Took my daughter there as a random suggestion after dinner. She wasn't overly keen. But, dad drives, so dad rules. Was a little out of the way in an unusual spot. But, not too far out of the way, so no inconvenience. The broken door handle was an interesting introduction, which added as a secondary highlight to the experience. The gentleman who greeted us inside was extremely insistent on us trying... every flavour. Well, all I can say is WOW!. The flavours are excellent. The ice cream is smooth and buttery. Tastes like a real ice cream should. My daughter looked at me, and the eyes said it all. We tried 22 flavours of the 32 available at the insistence of the nice gentleman. The chilli sprinkled Guava ice cream was fantastic with a gentle kick in the back of the throat. My daughter looked at me and said... this is much better than I was expecting. We agreed this was fantastic ice cream and probably the best and tastiest ice cream around. Much better than Messina. Do yourself a flavour and visit these guys at Rosehill. A little out of the way in the back streets. But, if you have a car, it's not an issue as it will take you an extra 30seconds... and they have plenty of parking. I will give 5 stars for great service. But more importantly, 5 stars for the brilliant exotic flavours. Plus... 5 stars for creamy consistency of the ice cream. I will definitely be going back soon. I have to say that I’m disappointed. I went there this morning to get some icecream and chips, however no one was at the front counter for 5 mins. I called out several times, but no answers. As I was deciding if I should leave, a guy came out of the kitchen to serve. But no hello, no apologies or anything. Just asked me what I wanted, took my order and went back to the kitchen. I ordered the cashew & fig icecream, and curly fries. Icecream (half melted) but it was fine, but the chips, was not even 2cm in length, probably the leftover in the bottom of frozen curly chips bag was served. By the way, the chips weren’t even salted and just tasted like oil. When the next customer came, he came straight out of the kitchen, smiling and saying hello- it was so different to how I got treated. Poor customer service, and the food quality is just terrible. I really want to try the momos in the future but I won’t be back.

Service is lovely, although she forgot my cardamom chai until I asked again. $5 free credit if installing the app. Still very busy past 10pm; unfortunately, that kitchen closed by 10pm even though google said the place close at midnight. Variety of ice cream available. The promoted ones, guava and lychee, weren't available when I came :( Also, combining hot momo ($16 steam for 8 momos) and ice cream ($5 for 1 scoop- can add spicy salt) caused diarrhoea for me. The kid's meal is good in value (5 momos, fried chips and ice cream for $16).

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Icy Spicy, and i must say, it was an exquisite experience. The momos were nothing short of perfection. The delicate, thin dumpling skin encapsulated a delecatables mixture of vegetables, bursting with flavour with every bite. The dipping sauces added an extra layer of taste. The owner took time to share the story behind his momo and dipping sauces recipes. Even my faluda experience was nothing short of extraordinary. its impeccable balance of flavours and delightful textures. Had the best time! Thank you to the two amazing staff that were on tonight that allowed us to have such a welcoming experience enjoying new flavours of ice cream. They were so happy to let us taste test, invited us to actually, you can’t go wrong as there are so many nice flavours. Also a warm/savoury menu and coffee so lots of options for next time. My kids were so welcomed with the play area and they never made us feel like our big group with lots of kids was burdensome. They played with our children while we savoured the yummy flavours. The heating was nice in the winter too so it wasn’t too cold to eat ice cream and I appreciated that. Lovely ambience and lots of love put into this place. Was very refreshing! Thank you!

Visited around 8:30pm on a Friday night and ordered an alphonso mango falooda. They have a nice selection of items on the menu for people who want something they may not have had before and something familiar. The store staff were helpful and friendly. The presentation with dry ice was a nice surprise and looked great. I plan on coming back and taking my kids here just because I think they'll love this. The falooda itself was delicious. There is seating available inside and out, the outside areas are covered. I would highly recommend you visit.

Awesome place. Lovely momos and superb ice cream. They have some other great desserts too, and they serve with theatre. Cherry on top the service. After hearing good things about the place, we went there yesterday and I have mixed feelings about the place. We tried pistachio flavour which had bitter after taste, mango falooda which had dried noodles, and pan ice cream was surprisingly delicious even though I don't like pan. I recently tried the soya momos at Icy Spicy Parramatta shop and they were absolutely delicious! The filling was perfectly spiced and had a great texture, while the soya wrapper was light and tender. Had a lovely dinner, the momo platter was very economical and allowed us to sample many flavours. We got the fried momos, the best ones were definitely Beetroot, Spinach corn, and chili. This place is a hidden gem! The ice creams are so delicious and some flavours you can’t get anywhere else. I especially recommend the guava ice cream and the sundae if you have a big sweet tooth :)

I’m glad they have one more restaurant after Seven Hills getting busier day by day. This place is much quieter than Seven Hills & I think probably has more flavours of Ice Creams too! The response of the staff is good & are very polite which is a plus point. Food quality doesn’t change at all which is even better. If Seven Hills is too crowded, ask the person at the counter to check with this store & book a table while you get here.

Been here maybe 2-3 times, but for the times I have been - I can say it's Great place with amazing icecream flavours, good atmosphere & service Would definitely recommend the guava or mango flavoured shakes and icecream

Went to specially have chilly and schezwan Momo, both were not available and excuse was that since today is the first day of the week for them, generally stock doesn't come. So my husband planned a small birthday surprise for me at Icy Spicy.. as the name suggests you get awesome flavoured ice cream and yummy momos...the staff was really helpful and went a step forward to decorate the place for the birth day event .... there is a small keep busy area for the kids .. out door seating as well as in door seating ...thank you soo much for making my day ... super happy customer !!!!

Every item on the menu is super authentic and the ice cream flavour are the next level. One of the rare combinations of ice-creams and momos delivered with perfection. My favourites in the ice creams were thenL Guava (with chilli and salt sprinkled) and the Gulab jamun. But there are 10 times more flavours to try. The Momo platter gives something for everyone if you are in a group/family.
