Dr Chan and Dr Aladdin are great but honestly the wait times are beyond ridiculous! Learn to manage appointments better! No one should need to wait 1-2 hours after their appointment time! It’s like our time means nothing! And get a new receptionist! Second time I’ve been stuffed about because she doesn’t know what she’s doing.

This medical practice is a joke. You do as asked and make telephone apt but are called well and truly after hours, so no medical certificate or documents can be arranged. Doctor says can't do it as receptionist has gone home, then receptionist says its for doctor to do. Really over how my family gets treated at this practice

Please allow 3 hours for a general 10 minute consult. I have been a patient for 4 years. Yes the doctors are great but the receptionist should not have to take all the blame. I know for a fact Chan talks alot longer than what he should! Timing is of a disgrace at this Centre. Call ahead people to save yourself frustration.

I have been a patient of Dr Chan for many years. He is kind, knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. Sure, you might wait but i alway call before my appointment time and am happy to wait for good service. Dr Chan is thorough and i am always confident with his diagnosis.

My husband and myself have been going to here for 15 years. We've found all the Dr's and the reception staff to be professional, courteous and friendly. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit, but never ever has the service medical or otherwise been lacking.
