I really recommend King Living products.I really loved the furniture so I bought all the furniture I needed from them. First of all,the quality is very good so far.What distinguishes these furnitures from other brands is the solid structure which you can see clearly in their showroom.Second, The fabric can be easily replaced because of the zippers provided underneath. My good experience was not limited to the products only.The perfect behaviour and assistance we received from the sales person was also very impressive.Gisa helped me with choosing the products and made the process much easier for me. The only thing was that the delivery was a little late.Also I had a problem with one of my items.The furniture was wrong and they provided me with full refund and $300 credit as compensation which was very satisfying. I hope this company will be successful in its future business and never leave Vancouver.

Two years ago we bought the Delta couch and had excellent customer service! The couch has transformed our living room in a small apartment and the many different configurations we can set it up in. Recently, we came in to buy more side tables for our couch and walked out buying the Promenade Bed with the hybrid mattress. We both have back issues and the moment we laid on the mattress we knew this mattress felt amazing! We also love how the mattress is so versatile. The coils and the topper can be flipped and each side is a different density (med - firm), and we look forward to the warm and cool fit covers. And to add to it the bed lifts up for storage and to make the bed without having to bend down!!Gisela‘s excellent product knowledge and support helped us find our dream bed! We’re so excited!

I am quite familiar with furniture offerings, quality, and pricing in the Canadian retail furniture market and can't say enough good things about King Living. Quality and designs are excellent, their price point offers great value (especially their sale offerings), and service is top notch. If they opened stores in all major cities across Canada, I think they would significantly impact business currently going to competitors. There aren't enough good quality/value offerings for well-designed furniture in Canada and King Living seems to have cracked the recipe. Davy was our sales rep. in Vancouver and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and has a good eye for style/design/colours. Even with shipping costs from Vancouver to Toronto, we are still ahead in terms of pricing/value.

We purchased a sectional sofa in 2021 and there was a problem with the fabric that became evident in the Fall of 2023. We notified the Vancouver store and discovered that the problem was one that has occurred with that particular fabric on other occasions. Althira and Giles at the Vancouver store were very accommodating and helpful, with the end result that we were able to select replacement fabric (different than the original) without any problem. Since the furniture has upholstery that can be replaced by simply unzipping the current fabric and zipping the replacement into place, this will be able to be completed on-site in our home rather than needing to move it to the store or warehouse. We are now waiting for the new fabric and expect replacement early in the New Year.

After searching ALL over the lower mainland, we finally stumbled upon this gem of a furniture store with designs that truly stand out. Not only are their pieces of great quality but they also have a unique flair that I couldn’t find anywhere else. My husband and I popped in three times, each time full of questions, and never once did we feel unwelcome or like we were being a nuisance. A heartfelt thank you to Mark who always had patience and went above and beyond to help us out. He genuinely made us feel that our questions and concerns mattered. If you’re looking for beautiful, unique furniture and excellent customer service, this is the place! We cannot wait to enjoy our beautiful pieces in our new home - thanks again!

Davy from King living is amazing. No pressure service and completely knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased our first Max couch during the height of the pandemic and despite our repeated returns to the store to check out comfort, size and swatches we never felt pressured. We had delays in our house build and Davy was able to push back our delivery date repeatedly. We had no issues with the delivery to our home when we were ready for it. We love our Max couch and it’s holding up well so far. We returned looking for a theater couch 2 years later and looked for Davy again. We received the same great service and purchased the Reo II during the Winter Sale.

Looking for a replacement for our fifteen year old Lazy Boy love seat. We found it a King Living. I liked the fact that the frame is metal and that the material zips on and off. Having the frame on display in the showroom helped us make our decision to go with King Living. The other brands that we looked at had poor reviews for frame and material quality and we wanted something that looked great, comfortable and that would last. That is why we chose King Living. We were told to expect delivery of our new love seat in two months. Hope they don’t disappoint. Our salesman Mark was very knowledgeable and patient during our decision making process.

Cannot recommend highly enough. From the minute we walked in the show room in Vancouver, the sales team (Emile is fantastic) was very knowledgeable about the products, spent loads of time with us making recommendations and while we designed a few key areas of our home. We live outside the lower mainland and our delivery experience has been top shelf - good communication, prompt, and excellent service in our home. The furniture has exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, wear, etc. & every step of our experience has been fantastic. Money well spent and we're spoiled now! They certainly set a high bar for service.

Giles was absolutely phenomenal to work with in the search for our new sectional. He spent almost 2hrs answering questions, showing us all the different configurations and attachments, all the fabric choices, and made sure all our questions were answered. We were given fabric samples to take home and view in our own space and different lightings, and he made sure we got the best fabric type for our needs. His product knowledge was very in depth, I won't hesitate to work with him again for future purchases.

Had a great experience shopping for a couch at King Living. Great selection on the showroom floor to sit in and try out before ordering. Was able to take fabric samples home multiple times to pick the best color for my space. Mark was patient and super helpful from the first visit until I finally found the right style and fabric combo. Value was great compared to what most companies offer. Still waiting on delivery but would highly recommend them based on my experience!

Giles was attentive and knowledgeable, treated my doggo like a princess. Allowing my entire family to provide feedback on the recliners I wanted (Nimbus V). Pricey, yes, but beautiful to look at and wonderful to sit on. He was a pro in every sense, letting me hum-and-ha when I wanted to think and being on-hand to get the deal done when I was ready to pull the trigger. I highly recommend King Living for anyone looking for adult furniture.

I was only going to drop in for 5 mins to take a look around as I had my mind set on another couch from a different shop that I was waiting to go on sale. The sales people were all very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Davy for helping me out. After several visits which I was made to feel welcome, I ended up putting a deposit on the Jasper couch and lounger. Counting the days before delivery and hoping to enjoy it in my LR soon.

I’m very happy with my service experience with the team at Kings Furniture, especially with both Christina Wolfe and CJ Constales. They each both spent over an hr with me in two separate occasions before I finalized my purchases. Christina helped me with the designs and was very prompt in replying to my emails. I bought five pieces in total and would have bought more if had room in the budget.
