The worst customer service I ever had; the employee who works there it extremely rude, I put some coins in but I wasn’t able to use it as it wasn’t working, when I went and talked to employee he said you have to come and see the manager next week in order to get your money back!! I explained that it is not right, then he said go somewhere else! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Also when you need change for carwash that guy is not happy to help and unwillingly gives you some coins. I’m not going to this terrible place anymore to show them this kind business and rudeness is not welcomed in Canada. Please save your time, have peace of mind and go somewhere else for better service. They have zero respect.

It was pretty straight forward as car washes go. However the major deal breaker was the basic machine they used for putting your coins in. It mentions $2 to get started and that's it. From what I figured out you add lonnies to keep going. Soooo how long does that 2$ last? Doesn't say, nor is there a beeping from the machine when you are low on time or a digital display saying how much time you have. So either guess how many coins you have to put in at random intervals or you will be stuck paying the 2$ to "get started every time. Otherwise, it's pleasant and clean.

Air hose wasn’t working, ate my coin. And also there should be washing etiquettes, No one should be allowed hogging a booth for 40 minutes at peak hours most coin wash has a sign not allowing your own items to cut down on time, not this one apparently, it’s a hand wash so people are allowed to take 30 minutes wash at peak hours when there’s a huge line waiting, According the the Employee. but since it isn’t enforced, everyone feel free to claybar your whole car in there!

2.00 loonie and twoonie only. Perfect for a quick clean which you can do a soap and rinse for two bucks if you're quick about it. It is tight when you enter, and also had an outdoor stall for larger vehicles, and a pet wash! Interesting! Didnt even know a coin op wand wash was on Pembina, So I am happy to have stumbled on this gem!

Pretty standard wand wash location. In winter prepare to wait a bit just to get a stall. That said, if you know what you're doing, you can get a full wash on the cheap. Pressure and amount of pressure time were adequate. Take note that the coin operated machine only takes loonies, and its 2 bucks to get it going.

When they aren't stupid busy you can clean your car well enough. Though I think they should install a timer so you can tell how long you have left before you put in more coins. $2 to start and an additional $1 to continue. But if you let it run out before putting in you $1 you will have to put in $2 to continue.

The outdoor bay is great for washing our Sprinter Van and the big remover works well. Some inconsiderate user before me left a huge muddy mess all around the site. Big chunks of mud that were hard to walk around without getting muddy and in turn got the hose and the clothes very muddy.

Masks are mandatory! Yet I had to ask the employee working behind the register to put a mask on. Also witnessed a person who was washing their car walk in and out of this place (the convenience store) without a mask. Should be reported!

I was short a coin dollar when starting the $2 to start carwash pump after I had already inserted a fair amount of coins on my wash, but let the pump run out. The owner/employee helped me out by funding the rest of my project.

Car wash is a car wash. Not much to say. Other than my vehicle comes out CLEAN every time. Unlike the coop in st Norbert where they question you when you make them aware. Krystal Klear is the best value in town.

Pretty sneaky that they have $2 start but no warning when time is up like most carwashes. So, if u run out.... U have to put in $2 to start again. Only manual carwash in the area... No competition.

Water was cool but not cold. Soap quality was good. Took the film off a black vehicle so it looked pretty clean after. Cheap enough. $10 for a pretty lengthy wash of a fill size pickup.

It's a good cool place to wash car very peaceful unlike other car wash where they keep watching you until you get out lol. Giving 4 stars because the equipments are bit outdated.

We can wash our cars ourselves, we have hot water, soap, form, air etc, available here. We need coins to use this washing pipes it accepts minimum $1 for 1min service.

My very first time of doing selfserve car wash! I thought it was a full service but realized when I got in a d took on the challenge. It was cheap and fun

Tried it again a week later, it still stinks of backed sewage! The smell is overwhelming and will almost make you vomit, that's with both bay doors open.

Cheap. You have to wash yourself. Prepare to get wet. Lol. Bring 1$ coins or else take some from the cashier. 8$ is more than enough to have a good wash.

Had not been there in awhile, however, Today i was very impressed. Lots of foam and nice hot water to wash off. In the past it wasn't like that.

Excellent water pressure, and the length the water spray is great. Only bad thing is that you need to put in two dollars at a time.

It takes awhile for the soap to switch to rinse when you turn the dial to rinse but other then that great place to wash your cars

The entrance and the indoor driveway is a bit tight if you drive a half-ton truck. I find it easier when I enter diagonally.

Friendly staff, not usually much of a lineup. Kinda small stalls, hard for trucks to get in, but cars are good.
