We waited for over 2 hours for our food and after multiple calls, where they reassured us it was on the way, they told us there had been a mistake and it would be another hour. Never got any good. They lost our order and kept lying that they had it. Totally unacceptable. Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Messed up my order, and when I went to pick up the corrected version of it, they gave us a hard time for "wasting their food." Losers. I've worked in customer service for years and I know how to deal with people... and it's not the way they do. If I could rate even lower, I would.

Judging by other reviews, it seems we were lied to when we were told that they do not deliver. Will not be ordering from, ever. Regardless or food quality, this is poor business management and poor behaviour. Even with a policy change, you're still listed as providing delivery.
