I've bought lots of stuff from these guys over the past 5 years. Yeah the owner is a bit of a grump, but he never sold me faulty stuff. The young kids he has working there are friendly enough and knowlegeable. You can go in a complete retard and they will give you all the inside info and equipt at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Bought 2 mygica 1800's, have had them for about a year and a half now, Good service, have had a to call for some tech support once or twice, I have been in for 2 free software updates.

Worst experience ever, Dereck was good to deal with but plagued with problems from mygica unit(s), after 2 defective units they dumped me on mygica who have left me dead in the water.

Selling bad defective products. Charging restocking fees on defective products that are verified defective by themselves by testing in thier shop. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.
