Staff seemed fine but I can't give a good review to any place that has such a poor return policy. I bought a steam controller and I asked if I could return it before I did so and was told yes. Well it's two weeks later and I've used the controller twice so I figure I'll return it and was denied. "In store credit only my manager says" (while the manager hides in the back). I get that it's a store policy but a couple things worth mentioning. 1) No return on opened hardware equates to "all sales final". 2) Don't tell people they can return things unless you detail the policy. 3) If your going to take a hard line on such a antiquated policy at least have the guts to come and speak to me. 4) Don't tell me "we can't sell it as new", obviously you can't but that is a business cost and doesn't matter to me whatsoever. Anyway, the guy was good about it for having to e force such a idiotic policy. I learned my lesson, big box or online. Good by brick and mortar.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was downright horrible, with the staff employing a pushy sales approach that felt intrusive. It's frustrating when you just want to browse without being pressured to buy. Additionally, the prices are significantly higher compared to other similar stores in the area. This was my last visit; I'll be seeking friendlier service and better prices elsewhere. Adding to the frustration, I observed one gentleman publicly coaching his staff on how to do their job, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. His authoritative demeanor, walking around like he owned the place, only added to the overall negative experience. It's disheartening when a store not only lacks customer-friendly practices but also exhibits questionable management behavior. This solidifies my decision to explore alternatives in the future.

Had the worst early game release experience ever. The manager took the first approx 20 people from the line to his till and took 20 mins serving the first customer , then the next customer forgot to grab the free keychain and the manager left the till for another 5 mins to go outside and trying to find him meanwhile now all us people that were the first in line are watching the other lady working on till checking out the end of the line while we are still waiting. took us 40 mins to get the game we prepaid for and waited in line for almost 2 hours to get. The service was slow and line got unfairly divided.

This location is hit and miss at the best of times. The staff for the most part is ok. However the store hours are still in pandemic mode. Most week days they are only open until 6pm. They need in increase their hours. I went there yesterday and arrived at 5:55 and they where closed. Which in do understand that no one likes last minute customers, but when you post your hours keep to them. I personally prefer the Skyview location. I will be hard pressed to go back especially I am right in the middle of both locations.

Great location when Norman is there. The other female workers there, some of them when I go in they are on their phones, don't pay attention to customers or are just talking and not really doing their jobs and just stand behind the counter. Norman is very nice and out going, great person to deal with. Another thing I want to add is that they rarely if ever call us for our pre-orders. It is frustrating, especially when we put a payment down to ensure that it is held and we never get a call.

Jess and Becca at this location truly went above and beyond when buying my new PS5! I had been looking for a PS5 console for over a year and they both got me hooked up with not only the console but also the games I wanted and a spare controller and gave fantastic recommendations for coverage (the PS5 controllers sometimes suffer from drift so recommended coverage for that). I will definitely be coming back. Long live GameStop!

I went in here yesterday looking for a Diceling that my step son has wanted so badly since just before Christmas. I was blown away by how helpful the staff were! Excellent customer service!!!! They looked in the computer to see what store might have one, then called to confirm and got the other store to hold it for me.

Great staff, nice store. The new shelving and arrangement really makes things easy to find. They always do their best to help you and if they for some reason they can't, they don't hesitate to refer you to another store that can. When I have the time, I love to just go in and browse for gift ideas.

Staff member I dealt with was good store looked like a bomb went off in there with 4 employees behind the counter just talking come on kids do some organizing the night will go faster if you keep busy and pick up some of the garbage on the floor or start refilling shirts that are all mixed up

Called in to see availability on a console that they said they have. Arrived at the store and claimed they didn’t have it even though they told me an hour earlier on the phone that they did. No explanation was given.

Extremely overpriced with no warranties on games. If you are looking for used games without warranties you are much better off on Kijiji or FB marketplace. You'll find much better value.
