I highly recommend Joao Viana & Sons Painting. Out of the three quotes to paint the inside of my new home, Joao was the most professional, had great recommendations, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I was not wrong - Joao and his team arrived spot on time each morning, nothing was a bother in terms of moving furniture, they treated my furniture and floors with care, and they finished the painting within the four consecutive day estimate... from the other quotes, one estimated 8 days and the other said four to five days but over two to three weeks. The team transformed my living area by painting a dark grey feature wall that ran over three levels white, and gave the entire house a fresh coat of paint that has made all the difference. Joao cares about his business and his customers, and this comes through in everything he does. I needed to head into work for three of the four days and was happy to hand over the keys knowing everything was well looked after. I was so thrilled with the outcome that I had Joao back to sand and seal my two outside balcony decks - again, he did a great job. I never thought painting the inside of my house could be so easy, which it was thanks to Joao.

Joao did a great job painting the entire interior of our terrace which was in poor repair after years of neglect. Nothing was too much trouble and Joao took it upon himself to fix issues encountered along the way without any complaints or variations. Overall reasonable price and good quality work for my 2 bedroom apartment, only took them 2 days to finish the actual paint job, include fixing all cracks and painting walls, ceiling and all the woodwork. Took less than two weeks from the day of first inspection. Highly recommend.
