Varsha was exceptionally helpful, when I came to look at the storage unit that I had reserved earlier in the day. She was exceedingly polite, patient, knowledgeable, and personable as she explained all the details of being a unit renter and then showed me the actual storage space, answering all the questions I had about the space itself. She was very bright and instinctively knew the kinds of concerns I had. She was just a wonderful guide to my introduction to the Storage facility, and due to her thorough responses and her relaxed personal manner , I felt very confident in my decision to follow through and become new unit renter. She was just terrific and a delight to deal with.

I have been delighted with the service we received from Steve and the team at Kennards in Pymble. Within 30 minutes of processing my booking online, Steve rang to welcome us to the shed and offer a tour of the amenities. The sheds we used were clean and secure and there was an abundance of trolleys available to help shift heavy stuff. Any questions or problems (such as accidentally changing the code on our padlock) were no worry for the team there, and they were quick to help us out. I'd definitely use this storage facility again.

Kennard Self Storage has become the new home of Northern Suburbs Locksmiths. Kennards Pymble is a superbly managed facility and Steve and Varsha take a lot of pride in maintaining the quality of the premises and looking after their storers. I have stored at various storage facilities, including other Kennards locations, and cannot speak highly enough of this location. My first time using any sort of storage. I was very impressed. This place is very sparkly clean and has great security. Gates and alarms. Good prices too. I have a locker that is 1m squared for just $27 a month. It's perfect for me. The guy here is lovely too. He I very good at his job. He keeps the place clean and tidy and patrols the area ,monitering it. You can tell he has pride in his work. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you

I went to Kennards Pymble because it was close and the price was right. The set up makes moving things easy for the amateur. What set it apart from many groups one deals with is the staff. Varsha and the other lady who works weekends could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way to show the way the system worked and made for a seamless introduction to the place. I commend them and highly recommend the business.

Easily the best storage facility experience I’ve had in Australia. The spaces are wide and clean, very secure, and access is a breeze. What really sets it apart though is the customer service. Moving has been very stressful, and at times a bit chaotic, but Varsha has been incredible. SO helpful, so accomodating, patient. She has a brilliant memory and she’s really helped me through this whole process. I highly recommend!

Varsha greeted me with a smile, was extremely friendly and very helpful! I bring my parcel point return parcels here because of the process ease and it is the closest parcel point parcel drop off location to my home. Varsha was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Very good service and the tour was like a hotel reception! Very clean and tidy storage and very good value. Tea room is comfy and clean. At time of writing, Kennards Pymble is the best Kennards store in surrounding area with the most helpful and friendly staff and the cleanest, brightest, most spacious, best value Kennards in nearby 10km. Location is handy and easy to reach as well. Ample parking space.

Varsha and Steve do a great job of keeping this facility clean, greeting everyone, keeping mail safe and being available whenever you need them. Only downside is prices have risen twice during covid which is difficult when there's no money coming in (which has nothing to do with Varsha and Steve!). Highly recommend the Pymble location if you're still in business and need reliable, dry storage.

Very helpful staff and they are there 7days a week which is very easy for customers. I really like the fact that the fees are charged from the day you move in to the day you leave, no lock in contracts. The facility is well maintained, very clean and there is trolleys for use of loading and covered loading bays.
