Two weeks ago on a Saturday night I hired four new release the man serving me run the dvds through the DVD cleaner machine.. we watch 3 but the 4th skipped and we coodnt watch it , so the next day was a Sunday afternoon, i went to return the dvds at ingleburn fair movie shop ,there was the same man behind the counter , i told him that THE MEG was skipping we couldn't watch it he said 'do you want another copy now' . i said no is it ok if i get it next time we hire as its a Sunday and we have school/work tomorrow he said yea and just stood there staring at me said so can u leave on a note on my account for next time he said once again yea with a angry snap .i said by to get no reply...two weeks later i return to the movie store and the mans wifes shes serving me she asked for my card i gave it to her she found my account and proceeded to tell me i had a late fee of $2 left and would i like to pay u said yes no worries , than i asked her if there was a exchange as last time I hired movies one of them skipped and i couldn't watch it? she said no. I said really i spoke to the short skinny guy, she said yes that's the owner ,I cant over right him what he says goes and there's no note on here! we have been customer since the privous owners and its sad to say that even though it's a $4 hire fee you now have lost loyal customers.

Great local movie shop, staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, prices are very affordable, not many authentic movie shops left in todays age of on demand netflix etc, will always be happy to support such a great local business. Hope you guys are around for many more years to come

Happy to see a DVD store still operating in Sydney. Friendly owners, great range of DVDs. Ben and Jerry's fridge fully stocked, pop corn and fairy floss A++. Open till late which is also a bonus. Always plenty of new releases available.

So glad theres still a proper movie shop around, searched this up as I was looking for a particular movie to rent. Drove there they had the movie, very happy. 5 movies for $12 is pretty good.

Prices gone up to 4.oo for overnight to 3.00 for all others since the new people took don't even tell if u have rented a dvd before the at least the former people use to

Great selection of movies with new releases added every month. Great prices too, $3 for weekly hires, new releases & 2 night hires. Strongly recommend.

Great little palace with alarhe quantity of movies movie's for sale posters and all the munchies you'd want for the total movie enjoyment....
