Worse pharmacy I have ever been to. would have given them 0 if i could. Took them a month to get a refill on a prescription for me with me calling them at least once or twice a week about it. Then when they finally got it stated it was my doctors fault for them not getting it even though i gave everyone benefit of the doubt. My doctor has been practicing for 40 years and they tried to tell me he didn't know how to fill out a prescription. After this I decided to change pharmacies. They then refused to give my new pharmacy the refill on my prescription stating they never got any even though the day before the pharmacist, not the assistant, confirmed she got it with me and that I could come pick it up. She then went on the tell me it was my doctor's fault and not hers. So I then changed pharmacies and decided to write my first review on the internet about this horrible experience with a useless pharmacist.

I was at the pharmacy on Monday November 10th around 7:00 p.m to ask the price of a prescription and two medical shampoos to decide whether it will be cheaper to get it from there or Walmart and found the person working there to be rude and impolite. I asked him the price of the prescription first and then the other two shampoos and the a_ _ h_ _ e tells me in a rude tone that he is not a kid and to ask him the price of all three at one time. I wonder why they hire ill-mannered people like him who are discourteous, uncivil and disrespectful. I won't be going back there for sure because of the person working at the front!!!!

Very disappointed with this pharmacy. They are making money on rapid COVID 19 test. Charged me $30 for a test kit. Obviously I bought it because of these unprecedented time as I needed one for my mother but I am not going back ever here. I am definitely going to report them to Health Canada. I am very disappointed that how they can make huge markup on such a essential product.

The Owner is a lady that has no idea how to run a business. The lady lies to her customers and she is a very disrespectful person I would never recommend this place to anyone . Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs. There are so many other places that respect there customers not like this lady she does not appreciate her customers at all trust me go somewhere else.

The pharmacist changed my regular statins prescription to a different brand and it caused me frequent stomachaches. I asked for a change and the pharmacist requested a new doctor prescription and charged me again. That is a bad trick to earn double sales. I would never go there again.

This pharmacy has taken care of me in providing reliable service on my medications. Fast, friendly, and compassionate! Thank you very much in looking out for me! I always look forward to getting my medication from the friendly staff and owner.

I switched over to this pharmacy after getting sick of the price gouging via fees, and slow service at Shoppers down the road. I've been well-taken care of and have gotten great advice from the staff here. Highly recommended!
