My experience with Sam was exceptionally great. Sam is a true allround professional .He is a great communicator, delivers quality workmanship, has skilled and quick responding team , in and out in flash at requested times, charged per fixed quote and did additional investigations n work as well ,cleaned Jobsite, explained everything before and after in detail, politely answered all my Qs, left the resident very satisfied , Most importantly saved me unnecessary overhaul of entire piping as recommended by another 3rd party contractor, fixed and retested work area for leaks, and topped it off with discount voucher for future jobs. Overall very satisfied and impressed, couldn't have asked for much more that. I felt great doing business with sam from hydrolink. I'm proud to say Sam will undoubtedly be my Go-to plumber of choice going forward.

The service sent a plumber who didn't investigate where the source of leak is. The plumber appeared to quickly scan through and told me there's no leak. I questioned him a puddle of water on the ground and he said that was from the rain. But there has not been raining for more than a week. Other plumber has confirmed there's a leak. This is my honest opinion of my experience and I told the truth every single word. To anyone out there, if you have been threatened by businesses that if you leave a negative but truthful review, you will be sued. You should talk to Fair Trading, Law Access, Google, Legal Centre. If businesses only want good reviews, they should talk to Google and remove any reviews that they don't like.

We called Hydraulic plumbing services. Met Sam and he quoted for all works fixed water leaks from Bidet which was caused by handy man who did not do good job. Sam brilliantly fixed the issue. Also had another water leak in kitchen sink. Isaac came and did brilliant work of fixing Leak and attaching a new water filter system we bought. Thanks for the quality work. Will definitely recommend Sam and Isaac from Hydraulic plumbing to fix any plumbing issues.

Sam and team did a fantastic job in fixing some major plumbing issues we had in our home. We had multiple issues and Sam and his team patiently listened to our concerns, empathised and provided a cost-effective, long term and viable solution. They clearly explained and responded to every single question we asked. This is the 2nd time we have used Sam's services for plumbing related work and its definitely not the last time!

These people are unprofessional, not supportive. I got bidets installed from them and within a month it broke and all my apartment was flooded. See pics attached. I was told its all insured and now these people stopped picking my calls, special mention to Sam who is very rude and does not pick your call and block your number. I do not recommend them . Rippers and scammers. False promises

Sam is incredible; I contacted him last night for an emergency toilet repair. I felt I could trust him because he was responsive, polite, and really straightforward to work with. He arrived promptly this morning and repaired my toilet with ease. Moreover, the pricing is reasonable compared to several other plumbing services.  He is now my permanent plumber!

Sam was great! Another business quoted over 600 and major work to clear a blocked pipe with machinery and Sam showed up and fixed it in under 30 minutes without having to pull apart the bathroom to do it. Knowledge and experience over fancy machinery. Will be our new go to plumber!!

I had my gas heater serviced in May 2023 and it ceased working a few weeks later - took a few calls and texts - Isaac came back to fix it - turns out it was the batteries in the remote control sensor - no extra charge - good job …
