something, she offered me help and not only told me the name of the brand I was looking but also helped me find a store where it was available.

Place is not too crowded but barely have stuff in stock. Most of the time its out of stock. If you are looking for specific iten its better to call them and ask if the have it in stock. Location is very conveniently located in Kennedy commons which is like just minute away from 401. Plaza is difficult to drive around. Always cars coming out of no where.

There’s a man there named Cryill. He can’t seem to tell when someone is clearly over the age of 25. I saw him not take the ID of 2 other people. But I some how look like an 18 year old getting alcohol at 230 in the afternoon. On top of assuming I was 18 (I’m 28) he was rude about it. I understand it’s a policy but common sense can also be used.

Hey spacious place , they have everything you can think of , all the spirits , alcohol and the sweet alcohols . They have great customer service, the workers were very helpful , they walk you to where the items are . They also have great knowledge on most of the alcohols . The service was in and out and attended to us in a timely manner

Rude staff today. I asked where a specific wine was and the guy was annoyed that customers were asking him questions. Long lineup. The male cashier was rude to the customer in front of me for no reason. When the customer defended herself the male cashier didn't like it. He continued to bad mouth her when she left. Oh my god. It's very nice place. Lots of different different beer, whisky vodka, lot's of brand's available in LCBO. Buy the stuff drink at home. Enjoy your self. Pl. Do not drink and drive. Hey it’s the only show in town!! Staff are friendly and store is well stocked for a good drunk. In all seriousness. It pisses me off the LCBO advertises. Give me a break we all know where to get booze. Put that money to better use. Like support programs that support people who have drinking problems.

This is probably the worst LCBO location that I have ever been to. I went there this morning, and the customer service is very poor. The employees who works here are quite rude, unhelpful and ignorant. Luckily, there are many LCBO locations, ones with much friendlier, and way more pleasant staff.

Avoid this branch!! I went today to buy 2 bottles and the cashier charged me extra it didn’t add up so when I went home I went on the LCBO Website and added the same bottles to my cart and the subtotal was different. Make sure to calculate the total they might charge you extra!!

Great variety of all sorts of LIQUOR. This has been our go to place since we've been in Toronto. Still a bit new in town so can't vouch for their competiveness in terms of prices but they definitely stock everything and yes their shop is wheelchair accessible.

Can't believe you don' have any holiday specials in terms of alcohol. I have seen at many other LCBO locations who have a plethora of selections from whiskeys and spirits with interesting designs and glasses. I have to go to another one now.

Asian guy working at the cashier extremely miserable and poor customer service skills. Did not crack a smile or say hello at all. In fact, he actually gave me attitude in the conversation. Customer beware.

Manager of every LCBO should know most Asian women are forbidden of selling alcohol especially to their own. They must train to know some Asian men are Canadian born or raised and practice Western culture.
