Great selection with decent prices. Product quality varies. Very good return policy. One of the better locations as far as selection. However, one problem is that they NEED a better method of getting product to people's vehicles. They carry lots of furniture or over sized items. The carts are often too small, and unless an employee "unlocks" them, they cannot be taken out of the store. There is no legal space park while loading your vehicle., and the mall doors are hard to open. An easy fix would be to add a door direct to Homesense from the outside with a loading zone, where the current emergency vehicle zone is. Or move to the old Sportcheck location. I really wish the mall would address this

One of the best Home Senses around. It’s a massive store with everything and anything! Unfortunately had a poor experience at check out yesterday evening. Til number 6 was lit up so I had assumed it was opened and approached the cashier. She abruptly said “ I’m in the middle of doing something so you’re going to have to wait “ I apologized as I thought it was open because it was lit up. She responded “ I’m open but I’m busy so you’re going to have to wait “ in an extremely rude and abrupt manner. I understand things can get crazy around this time of year but I think it’s always important to remain mindful to be kind to all.

My boyfriend and I bought various items from the store for our new condo. Within less than a month the shower caddy and the toilet brush holder were rusting. The soap dispenser leaked soap from the neck. As much as the items may be beautiful when you purchase them, be weary of the functionality that you need. I'd expect items that will be around moisture to be made of better quality materials and coatings so that they can withstand normal use. I am very disappointed with these and I will think twice before making another purchase at HomeSense.

There's regular HomeSense. Then there is giant mega huge sized HomeSense at Burlington Mall! This must of opened recently because I was not prepared for the size of it. Location has moved to outside of the Bay (inside entrance,). Honestly I love it, the selection is amazing, there is more furniture, more mirrors, more pillows. I have a slightly better chance of finding a pair of items (which is a total pain at times to do at HomeSense, and then they can never just tell you if there is the same item at another location so you can pick it up!)

Beautiful and well organized location. Motivated and cheerful employees and management it's always a great experience coming here. A big thank you to the greeter at the door he does a fantastic job of greeting each customer as they enter and also as they leave. They have a great variety of everything from body soap to home decor pictures mirrors and tons of great furniture options that you just don't see at some of those other big furniture stores. This is the perfect place if you were looking to keep your home fresh and up-to-date looking.

HomeSense is my favourite go to spot for my home decor needs. We make it a point to go there once a month to see new collections.We visited the one in Burlington for the first time and we really loved it. You will find everything that your home needs. We got few planters, rattan plant holders, wall decors and a gift hamper. If you want to give a fresh makeover to your home and you are on budget, head to HomeSense. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I just love it!!!

This store has a lot of stuff in it from hanging pictures ,vases, a little bit of toys & furniture. Books, candles, kitchen utensils etc. Lots of ways to keep your home looking beautiful. Service is very good. Prices are good. If you haven't been yet you should go look around the store. You can buy stuff for yourself, or gift for family, friends co workers, there's so many different things to buy.

Love this store if you see something you like buy it as it will probably be gone if you come back later. Much of what Home Sence sells are one off items. They have a fantastic range of furniture, cookware, paintings, mirrors, bedding, linens, crockery, cutlery, bathroom everything and so many gift ideas. It's our go to place for Christmas.

Went in looking for one item and lo and behold there were 10 items in the cart...well the wife has a sweet tooth and of course I didn't eat much of the varied selection.... Yea right and the service folks all in COVID gear were great and friendly akin to the service mostly forgotten in other stores. And keep on coming back...

I always find staff snitty and to busy putting stock away. Should be grateful they have a job for they r hard to come by, with that being said may not even be their fault could be managers. I would of bought complete bed coverings skirt, duvi, sheets, pillows etc. But went to the bay for help and completed my shopping.

One of the best locations of homesense, they have very unique and expensive items you will never saw it in other locations, it considered one of the largest homesense in the GTA, the workers there are high level of knowledge about there job, most of them have many years working there and they are nice and friendly

Manager needs to fix her customer service skills. The chubby Manager with glasses. Don’t sell customers damaged items. Try to adjust the price if not don’t try to fool customers with defected items that nobody wants to buy. Really disorganize layout and confusing compare to other stores. Never coming again!

HomeSense offers a very unique variety of just about anything you might like for every room inside or outside your house that you are unlikely to see anywhere else. Great quality items at great prices. Gormet food, cookware and other kitchen items. The list is extensive. Great staff and quick service too.

I like the selection of this specific store. Just a warning though. Do NOT assume they have the cheapest prices on the stuff they're selling (even though I thought they did). A lot of the stuff there is regular or even more. But I did find a few good deals so overall worth it to check it out.

HomeSense is one of my wife's favorite stores. They always have something great and unique to buy. Their Christmas decor is amazing and their display even better. Awesome store, amazing products and great prices. Fully recommended

Like the other stores under the TJX banner, Homsense is a superb alternative to other big box stores with massive markups, and there are no shipping costs!! But if you see it, buy it, as it probably won't be there when you come back. You can always return it...

Nice store, very large. I cant believe i hadnt been to this location before. I was looking for crystal glasses. And they had the matching set i wanted. Helpful syaff as well. They were willing to look in the back and check. I am grateful. Thank you!

Another successful visit. Merchandise well organized, clean and well stocked with beautiful items. Furniture is overpriced (always have been)! Otherwise great deals and always something to find. Got a cool table runner and place mats. Love it.

This is a HomeSense Superstore. Store is well set up and has a lot more merchandise that you will not find at the other stores. Took my Wife there to pick up presents for the kids.Located at the Burlington Mall. Worth the trip to the Store.

This location is large with a big selection. It's also attached to a mall that has a Winners, the Bay, etc. It has a large furniture, bathroom, decor section. Kitchen and food section I've noticed has less of a selection for this location.

Cool place with lots of interesting unique things for everypoint of the home. In particular I love the kitchen section (being a Chef). They have commercial quality items at a lower cost than speciality stores & restaurant supply depots

I live this store. They have a large selection of stock that changes frequently. The store is always tidy and easy to get around in. The line may seem daunting at first but it actually moves very quickly. Staff are friendly.

This HomeSense location is one of the better ones around. The floor is always packed with good merchandise and you will always find what you are looking for. Found some great Christmas gifts here!

My fav Honesense! Got all i was looking for, found even more. No waiting in lines compare to one in Stoney Creek where almost always had to wait for a long time due to only one till was working

I have nothing negative to say about HomeSense, except that I wish they would update their systems where customers can search for specific items and see what other locations carry it in stock!

Their collection at this location is really unique. I like the place always grab few things for home . I love visiting often. My favorite is buddha and animal statues .

Love this place! Didn't have much selection on doggie beds, but it was only 10 minutes away from the Burlington mall home sense and they had alot of selection there!

The new location I find is not as good as the old. Sure there is more space but it seems harder to find things. Also the clearance sections are all over the place.

Best Homesense I've ever been to. Normally lots to choose from except the last 2-3 weeks, thats why i gave a 4, but like i said normally lots to choose from.

Great place to find that special item. Always fresh stock to shop through. They are also a place that you can find that perfect accent piece for any season.

Different things here all the time. Sometimes they have an item and "if you like it" you better get it because it won't be there next time you come back.

Much better collection than the HomeSense-Winners combo stores. Used to like the earlier location for its size, but this one seems better organized.

Note enough cashiers. Huge line up at front. I am reviewing this a year later: same problem. Seen people leaving due to line up and only 2 cashiers.
