Very disappointed shopping experience in your city store on Thursday , I had an assistant who couldn’t have cared if I was buying shoes or not cared more about what was in his phone he could hardly be bothered to serve me ,so I walked out and took my business elsewhere

Freja helped me out in store yesterday, she was honestly the most friendly and professional sales assistant. She went above and beyond, tracking down a shoe that was misplaced in the store room and having the patience to help me try on

What an awful experience. The gentleman (and I use that term loosely) with the glasses could barely be bothered to assist us and was more interested in the young girls walking through the store maybe you should reconsider your career

I went to the store last weekend on a Saturday evening around 7.30pm. I was with my sister who was purchasing a new pair of shoes whilst I waited in store with her as I was with her baby.

The staff here were super welcoming and helpful. One of the younger guys was a huge help with sizing. This is quite a small Hype store but it's really well laid out.

Such a waste of time. Queuing early morning to get the samba but at the store they said ‘IT HAS TO BE YOUR SIZE’ but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the drop ad.
