I ordered the crescent moon stand online it was delivery damaged ( not working ) , I emailed the store I was advised it was out of stock and returning it would be at my own cost. Spent $125 for an item that doesn’t work and the customer service in assisting on how to fix the issue was absolutely horrible and disgusting definitely won’t be purchasing again . Was so disappointed, it was not cheap.

Not only is everything in this shop absolutely gorgeous... but the staff is extremely helpful, I was offered coffee and sweets when I entered, and I wish my entire home was decorated using their products. A great place to buy beautiful tea/coffee/dish sets as gifts (or for yourself).

One of the best online shop I have delt with amazing customer service, my parcel arrived broken and I have messaged the owner and he quickly sorted my order out and sent out a new one. Beautiful home decor and good prices, keep up the good work.

My delivery is not coming till now , I have several times contacted them to deliver ASAP and still waiting for that thing delivered to my address. I wanna buy few more things in future but now really regret about this service.
