We choose Global Tickets for our F1 experience to the Hungarian Grand Prix. They gave us the option to upgrade our seats, extend our weekend, and upgrade our hotel, which we were extremely happy with. They arranged a welcome in the hotel on friday evening (we didn't make this due to being at the FP). Then , on Saturday and Sunday, they were there to welcome us in the morning. The bus stayed, and then they took us back to our hotel. This made the whole F1 experience excellent, efficient, and comfortable. The guides were really welcoming, approachable, and informative. It was lovely to have them keep us company for the weekend. If we were to go to another grand prix, we would definitely book again and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of it.

DO NOT BOOK AT GlobalTickets!!! Avoid GlobalTickets at all costs. They rip you off I ordered Imola tickets for 2023 Formula-1 Grand Prix. The event was cancelled due to flooding of the track. It took them 2 weeks to "sort out" the issue and after that they provided two options: Voucher to spend on their website or a rebooking of Imola 2024. Needless to say that there is no guarantee of Imola 2024 ever happening and these people don't want to return any money. Do not buy tickets from them because it's an absolute disaster of logistics and in the end they will refuse to get your money back. Global tickets doesn't want to return me 610 euro's I've spent on one ticket. I will open a lawsuit against this company for fraud.

Was just browsing on the site for payment methods as the amount for 2 tickets to the F1 is rather large then all of a sudden I'm hit with "legally binded" order confirmation which is rather alarming and sent me into a mild panic but if you haven't entered your payment details they can't take money from you as you havent confirmed the payment. They seem to be trying to intimidate money out of you but with anyone you do like to see what you are buying/paying for before hitting the payment button to "CONFIRM" your order. Will be going elsewhere.

Ik ben deels tevreden. Helaas door mijn enthousiasme te snel door de reservering heen gegaan waardoor ik niet heb gezien dat er in eens servicekosten van 13,95 erbij zijn gekomen. Nogmaals ik was te snel maar eerst staat er op de pagina dat de kaarten een x bedrag kosten zonder extra kosten. Je gaat naar de betaal portal, ideal (geen extra kosten) en dan toch nog extra kosten (wat ik te laat zag) niet helemaal netjes en daarbij een best stuk duurder als dat ik het ergens anders had besteld. Dat vind ik wel jammer.

We had booked for the Formula 1 GP Hungary 2023: the tickets and accomodation (Mercure City Center) were very good. Also the bus transfer from/to the race track were very convenient. Last but not least I want to make compliments to out host Caitlin: not only was she able to give useful tips and guidance, but was also very nice to have a little chat. All in all a clear recommendation for a next booking to an F1 event.

Goed georganiseerde reis naar de Red Bull Ring. Vervoer vanaf hotel naar circuit prima in orde. Net hotel met ruime kamers. Leuke en informatieve reisleiding ter plaatse. Ook het boeken ging vrij gemakkelijk. Wel een tip voor de informatie voorziening: alleen informeren als de tickets voor het geboekte evenement worden verzonden. Nu volgenden er erg veel voor mij niet relevante mails.

We had a wonderful time in Monza Thanks to Global Tickets. An extraordinary enjoyment at the Temple of speed. Must visit for every F1 fan. Well managed action from Global Tickets side, clear info about everything And well organised transfers from the hotel to the track And více-versa. Everything just great. Erg leuk weekend gehad en in principe alles goed georganiseerd. Begeleiding top. Toch een paar puntjes, terugreis bus van kwalificatie duurde te lang. Vermoedelijk verkeerde parkeerplek (vip route). Ochtend van de wedstrijd te laat vertrokken (uit Boedapest om half 9). Personeel hotel is slecht, eten e.d. ook. Wellicht niet meer danabuis Helia.

We went to Formula 1 in Monza with Global Tickets and the service was incredibly good! The hotel where we stayed was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and our guides from Global Tickets were very friendly. When you had a question, they did everything to help you. I would definitely book another time! 10/10, would totally recommend!

We Booked online wasn’t sure if I’d booked with a legitimate company but took a leap of faith and so glad we did. Great weekend, travel was very well organised hotel was spot on and we got dropped off right outside the gate at Silverstone. All the staff was very helpful throughout the whole experience.

Ik heb ruim 500 euro betaald en geen tickets ontvangen. In de bevestigingsmail lees ik pas dat dat nog wel maanden kan duren voor een evenement in juli. Dat had ik liever duidelijk, zonder kleine lettertjes, tijdens het bestelproces geweten. Zonder tickets kan ik natuurlijk nooit een voldoende geven.

Fantastic organization. The communication, and the sending of the documentation and tickets was very good. The weekend of the GP everything was very comfortable and pleasant. The guides have always been attentive and available for anything we have needed. I recommend globaltickets. I will repeat.

All is well arranged, bus is good to the track. Would like to see a bit more flexibility on when your able to leave the track. Maybe something like a shuttle bus service in the course of the afternoon? For the rest a gr3at time on track! Leon is a good and helpful tour guide.

Ze verkopen dagtickets uit een weekend bundel waardoor het voor hen goedkoper is. Deze tickets kan je niet via TicketSwap verkopen. Ze nemen het ticket ook niet terug als je niet kan gaan. Je bent dus je centen kwijt want doorverkopen lukt niet

I like the service oriented attitude of the team. Nice hotel choice. One improvement: you could provide a list of restaurant recommendations at arrival, as well as local transport information. Overall a very nice experience.
