I went to IMO Mount Druitt on 27 August, 2022 at around 03:10 PM for a carwash. It was a cloudy day and mine was the  last car in the queue. While my carwash was in progress, and the drying just started, the machine stopped. Then the guy at the centre came to me and told me to drive off. I told him the wash process is not finished and requested him to start the machine to dry up my car (otherwise there will be water marks everywhere). He kept saying, you just paid $11 and the wash is done. I said I come here regularly so I know when the process is complete. So either start the machine or give my money back. Then got angry and said, I'm giving you your money but never ever come back here again, and took a photo of my car. When I chased him asking his name and taking a photo for a formal complaint, he walked off fast (I was just able to take a photo from the back side). I don't know how can an employee do this kind of abusive behaviour to the customers. It was beyond my wildest expectations. Looks like my fault is choosing the $11 wash instead of more expensive ones. But as per the contract, car drying is included in $11 wash. After that I sent a mail to IMO as as formal complaint but they didn't bother to reply in a week. Looks like there is nothing called customer service in their company culture.

I wouldn't recommend this service at all. Paid $20 for the ultimate wash recommended by an employee there on 3SEP2017. Windows were still dirty, tyres were still dirty, damaged plate number (bent) and plate number frame snapped in half! Not impressed at all as my car is only 4 months brand new. Apparently no one is in charge/responsible with customer complaints. No one knows anything which is utter BS and absolutely appalling! One guy spoke very little English which did not help the matter. Customer service was terrible. After revisiting IMO Car Wash the following day (4SEP2017), I managed to get a refund back from the Manager! I won't be using this service ever again, but I appreciate getting my money back even though I requested it on the day it was washed and damaged.

(2 Months Ago) Taken complete advantage of the weather from the day before were it rained dirt, I expected a top clean job from there by paying their premium wash, windows still dirty, car not dried and I had to clean the car my self after to achieve the acceptable clean. Seemed they sped up the washing time for cars for quantity over quality. (Present) most certainly have reviewed my feedback and actually made my car washes over the past 3 washes great, can’t say I can complain at all as the car wash is as expected and above standards, team and manager are really putting in work now and washing cars as they should be. Good job!

Quick wash are good. But please don't do any detailed cleaning. Because machine does better than the human there. I had to show them 3-4 spots where they forgot to clean. Also the back interior part was left untouched. I spent around $64 for the total wash. But was not satisfied at all after the interior wast. I thought there will be some better aroma after the cleaning, but nothing. The cleaners are always in a hurry to clean another. So the quicker they can deliver one person. I am sure as long as my review is viewed by the owner, you will ask your staff to be more responsible for what they are paid for. Thanks

Went there today and the staff an older bloke was rude and condescending like he was doing me a favour. He should perhaps be reminded that he still has a job because there are customers and if he treats them like stain on his shoe then the buiness will suffer. I went for Auto carwash. As someone stated make sure you have cash or you will need to choose $14 wash if paying by card. Which by the way was pathetic because all the bird poop and everything was still there on my car after paying for the service that I had to manually remove it myself when I got home. So complete waste of money. Never going back there.

Regularly use the car wash here. Find that having an assisted car wash, where the car is pre-washed, always gives a superior wash to normal drive through car washes. Don't expect that the drive thru car wash is doing any good for the longevity of my paint work and is likely increasing the fine surface scratches but when needs must you don't have much choice. It is a bit pricey too but the only problem is that there are no other 'decent' car washes around, ideally a good hand car wash. Once I have the space I will be doing my own car washes but until then I will be a repeat customer.

Worst service. They say hand car wash and additional gimmicks but when I finished my car wash it was still dirty on side mirrors , windscreen and tyre. When I checked with the person there he mentioned this is automatic car wash and after wash it may still be dirty . He was shouting like a rogue and I experienced very bad customer service. I would suggest to better go with either 7/11 car wash or other better options as they don't do the car wash properly. They just want to push you away quickly to get the next customer.

It used to be the best until the new owner came along. (MT DRUITT) I'm Uber driver and always used the Pro-Shileld, but last time I washed my car there, the new owner asked me to paid cash ..and they told me the Eftpos is not working but they don't let my phone sit properly on the Eftpos. He said can't work pay cash, After that, they forgot to wash my wheels and the and the back of my car. I will never use the Mt Druitt IMO Car Wash no more.

probably one of the worst car washes i could of gotten, i go in and get the $35 wash, i come back to my car after 30 minutes and all my tint has been scratched, especially on windows i know i have no one sit at, i go and voice my thoughts and i get the blame saying, “it must be because you open your windows” i take good care of my car and i get the blame for their mistakes. It's good but it's confusing between car wash numbers. I've tried wash 1, 2 and 3. The area of the car they apply the soapy foam is the same. Today too, I asked for wash 3. They brushed soapy lather around the car except the passenger side of the car (the whole of left side) So don't know how it works but it's better to have it washed in this cold weather instead of washing it yourself.

Edit: (24/2 1 month later) asked for an email, never followed up with a resolution. Never finished the job properly till I came back and insisted, complaining about the heat but still willing to charge full price. Large areas not cleaned inside and out including the rear seats. Outside had dirt and polish left on it. If it's too hot I would have been fine with no we can't do it today

They have good cheap options for cleaning your car. They also detail it after the wash. 4 stars as some times it seems they are understaffed as Was told it would be over 1 hour and 45 minutes tondetail my car. When I went to vaccum my car, I noticed there was no one there. Probably would come here again for the cheap wash but knowing it would take too long for a detailing work.

Not a value for money. I was a customer since last 8 years, when the basic wash used to cost only $5 now its $10. These guys have lost quality and forgot to respect customer. Recently went for a $25 HD wash and smugs have done a shabby wash which the refused to even accept when spotted the dirty wheels and the oily dirt stuck on the sides. Stay away guys!

Well, I paid $20 for my car wash and when I drove away noticed that the windows had spots that were missed, so I pulled over and had a quick look around the car. Spots were missed down the side of the car as well. I can't say it was worth the price I paid... Bit of a let down really, especially as it was a partial hand wash and machine wash job.

I like to go there as much as i can as i have two cars to get washed. There are different washes which are at different prices so that is good,& the staff are very friendly & will help you choose what is the best wash for you. All in all job well done & the cars look great. You can also choose different detailing for your car as well.

Went for car wash and got conned for the expensive HD wash but after the wash, windows were still dirty and birdshit stains still on car, had to wipe off with clothe all over car. Also wheels were not washed as they said the HD wash would. Stick to handwashing from now on and will NEVER go back. Overpriced and rushed.

What a joke. If you use a debit/credit card it’s a minimum of $13 and here’s the catch, there is no $13 car wash! All I wanted was a quick clean for $10 and ended up paying $14. While an extra $4 is not that much it adds up over the year for this deceiving company. So be aware and take some cash.

I wouldn't trust these guys to wash a go-kart! Scatched my daughters new window tint while cleaning her windows and then denied any responsibility. If you have to go here, only do everything yourself! I will never return to these dodgy operators! Oh and yes they also denied it to Fair Trade.

In gone thru many times I am unsure the deffrance between $9 wash and the more expensive wash. Last wash car came out dirty and I got the expensive wash and no body seem to care when I told them. Plus vacuum was broken after I put 8 dollars in and I got a 2 coin to sort that issue out

I wasn't happy with the clean at all. Should not have bothered paying the extra for the Pro-Shield. Wheels still dirty, bug splatter not even partly removed and dirty at the back. Considering they do some of the clean by hand I expected better. Definitely wont be going back

I paid for car wash and tyre shine. When I went back home found there was no tyre shine applied! I went back to the car wash and they told me probably the machine is not working! This happen more than three times! What a rip-off business and even the manager don't car

Today I took a 2nd car wash. I downloaded their app while I was waiting in line. I paid for a $25 hd car wash. Its always fun going through the car wash and the car is very shiny again. I stopped afterwards to vacuum my car. It costs $2 for two minutes at a time.

Went on 3/05/21 between 1pm to 1.30pm. Short guy was very rude collect money. Can't pay by card for basic wash. When guys clean the car before going true washer, guy who collected the money saying enough clean this she amount money he paid. Very unprofessional.

If you spend that extra $$$ for the hands on job it’s a good wash they get your car like show room but if your looking for a cheap wash for the daily it’s not so good as the machines done really do much so I don’t recommend the cheaper option here

Very bad experience. Spent $28 for Ultra HD wash. Even basic wash was not done properly. On complaining, they argued that “come on man, it’s machine wash mate”. They didn’t even pay heed to my complaint. Very disappointed and feeling cheated!

The car wash is good but to use the vacuum is a total rip off! I put in $2 and the vacuum managed to clean one back seat of a Toyota Yaris and then turned off. It lasted about 7 mins. I put in another $2 and went fast but missed the other

I would give a zero rating if possible. today I went to Imo Mount Druitt. there was a sign saying the car wash is closed for maintenance until 7PM. I came back later and the car wash was open. so I paid for ultimate wax wash. Only one

Nothing beats a home hand wash. Paid for top of the line wash and super wax, I think they call it Ultra Wash..... wheels were still dirty and road grime still on bottom of doors with bug splatter on front bumper. Back to hand wash.

Why is everyone expecting a hand detailed finish from an automatic car wash? This is the best auto car wash in the area. Sometimes the queue can be really long at times. Otherwise this place is better value than handwashing myself.

Some days they do an amazing job while some days they are ok. Their basic wash is for the days when you are in a rush and just wanna get done with washing your car. It should also be used on the days when they are super busy.

Pathetic & ignorant, scratched my car, charged me for the wheel spa & didn't do anything. Even rhe doors were dirty & the guy said he won't clean, do it yourself or feel free to give a feedback. Thanks won't come again

The last time I went to this car wash. They didn't wash the cars properly. The rims were very dirty even though I paid extra. I spoke to the workers and they shrugged off my complaint. I wouldn't recommend this place!

Re: Mount Druitt location.....Took my Range Rover for a wash......noticed a Big paint scratch underneath the windscreen after the wash Wouldn't recommended machine wash to anyone ...this will cost me more to.fix

I went to the car wash today and asked for 13 dollars and he took 30 dollars and I went home and checked my bank account. I came and asked you can't do anything, you can't do anything, you can't return the money

Overall a good experience. Pros: -Fast, efficient -Not very busy -Guys there do a good job, opted for the car detailing as well. -Competitive pricing Cons: -The area is not one of the best, to put it mildly.

Very happy with my wash considering the price and quality. I asked for the tyre shine and the top wash which cost $22. Very polite staff. Very fast, didn't take long at all. Will definitely be back.

Never ever go this IMO.... Went for car wash n vacuum. Want to vacuum car before wash. So Ask for change for some coins, the person in counter says, they don’t have any coins left. Later

Just got my car washed through the car wash I always get triple wax which is $15. It was the worst wash wasn’t even clean half the car still had dirt all over it.

Waste of time and money. Quality of the wash was average at best. Often, very long waiting time and very annoying attempts to up sell to a higher priced wash.

Got the $14 wash including pre wash and wax. Scratches, paint ripped off my mirror, dirt and god knows what residue is what i got in return.

Good car wash, for the price. Don't feel pressured to "UPSIZE" when asked. They're just doing their best to maximise sales. Thanks Team IMO!!

SAVE TIME AND MONEY. DO NO GO THERE Stops in the middle, you get the blame and you won't get any refund nor car washed properly.
