I give This location no star. This is my experience at Hudson Bay. It's a very long story but i will try to make it short. My husband and I went to hudson bay to purchase items for Christmas,we paid $5000 in cash not including debit and credit card. ZOEY the employee at Hudson Bay in the PERFUME SECTION took our order. Christmas day my family opened their gifts omg items,were double charged, record and receipt were missing, our money was not adding up. Boxing day return to the store. I ask for my rewards record the manager said she can't gave it to me because of the investigation.The manager did her investigation after 20days I was told there's no receipt the manager looked me in the eyes and proudly saying ZOEY will not do this. So disgusting I have all record, text msg and receipt to support my claim and DIOR RECORD TOO. I did not receive back all our money. I received items that I paid for that had no record or reciept SHAME ON HUDSON BAY MANAGER I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY HUDSON BAY STORE EVER. What should have been the best Christmas for my family turns out to be a nightmare ☹️☹️

I was turned away from making an exchange at Fragrances when I tried to explain that the bottle of Ferragamo cologne that was sold to me the day before did not have a seal but that everything else checked out (I verified with an employee from a different store, and she fully had the autonomy to take it back; she was simply dismissive, impatient, and frankly, rude.) The older lady at Fragrances who I am referring to seems burnt out. When I asked to test other colognes she referred me to a different store. Seems like she was projecting her frustrations onto me. Probably should have retired a few years ago. If that's doing your job, do better please.

Went there to buy perfume and the associate was kind of racist and disinterested in showing me perfume and when I asked her about pricing she gave me very judgmental attitude. Being employee of big companies you are expected to treat everyone equally but people like her makes such a bad impression just because I am brown. I hate to say but she has completely ruined my experience and I will never visit this particular branch for further shopping. Being in retail and having this bad attitude is not taking her anywhere, also working on commissions with such rude attitude is bringing sales down for company. Hope manager see this.

So it is 6:30 pm est and store supposed to close at 7 pm. I had to pick up a gift i have ordered online and unfortunately this is a worst store behaviour who do not inform the customers about store hours and just posted a small not that store is temporary closed. Such a worst service and waste of time. Should never order any gifts from Hudson bay. What a waste. I will cancel the order and buy from somewhere worth it. Worst experience ever. I wanna give like 0 star and will recommend my friends to not buy from Hudson bay.

No quality control - they sell used products! Terrible experience with Hudson's Bay. I bought a Smeg hand mixer online intending to gift it, and the recipient opened the box in front of me today only to find the product in a used state, with visible food residue on the whisks. It was unsanitary and disgusting. I'm baffled at how this item was advertised as new. This lack of quality control is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Hey woman no sitting on the display table. You can’t be doing that. The employees do not allow it. The bay employees you need put a sign on all the display tables and other things so that no one will sit on it. Go do that. You’re making a wrong impression of people looking at you. Don’t you dare come to the bay to sit on the display table. Woman you are so bad for doing that. The employees are watching every move you do.

Very disrespectful and rude staff at the cashiers. Went to return an item on July 22 around 5pm and received the worst customer service by two ladies. So much attitude, condescending and talking down on customers. They did not have name tags and would not give me their names. Thank you to Laiba who was there and was able to provide excellent customer service. She’s the only reason I’m not giving one star.

I bought three pieces of furniture here at a great sale price. Hopefully it will last number of years. The delivery date over two months from time of purchase. My salesman Naresh doesn't forget a face !! I took a long time to over a year to buy as I was waiting for the right sofa, sale price, color, design, etc. He recognized me every time I walked into the department even though it was months apart.

Nicely renovated, has 3-4 floors, each dedicated to clothing, shoes, appliances, beauty products, appliances, furniture, and even snacks. They are always understaffed here so don't be surprised if you have to walk around looking for cash registers that are actually open and if you find one be prepared to wait in a long line! You also have to find things on your own as no one offers to help.

I have been to many Hudson’s Bay and to me this branch is the best one out there. It is clean, organized, bright, well designed, and there are enough staff. The staff were nice and helpful. The clothes selection is pretty good and prices are good especially when they are on discount. There is a 25% and 30% discount on many items plus an additional 10-30% for spending over a certain limit.

This Bay is located in our closest shopping mall - Scarborough town centre (STC). Its our convenience to shop around here. Not a huge collection or space but fair enough for us. Time to time, shopping is a wonderful experience here, associates are friendly, price is mid level to high, nothing you may get cheap if your expectation is such! But hey, quality costs!

For the extremely overpriced goods in this store, which is an understatement to be sure, the customer service is worse than you can imagine. The employee who begrudgingly helped us, she actually made an audible sigh and pained look at the thought of having to work. Please spend your hard earned and heavily taxed money in a store that deserves your business!

Went there purposively as I was looking for Dockers Khaki trousers and other day saw in the Docker's website that products are available at the Hudson's Bay. But I was not sure whether my desired products are available at the store inside the STC. To my surprise and satisfaction I found two pairs of trousers of my size. It was truly a rewarding experience.

They really ramped up their cleanliness due to the covid 19 pandemic. There is a person in the entrance to hand out hand sanitizers. Along with that they also are crowd controlling lanes. Regarding the items, its solid, but the sunglasses section told me they are a sister company of lenscrafters which lenscrafters denied. Not sure what's up with that.

Large bright and clean store with wide aisles and well marked departments. Selection is varied and ample, all sizes and styles represented. Furniture and electronics departments also fully stocked, prices are as expected. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, willing to help even if not their area. Enjoyed the experience and will visit again.

The managers over there seriously have to tell the workers to package fragile materials a lot more secure. Plates arrived broken from the Bay warehouses in the past from poor packing. Just received a new order of plates that could’ve easily been broken again without any fragile stickers on the box or secure enough packing.

Only 1 receptionist and also unaware of the offers and prices. waited for 30 minutes just to know the price of the handbag. Unknowledgeable staff, pin drop silence. No one cares about the customer asking for help. The cashier asked for another help but no one came. No management at all.

This bay is very big store, spread over 5 floors including basement from clothes, shoes to furniture. So much variety and collection, every single brand is there. Employees are on every step to help you. Staff was really helpful and music was cherish. I purchased a Pea coat today.

I went there during their Bay Days! The staff was awesome and so helpful. I purchased several new items! There was a Vince Camuto blouse that wasn't in my size but they ordered it for me through the website and with free shipping! Thanks for making my shopping experience great!

Staff is scarce! Service hasn’t changed much here! Staff in attendance is no where to be found! Even at cash registers, when you do locate one, they’re not knowledgeable about simply items, and they have the same ‘dollarama attitude,’ ‘what are on the shelves is all we have!’

Worst service cashier experience of all stores… if you can find a sales clerk!!! 3 different clerks wouldn’t cash me out because they were “independent” not Bay employees. In line up, 2 people with one item ahead of me, took 25 minutes waiting to make a purchase of one item.

Initially I was disappointed with lack of service. I then had the pleasure of Rajni serving me. She went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing pants for my husband. I even received a personal message to advise that she set aside a pair for me to pick up. Thank you!

Went to this location after a long time. Pretty nicely laid out store. Shopping experience is much more pleasant. I wish to see all the Hudson's Bay store like this. Nice collection too. However, recently, I started to see not much variety for in store shopping.

The store looks very clean, however it feels like you're walking through a maze when searching for particular items. Staff will help by pointing in a general direction, but when you go to an area, aisles are not properly labelled and things are disorganized.

Amazing store, especially with Sears gone. They are currently renovating and expanding their major home department. Great place to get your mattress, couch and major appliances. I've been a bay customer for over 30 years. This location is my favorite.

Great shop! I took away a star because all doors in Fitting Room are always locked! and they keep the key with the cashier who are all the time with clients. It took us forever to get the key and enter the Fitting Room.

Nice ambiance, lots of selection from men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, HB, jewelry, to home department. Staff are nice, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Clean and lots of great prices. You gonna love the bay!

Great mall that’s super easy to get to with lots of parking. Tons of shops and prices are all pretty good. Clean and spacious as well as a pretty decent food court and some good restaurants around the outside.

Always been a favourite place to shop. Good quality clothing & household goods. Hoping the company will continue to be successful as one of the few remaining original Canadian stores.

Now Sears is gone and the remaining decent department store is the Bay. And they do have some good quality merchandise with quite a variety. Black Friday is the time to take a look.

I needed a minor repair to my watch band. The gentleman at the kiosk was very friendly and quickly made the repair to get me on my way without needing to send the watch away.

Hudson's Bay is as pleasant today as it was over 40 years ago, when it became part of the Scarborough Towne Centre. I was in one this day to see about watch repairs.

Customer staff are really nice and they are making customers aware about offers and benefits specially Vanshika and Shrey are n Very supportive with this.

Hudson's Bay is still on Black Friday sale today! Wife got a puffer winter jacket at 50% OFF. Staff were accommodating. It's a great visit overall!

Recently renovated it's bigger and better. It's hard to find men suit with its matching pants. They're all piled up next to fitting room.

They have a very nice collection of clothes, makeup, perfume and everything but the prices are exaggerated if compared to the quality
