I’ve been coming to Himani for a few weeks now for threading and waxing and have never had any major issues. Today however I did book in for a face threading appointment and showed up to her door but she mentioned she might’ve forgot to book me in and already had another client. She did confirm via text that I was booked in and I did too so I was abit confused. I understand these things happen and all I wanted was an apology but she was very defensive about it and told me I didn’t confirm with her and I voiced my feelings that I was abit annoyed about it she responded “don’t be angry with me…” but I kept telling her I wasn’t angry I just wanted to clear up that it wasn’t my fault that I wasn’t booked in and all I wanted was an apology. She was very defensive about it. Quite disappointed

Let me start by saying, I have NEVER experienced a pain free wax until today! I never even realized an area that I usually experience a lot of pain (thighs) was waxed until it came up in conversation. I had to check twice to make sure it really was done!! Not only was Himani professional, she was also really lovely! Chatting to her was like a therapy session! The salon was clean, her services were clearly listed and prices were reasonable. I ended up getting more services than I originally had in mind as I was extremely happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Himani for the absolutely amazing experience!

I had an incredible experience with my facial waxing tinting and threading yesterday! Himani not only provided a thorough skin cleansing but also took the time to explain what suits my skin tone best. The head, neck, and shoulder massage added a delightful touch to the overall relaxation.i felt like a different person after the session and nice detailed explanation was given on how to maintain skin care and regarding make up secrets as well! Overall an exceptional service! I would recommend anyone who would want to improvise on their skin care !you can blindly trust Himani and relax during the session !

Have been to Harmoney spa twice now, went to get my eyebrows fixed and reshaped. She did an amazing job,absolutely love my brows. Went back to get a full face wax done, I was a bit hesitant in the beginning due to some very bad experiences in the past at some other place. I was amazed with the results, she was extra cautious as I have very sensitive skin, and the end result was breathtaking.. I didn't get any burns or breakouts. Definitely a returning customer and would highly recommend her services

Himani was absolutely amazing!! I am 35weeks pregnant and she was all the time making sure I was confortable. She also suggested on shaping my eyebrows which I shared with her that it was very difficult to find someone who can do a good job on eye Brows and OMG! My eyebrows haven't looked this good in ages!! If you are confused about Harmoney spa and you are unknown about the services here- you need not to worry about it. It was my first visit for eyebrow waxing too. I was also a bit confused earlier but, once I am done with eyebrow waxing, I am satisfied and happy that I was in the right hand. Thanks a lot sis I will visit again definitely. Highly recommended.
