The perfect destination for some family fun! The world needs more businesses like Hopedale Bowl - family owned, extremely friendly staff and great food! The poutine here is a MUST. You might think you are coming for the 5-pin bowling but I can almost guarantee you will be coming back for the poutine alone. Hopedale Bowl is the place to the bring the family! You can really tell the owners love their business and community by the way they run their alley. You might walk in as a stranger but you’ll be signing up for a league spot and be part of the family before you know it.

We hosted our daughters birthday party at Hopedale Bowl this weekend and we had an amazing experience. Sue helped us from the planning stages months ago and she was full of helpful tips and really just the nicest person ever. The cost was very reasonable and the kids had a blast. Sue and the other associate (can’t remember her name) were so good with the kids and they were so organized. The least stressful birthday party we’ve ever hosted. Great experience and highly recommended. To the owners: Sue is a star! Give her a raise! She’s the best!

Hosted my son's 7th birthday party at this place over the weekend, and it was amazing! The staff (Sue and Claire) were so friendly, and accommodating - they made our job as host so easy and stress-free. They also kept checking to make sure we were okay throughout the party which was really nice. The food was great too - good portions and lots of variety. All the kids had a blast and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends. Booking the venue was also very straightforward and organized, it was 5 stars start to finish!

We have been regulars at Hopdale bowling and their customer service never fails to impress. We were there last evening too and Caitlyn made sure to make our evening a stellar one. She kept us informed about our food and even gave us fries on the house just because they were a tad bit late to bring out the hot dogs we ordered( which we didn’t even realize). Her energy and ever smiling face made us feel welcome. Just FYI their chicken popcorn and onion rings are a must try.

A classic family friendly place that we must all protect and experience! The owners are such hospitable and considerate people. The 5 pin bowling is awesome. They have fresh popcorn, good snacks and drinks with plenty more to keep everyone happy and bowling. My loved ones and I have been going there on a regular basis over the last couple years and we'll continue. Bring your family and friends, enjoy some bowling! Highly recommend!

me and my friends are only 13 but had the best time of our entire tweenage lives!! it is so cheap and they have really cool pokemon toys!!! i think the place could use more lee aaron but i met my new boyfriend here so i dont even care. His name is sergeant backfire and he’s so hottttt we had our first kiss after he bowled a strike he lives at the bowling alley so i won’t get to see him until i come back but i luv him :3

Oh man, this place is a classic. If you haven't visited yet, you need to because I'm not sure how much longer it's going to be around (new developments being proposed). It's a 5 pin bowl and a ton of fun. It's relatively cheap to play and everything is provided for you. Bring food if you get hungry quickly, because their options are extremely limited. Anyways, I always have a good time here

Love that there are a variety of leagues you can join to be a part of. Love that they have glow in the dark rock and bowl. The proprietors are great. Easy to talk to. They off burthday parties as well. Not fully wheelchair accessible. You can take an elevator, but will need to walk up or down about 6 steps.

I’ve come here every week with my Special Olympics team for years and the family running Hopedale Bowl is truly amazing! They are soo incredibly kind and accommodating. Plus they make everything to order so you’ll always get fresh food and drinks alongside a good bowling time :)

Highly recommended. I took a group of 4 teens and we had a great time. The food was hot and coffee was fresh. Everything was "no problem" and they kept checking on us to make sure we were having a good time. They were very polite and the place was very clean

Took my son for his first bolwing ever and he said he wanted to stay there forever. We didn't try the food but the staff were very friendly. The place was clean despite there having been a tournament earlier in the day. Will certainly be coming back again.

We’ve been here for a few birthday parties and celebrated our son’s 4th birthday here this year. The environment is super relaxed and perfect for kids. The food is decent, especially the chicken wings and popcorn. I recommend it for kids’ birthday parties.

It's a great place to relax and play a quiet game. A little hard to find as it is located in the basement of the shopping mall. The hours mentioned in Google are incorrect. They have special summer hours. So please call them up before heading over there.

Sort of last minute, I turned to this classic Oakville staple to host a throwback 90s glow in the dark, retro, loot-bag, pizza, pop (beer), chips, and cake birthday party for my spouse's 30th birthday and they hit it out of the park. Ron

Fantastic venue for a sports team fundraiser. Owners were easy to work with regarding food, tables, raffles, setup and cleanup. Not expensive when compared to other bowling venues.

Hopedale Bowl is a great place I bowl in a league and have such a great time. I also take my kids once and a while and they love it. I highly recommend this place for a great time.

First time playing 5 pin. Was interesting. Staff was great. Equipment and displays are from the late 80s or early 90s, but still works.
