Was served by Gavin today. His positivity and the love for his job really was displayed during my interaction. I came to buy some tubeless tyre sealant and he went above and beyond, showing me how to top up my wheel and explained it all step by step. My interaction was definitely an enjoyable one. He is such an asset to this store. Would recommend this store as all the times I’ve been here, my experience has always been a good one.

Benn coming here for a little while now (For sales, servicing and even the odd "help, I've tried to fix my bike myself a failed") and they will always do their best to get you out riding again as soon as possible. You will never find them trying to sell you anything you don't need. They genuinely just want you to get out there and enjoy riding. I have felt that is more important to them than just making a sale. Well done team!

Happy with the service here. Bought a giant from the sydney store, had an accident, the guys here (Dave was who I spoke with) were happy to look over the bike and make some quick adjustments, thankfully nothing was damaged, just cosmetic. I appreciate that they were quick to help and happy to look over the bike for me after the fall. Helpful staff, will be back again.

Great team who offer a uniquely personal level of service and truly value their customers, whether repeat or one off. My only complaint is (and ok it's not really a complaint) that a 5 minute visit invariably turns into an hour long bike talk session . I have to say that Panther Cycles have been nothing but brilliant to deal with! I had been in touch for a while about buying my first mountain bike and they were very informative and friendly. When I purchased the bike they ran through everything and asked if I had questions and even helped my get it secured on the ute.

The team at Giant/Panther cycles are exceptional. Dave, Gavin, Brian have been there for many years and I've missed a couple of names. The customer service is above and beyond. I work in customer service and I know all about the good and the bad. These guys know how to look after you and they have great bikes as well.

Great store. Helpful, insightful and friendly. Interested in finding out what I needed and giving some great suggestions rather than trying to up-sell me to products I don't need. Well stocked and I walked out with exactly what I needed. Just a top experience all round. Never leave reviews but I've left this one.

Good servicing, good advice and no surprises. Best of all is the process: you book your service so you're not without a bike for any more time than is needed (often same day pick up) and there is constant communication about any decisions and pick ups etc.

This is more than just a terrific bike shop. They are a great bunch of guys who are genuinely interested in helping you enjoy cycling and triathlon. No matter what I've been looking for they have always been friendly, honest and helpful.

The guys at Panther sorted out a last minute problem with my bike the day before Ironman Western Sydney 2019. Absolutely spot on technically and fantastic customer service. Good pricing too. Highly recommended.
