I can't say I'm surprised... A business to have only five star reviews, you have to know it's good. David was such a joy to work with! I went in newly engaged with a ring that was my fiance's late aunt's wedding ring. Such an important and meaningful piece to our family! The ring was just a little too big so I needed it resized. My sister previously went here and had a necklace that was broken in three spots fixed in a matter of minutes! So by her suggestion I went here. For a very reasonable price he was able to resize my ring and clean / polish it to perfection! I was told by a different jeweler I needed the clause reinforced but David assured me that I did not, he also allowed me to look through the magnifying glass to see that I had plenty of claws left! A very honest and talented man! The only place I would go for any type of jewelry in the future. I plan on making another visit to have personalized wedding bands created.

I’ve been a customer of David’s for a number of years and I’ve been impressed with his talent and creativity. Recently I went to see David on a last minute request for a bracelet for a birthday gift. My own fault for being last minute and I hoped he could create a bracelet ( with Emerald) in a week or so. He was so kind to say that he would try and do it the same day because it was a birthday gift. Such dedication to his work and excellent customer service. David did succeed, even though it required him to drive to Toronto as well. He did a beautiful job and my girlfriend just LOVED the bracelet. For our wedding, we wanted to have our bands made from gold and diamonds from both our familys old rings and jewelry. This was 100% achieved. After meeting with us we had a design in mind, and a plan. He called us in to measure my engagement ring, and size our fingers. My mother surprised us a Christmas with the rings being completed. We both cried. It made it feel so much more real. we cant wait until september to be able to wear our wedding bands. Its stunning. Beautiful work. highest quality and you can tell a lot of care went into them. I would go back for any work needed on my rings again 10 star rating if possible!!!

Just had an amazing experience at this downtown Burlington jewellery shop. My gold chain was broken and I dropped in to have it fixed. I expected to leave it for a week or so while it was being repaired. Instead, David fixed it on the spot and charged me $0. While not charging me anything was certainly a wonderful unexpected gift, the whole experience really made me feel like a valued customer in a time when it seems great customer service is a dying concept. Kudos to David and Jockheck Jewellers for restoring my faith in good old fashioned kindness. I will definitely return.

I’m almost a year late on my review but better late than never!! My engagement ring from peoples jewellers broke and was missing one of the diamonds after wearing it for only a year!! I didn’t think it could be repaired but I still went to Jockheck Jewellers to fix the ring itself. David also replaced the missing diamond and you wouldn’t even be able to tell that something was missing in the first place!! Thanks David! You are the best at your craft

I am sitting here staring at my new ring and loving everything about it. David’s design captured exactly what I wanted the ring to be like. His creativity is exceptional and his workmanship is impeccable. After my Mother passed away I never wore her ring because I didn’t like the design. David used the diamonds from her ring in his new design. It makes me so happy to have a ring made from hers that I will always love to wear.

I brought in 2 gold rings and he was able to create a brand new well-designed ring in white gold with an excellent diamond purchased from him. Quickly fixed an earring stone that had fallen out of its setting, much cheaper than others were quoting. I was concerned about the inconvenient downtown location, but quickly found a spot nearby and parking is under $2, so it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I’ll definitely return the next time I need a repair (or maybe some jewelry).

I went in looking to get a ring resized but it was not economical to get it cut and welded due to the value of the ring. Alternatively Mr. Jockheck put a spring bar onto the ring and it for perfectly. Overall it was quick, professional and courteous.
