This place has a great range of flowers at affordable prices. Im not usually someone to leave a bad review (this is actually the first bad review I have ever left) and by all means this review is based on the ONE sales person I spoke to not everyone else that works here. However, after choosing the pot plant we wanted. The sales rep snatched the plant out of my hand asking: "is that the one you want?" (no hello, no can I help you?) She then directed me to the front desk. When we reached the front desk I asked if she accepted eftpos. To which her reply was "Yeah. Have you got a card?" (Ofcourse I have a card that is why I asked!"). There wasnt much conversation to follow. Overall there was ZERO customer service here. No thank you. No good bye. No eye contact. She actually looked a little uncomfortable herself. Based on the way I was treated I honestly felt as though she thought I was stealing the plant! (Which made me feel very uncomfortable). I had brought my mum here to let her choose flowers for her birthday and was pretty excited to spoil her. But instead we left feeling incredibly dissatisfied and quite frankly offended. Please note: the plant we chose was gorgeous and the produce here is cost effective, plentiful and vast in range. I didn't have a chance to interact with any other sales reps so please keep in mind this review is only for one interaction with one employee here. In saying this; I will not be returning to Hills The Flower Market.

I recently went to purchase flowers for my fiance and was treated like a second-rate human being. I walked in wearing old clothes after a painting job and they took one look at me an shriveled their noses. It was if a man was not allowed to exist in what would be their "pristine world". I was shunned for simply existing. When I approached one lady to ask for recommendations she told me she was on break and walked away. After I had found a bouquet, I approached the counter to purchase it and was told that they were serving someone else. The nearest other customer was a lady on the other side of the store who had just walked in. Following this, when I asked how much it was the cashier said "are you sure you can afford this honey" with snide smile. I am shocked that anyone would ever say that. Needless to say I would never return here again and would encourage anyone else to do the same.

I couldn’t recommended Hills Flower Market enough! I loved working with Nicollette to create our beautiful wedding flowers. Nicollette had plenty of creative ideas, flower suggestions and options to consider for our wedding day. The team were extremely flexible, easy to work with and great to communicate with. Nicollette and the florists went over and above to ensure our floral dog collar was securely fitted to our Kelpie in store , arranged seperate pick up times & packaged the bouquets and arrangements so carefully. Hills were the most reasonably priced out of the quotes I received & I’m so glad I chose them to be our supplier. Thank you for absolutely everything!

Amanda and the team at Hills are absolutely amazing. They did an incredible job with my wedding flowers - with the NSW floods just before our wedding some of the flowers I had chosen a year prior were difficult to get but Amanda went above and beyond to make it happen. Also so many great options for DIY brides - Hills did my bouquet, arbour, cake flowers, button holes as a pick up order. I was then able to show Amanda the amount of vases I had beforehand and she ordered in a whole bunch of the same flowers for me to do myself at the venue. So many different options to suit every budget and amazingly affordable! Could not recommend enough!

Beware - what you order online may look very different to what arrives. Disappointed with Hills on this occasion, and won’t use them again. I ordered a Tirari succulent plant pot, admittedly there is a disclaimer on the website saying that substitutions may be made, but a nice plant pot on the web photo was substituted with an ordinary looking one and the plants didn’t seem to be as mature, and quite a few pebbles were used to fill in the gaps. This was an expensive item, and definitely wasn’t value for money. Before posting this review, I emailed Hills with my complaint, but haven’t heard back from them. Item was delivered on time.

Absolutely thrilled by our arrangements for a funeral the had this week. The lady who helped us in store was so lovely and helpful and made the whole process really easy and even helped us to stay within our budget. We had beautiful natives that just filled the room. They were delivered on time and we more than what we expected. They just made the service feel complete. The flowers we really affordable and great quality. We couldn’t be happier with the service and flowers we received. Would highly recommend to everyone and can’t thank the team enough at Hills The Flower Market.

Amanda from Hills flower market is amazing, she did my friends daughter's bouquets and reception hall in Mosman, her bouquets and arrangements were exactly what they and expected, from the most fresh flowers to the perfect colours. The flowers withstood a 36 degree day and not one flower wilted in the sun. I made the cake and decorated with flowers they just made the cake look even better. I have one of the table bouquets a day later and it's still perfect, thank you Amanda at Hills for beautiful fresh flowers.

Wow! Our wedding flowers were incredible. I loved working with Amanda. The number of compliments I got on the flowers at my wedding was unbelievable. I believe my friends were fighting over the flowers to take them home at the end of the night. Amanda put together an Australian native theme which was so beyond beautiful. Hills is an excellent place to get the perfect present. The flowers always look fresh and colourful, there is plenty of choice and the staff are always willing to help and give advise. The bouquets are creatively and skilfully made. I have always been extremely happy with both the service and the quality of the product. Now that I have moved to the UK I am still using them to send gifts to friends in and around Sydney.

The flower market is great value, and the staff are really nice. The cafe is really nice too. Very popular, so there can be a little wait sometimes, but you can tell the staff are pushing hard to keep things moving pretty quick even when they're totally slammed. And there's a coffee + bacon and egg wrap combo, or a more expensive b&e wrap. Go the more x'y one. It's phenomenal.

They have absolutely beautiful flowers that are always fresh and vibrant. The staff are really helpful for tips on how to look after your flowers and also choosing the right ones! Each time I go they have different bouquets and designs which are very creative. There are two coffee shops adjacent to the flower market that make the trip here very worth while.

Amazingly fresh flowers, with a huge assortment of choices. The staff are so friendly and offered to wrap our flowers further for gifting. Honestly the best place to come for flowers. The prices are astounding. A florist at Forestway would sell the flowers for $80 while here a even nicer looking bunch cost $25, could not believe it.

Thank you very much for the beautiful bouquets, floral decorations and flowers and native greenery used for wedding table centrepieces last Saturday at my daughter Sonya's wedding to Nir. It all looked stunning and everything was delivered and set up in plenty of time for their morning wedding at Vaucluse Tea rooms.

I am so disappointed. I have always used The Hills Flower Market for all our flower needs. I ordered condolence flowers and what arrived was not at all appropriate and was dead within days. For the amount of money invested, I expected more from a trusted florist. I’ll be finding a new one for future events.

Excellent coffee and fruit muffins, and great service. They go out of their way to make cyclists welcome, providing free chilled water and convenient racks to suspend your bikes from that minimise hassle for everybody.
