I prefer your store to ware house style businesses which have tons of stock but often not what you want. Not as large as the big hardware stores out at Dural or Thornleigh, but they have always stocked anything I've come in search of. Plus the staff are friendly and helpful. Great that Hornsby has a local hardware store selling quality materials and saving a heap of time from travelling further afield.

They seem to stock most of the usual 80% of what everyone needs, and will order in anything special without a hassle. Very helpful staff who really know their stuff. Better than Bunnings. Check out the bargain items table in the middle of the shop - there are sometimes some amazing special offers.

The only place on the North Shore that had 100mm PVC. Due to circumstances I didn’t end up getting it but they had it. When I called up to find the young lad on the phone was polite and helpful and knew without drama that they had it in stock. 5/5 for excellent service and I never even went there.

Great service, Jay was very helpful with my purchase of Stihl FS 55 RC line trimmer plus other accessories (I.e chain and bar for my MS211). He also helped check and pulled apart my stihl MS211 chainsaw in regards to my concern of bar oil not coming out. Fantastic customer service.

This is a nice store for people in Hornsby Asquith area . Their prices are same or lower than Bunnings most of the times. Of course options are not as many. But if you know what you want this is a good place to go. It saves a long drive to Thornleigh.
