Absolutely seamless experience! I needed a place to store some of my belongings as I was moving and Ly plus the staff at King Kho made it super easy. The facilities are super clean, has 24/7 security but also easily assessable if you need to get things in and out. Highly recommend!

Finally Hanoi has international calibre storage units. I’ve waited years for this. Clean, temperature controlled, secure and pest-proof. Manager Ms Ly speaks excellent English and is professional and helpful. Reasonable prices. KingKho deserves a 5-star rating.

We stored our laptops there while we were traveling through Vietnam. Communication was easy, friendly and everything worked well. There is always a security guard and CCTV observation, but when we got our stuff on a Sunday the exit door was unlocked.
