Jackie inherited our file from a retiring State Farm Agent who had provided us with service that was second to none. Jackie and her team have embraced that standard. While I was disappointed when State Farm Canada was sold to Desjardin, Jackie and her staff have not let go of the important elements of the old company's culture; get to know clients, build relationships, and then treat them like family! Working with Jackie has been easy and productive over the past too many years that I have lost count of. We always get the right sized solutions for our families changing needs. The only thing that I miss is the format of State Farm's policy correspondence. It was so much easier to read than Desjardins' (clearly designed for their need's, not the clients, or anyone who has read a pink card late at night in the dark. And don't get me started on their low budget app, never works). Great agents deserve better!

absolutely horrible insurance company absolutely the worst i have ever seen ever in my life i work for a car dealership and they are not allowed to change your policy more then 1 time a year and they randomly change your policy atleast 5 times a year and without letting you know at all, also i got charged for a vehicle i sold and told them 3 times i wanted it off my insurance and then they tried charging me for the cancelation after as well, this place is absolutely horrible and WILLL I REPEAT WILL BE SHUT DOWN FROM THE ILLEGAL PRACTICES THEY USE I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES

Having auto insuarance policy with them for 9 consecative years, whiles i was on holiday my insuarance payment did not go through due to a technical issue with the bank and partly my fault for not keeping a tab on things...however trying to re-instate my policy was extremely futile to say the lease....they just was not interested in hearing your story and untimately another provider came to by resure. So when everythings good there are happy to collect the premium and when things get difficult, they look the otherside.

They have a very friendly and cooperative staff who always happy to help and give quotes about any information. Once I visited there office and got a chance of customer service from Manpreet kaur and she gave me a excellent and fabulous suggestions about my auto insurance. Even she recommended me to have personal insurance along with auto which nobody offered before. So personally who so ever live in Edmonton especially in Northside should visit once in their life for all kind insurances.

I've been 15 years and was RIP OFF. They don't ever see you, if you've good record this is "Horrible insurance ". They change the policy without telling or discuss. And they promised to you will be adjusted but never and ever and ever past 15 years. They won't tell you to get two vehicle discount and make them two different policies for two vehicle. The house insurance coverage is too bad. I don't recommend at all shop around you'll get much better service.

Allison was very prompt and informative regarding not only accessing my insurance needs but weighting pros and cons on a personal level. My situation may have been simple but her attention to every detail was definitely appreciated. She took the time to explain details that perhaps other agents may skip over or not deem relevant. I would 100% recommend Allison, or a team member at Jackie Marchand Agency.

Got hit and runned. Referred to Londonderry Collision by Jackie's office where I was fed an overinflated estimate to write off my car and told if any work was to be done I would have to fork over $500 deductible and $400 on credit card deposit for courtesy car. I was definitely sold the wrong policy.

Today we switched insurance company. We were greeted by Allison, she is very professional and has great customer service skills. She is very knowledgeable. The location is convenient, their office is very clean and well ventilated. We are happy to be customers of Desjardins.Thank you!

Jackie and her team helped me through a hard time when I needed them most. Their prompt service and no nonsense policy was a godsend. The rates were very competitive when I was shopping around. I would Highly recommend State Farm and Jackie's team to protect you and your family.

BIGGEST RIP OFF I EVER SAW! This guy by the name of Jason at the company wanted to charge me $13,000 for 2 vehicles, and if I parked 1, only give me a $700 credit. These guys are $4000 more expensive than the next company out there. DO NOT waste your time.

Jason was very professional and very kind I. He did everything in 4 mins . I was thinking it would take half hour at least . I do all ready spread the word about such a low rate insurance. Thanks Jason you Rock !!!!

Absolute worst and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Will not tell you the truth at all and will randomly take 4 times the amount from your account with out notifying you of any changes.

The office has been very quick to respond , very helpful and informative on my insurance purchases and they saved me a significant amount compared to my current provider .

Staff are not helpful, and they do not even want to answer a simple question about how to fill out the application forms. It is not a branch I would recommend.

Very expensive. When they took over my insurance jumped from 1250 per year to 2200 a year. Needless to say no longer with them.
