I've been there for at least 7 or 8 years. I go from Burlington to Oakville to get my hair cut every time I need it. Mimi, the owner, is the most sweet person I have ever met and her helper is as sweet as Mimi. I positively recommend this nice place to everybody. Ahhhh...I've forgotten another very important thing...it's very affordable!!!

Mimi provided my haircut. Amazing customer service. With covid they have adopted to cleaning, masks and appointment based ensuring only few people are in the store. Not only she gave me amazing haircut but also styled it and gave me tips on how to do it. Price is also reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Mimi is an amazing hair colourist. I loved how my hair turned out after a balayage session. Not only was she able to lift my dark hair, she was able to tone my hair to my liking. I will definitely return to get my touch up in a few months. I look forward to what she'll be able to achieve next!

I called to book an appointment for my daughter to have her very first up-do 6 weeks in advance. We showed up, and they had no record of our appointment. They also did not apologize and could not figure out any way to accommodate us. We are very disappointed by this service.

The owner, Mimi is totally unprofessional. Did not show up for my appointment and did not apologize. I have now heard this from other previous customers. I would Never recommend this salon. Probably needs a good health inspection as well.

I visited this week for the first time and found the staff & atmosphere nice and friendly. The stylist who did my hair “B” I believe, was helpful and listened to what I wanted and produced a beautiful hair cut. Will be going to her again.
