What ever happened to extra crispy chicken. Their regular chicken is soggy and soft, no crunch at all. The sandwiches are tasty but not very good value or quality compared to Marry Browns. The spicy chicken sandwich had no heat, it’s just a spicy mayo. I used to love KFC but this place only brings back bad memories of the last time I ate there. If you want good extra crispy chicken go to Popeyes. If you want a good chicken sandwich go to Marry Brown for a Big Marry. If you want good food, this might not be the place for you. Even the service was not impressive.

I love KFC but this location is terrible. I had to throw out a whole chicken breast because it was completely soggy and pink on the inside. It seemed old and seems liked they forgot to add the 11 herbs and spices. The lady cooking in the back seems like she's just going through the motions. A lot of attitude to her worker in the front. I requested spicy chicken and the lady in the back gave me original peices without asking... I will never go back and recommend you avoid this location.

We got sick after eating the sandwiches from this store. I don't know whom to call for this issue.... our budy had swelling right after eating. We couldn't speak properly it felt like the food was drugged. We felt so sleepy right after eating it which never happened before. I hope if the store manager reads this will take some action and look through this

The food here is so-so, and the staffs who ever works there is kinda rude and disrespectful. I appreciated that the staff help me to fill in the drink! BUT! Take a look at this drink that I got today! What the freaky is that little black things inside, I just realized after I drink. Not gonna recommend for anyone to go to this restaurant !!! The young lady who took my order was so polite and friendly and helped to show me what combinations I could order to get ny money's worth- I am so very appreciative that she went out her way to assist me . Ordered the limited dinner deal for 4 on Uber eats. Deal included 10 pieces of chicken and a choice of 3 large sides for $30.00. We ordered fries, gravy and coleslaw. Food was delicious, nice amount of seasoning on the skin of the chicken. Everything was fresh. Amazing deal!

Slowest KFC ever. Several occasions it’s taken over 20 minutes to prepare basic orders when it’s not even busy. Guy in the back doesn’t know how to make specialty menu items, only the basics. Not many clean KFC options in Scarborough. The best one is in Leaside off Laird.

I ordered for them on Thanksgiving and I got burn and overlooked chicken and tenders. The gravy had lumps in it and tasted like water and flour with a touch of spices. Contacted store there were no help, had to call customer service to get help.

Very dissatisfied the chicken pieces are way too small a thigh cut into 2. Also the lady at front was very impolite for the second time. Location is convenient but rather go farther to seek better satisfaction for my money.

Horrible customer service last Sunday. ZERO STARS! I ordered my food and waited so long that I literally fell asleep hungry. Other people were up in my house and IT NEVER CAME!

I bought $10 mighty bucket for 2 and 10 hot wings on the side. Was told to wait 6 minutes for fresh hot wings. When I get home, 5 minutes later.

Bought 4 pcs of chicken combo and disappointed with the sizes of the chicken. I will not be returning or recommending any for KFC's.
