My husband is a big fan of this restaurant so he ordered a pizza for the both of us. I have to admit that the pizza was extremely tasty and they were not shy with the toppings (5/5 stars) The reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is that the prices are a bit pricey and their specials are a bit absurd. Like paying 30$ for a 3topping large pizza with a 2L coke is a bit much. Other places you can excuse the price with the value of the meal but not in this case. YES!! they are very good but price wise..yikes. The second reason why I didn't them 5 stars is the wait, we placed our order and we were asked to wait 20min and even after the 20min the pizza was not ready. I'm a person who values every second of their time so I was not happy about it. in summary, if you're looking for a cheat meal then this is the place to get your pizza because every calories will be worth it.

My girlfriend and I are used to eating at Gabriel's for breakfast we always thought we got value for our money, and breakfast was always amazing, but was at the hunt club location. We recently stopped for breakfast at the newer limebank/spratt location, and it was decent but so skimpy on the meal size. My girlfriend had an omelette, the same thing she always has, and it must've only had 1 maybe 2 eggs in it. It was tiny. Her potatoes were about half the serving size as usual and three paper thin pcs of fruit covered half the plate. Really disappointing considering the dish costs the same as the hunt club location. I had pizza it was good but a bit undercooked. Wish all gabriel's were held up to the same standards. But being a franchise I guess not. Will not be going back to this location anytime soon, even though it's basically across the street from us.

A delicious breakfast that came out fast and fresh with outstanding service. Highly recommend giving this place a shot for your next breakfast doning experience. The food looked so good we just dove in without taking a before picture. Home fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Seasoned well with delicious sauted onions. Good bacon and perfectly cooked eggs. The croissant French toast is wonderful! They were always filling up my coffee and I never had to ask for a refill. That's huge unlike some restaurants where youre constantly having to flag down a server for things. Our server was so friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job which made the experience that much better for us. In addition to a big tip ensure to tidy up your table and make your servers life easier. They definitely appreciate it! Looking forward to my next visit.

I have been a regular customer at this Gabriel's for years, and the service has always been excellent. Today they generously offered to accommodate my partner and I by pre-preparing breakfast for us so we could eat when we got there past 3 p.m. (when breakfast finishes). There is a serious family medical emergency now preventing us from going, and we had to call and say we are genuinely unable to make it. Instead of being met with empathy and understanding while in the face of an emergency, we were told "we will not be doing this again" because of the waste of food. We were prepared to pay, as we are reasonable people and understand the issue this creates for the restaurant. I don't think I will be going back due to the lack of empathy shown to us.

My favorite breakfast place... The fruit is always hand-cut and beautiful the staff are very friendly and efficient the value is definitely there it's a cozy atmosphere the coffee is good... I say only good because I'm extremely picky with my coffee. But again one of the best breakfast coffees out there too.. I love the eggs Benny and the different varieties of eggs benedict that they have.. anything that is sent down at anyone's table around me always looks so delectable I wish I could have two breakfasts LOL. Also they have the best hash browns they are krisped just right.. how could you be disappointed? ... You won't be !!!...9.5

My wife and I have recently gotten into the routine of going out for breakfast on Sunday mornings. We've been to this Gabriel's location twice for Sunday breakfast and have been quite impressed by the service and food quality so far. The young staff members (mostly in university by what you've gathered so far) are very personable and have been a delight to interact with. We had friends come with us this morning and they also quite enjoyed their breakfast and are now planning on going back on their own. The pancakes and French toast are quite good, and the big breakfast might just be your first and last meal of the day.

We walked in, needing to eat fast so we would make it to a meeting nearby. We ordered a large veg. and our waiter mentioned they had a large special veg. just out of the oven that has no owner, would we want it. Sure we said. It was at our table in minutes and the best vegetable pizza I've ever had. We had recently been to our neighborhood Gabriel and the two pizzas we had were terrible. Bland, tasteless, not on a crust it was a soft bread like consistency. I thought I wouldn't go to Gabriel's again. But this location gave me hope. Great job, great pizza. :) Have been back and again excellent pizza.

Worse Gabriel's in the city. Went for brunch and the fritata pizza was tiny, barely larger than a frozen snack sized pizza. Waitress said it was head office standard but EVERY OTHER location serves a small pizza sized. One of our party ordered a greek omelet. No feta was to be found but the egg shell was abundant. The replacement omelet was shell free and still feta free. The hollandaise sauce was broken. Overall concensus is to never return to the Limebank location again. Incredibly disappointing considering the high standards found at all other locations.

Overpriced is about all I can say. Took my son for chicken fingers and French fries, i had a Nashville chicken sandwich and a beer, both were okay nothing special, and for the price paid I would expect bigger portions. $50 with tip is kinda steep for what they are offering. Service was mediocre. Interesting fact, all menu items are essentially the same as the takeout side but 20-30% more expensive, I don’t get it.

Great food, great service. Restaurant was busy Sunday morning - good sign the food is good. I ordered the breakfast plate with bacon and home fries plus a side of pancakes. The bacon was crispy, eggs were perfect. The only thing is that the home fries are from frozen but still tasty. I’d love fresh made home fries (like my mother used to make) - otherwise I’d give five stars.

I have been to Gabriel's on numerous occasions and it never disappoints. I have had their wings, pizza, their Monday burger special and my absolute favorite the Mighty Greek Salad. Everything is ALWAYS fresh. Not only has the food been amazing but the STAFF have always been a pleasure. Last evening we met the owner who really cares about his staff and his customers. We mentioned how impressed we were by the food and the staff and will continue being customers and referring them to our friends and family. See you soon Gabriel Family!!

I don’t know what’s going on lately but the last few pizzas have been undercooked, even after specifically asking for it well done. I also noticed they changed the sauce or maybe the cheese and it just doesn’t taste as good as it used to. I normally don’t give negative feedback but I feel the restaurant should be aware that it isn’t the same as it was even 6 months ago and I’m not the only person I spoke to that agreed that it’s not the same. It’s a shame because I was a regular customer and it was amazing before.

We enjoyed a great breakfast here after having discovered that they did more than pizza. My wife and I ordered the frittatas and were so very pleased! The service suffered a little as a result of the sheer amount of people in the restaurant but they should have staffed appropriately. We did complain after waiting a very long time to both order and receive our food and were offered a discount off of the final bill. I would recommend Gabriel's to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or lunch option.

I had a lovely meal at this location. I don’t think I have been to a Gabriel’s Pizza before and I did not go for pizza. No, I tried the eggs Benedict and some wings. Both were filling and fine. What set this location apart was the lovely waitress. She was witty, friendly to all customers, extremely perception and efficient fat beyond the ordinary. Nor was she hovering over the customers, she had the perfect balance of maintaining great service without disrupting the meals of the hungry customers.

This place's pizza is top tier. You definitely get what you pay for as the pizza is incredibly tasty and filling. More importantly, the service is phenomenal. I had a mix-up with my order (that was my mistake) and they were extra courteous and helped resolve the issue super quickly. You will definitely be well taken care of when you go here. Shoutout to Fadi (I hope I am spelling that correctly), they really went above and beyond to accommodate me. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Went to have a quick brunch! Overall it was a nice experience. The waitress was super nice, the service was excellent & the food came in no time which was perfect because I was hungry Their breakfast menu has a lot of nice variety, savory and sweet. We ordered the avocado eggs with potatoes & pancakes with mixed fruits. Both plates were delicious & fresh. The breakfast menu comes with your choice of coffee or tea.

Edited to say, tonight my takeout sandwich contained extremely undercooked bacon. Gabriel pizza offered me a voucher for the sandwich, but it will be awhile before I can go back, even for a “free” sandwich. Usually great food and service, and our go-to for takeout in the area. One thing to note is that consistency is key. On Wednesday my club sandwich and fries were perfect..on Friday not so much (both were soggy).

We try to have the pizza delivered but it is managed by a call center and the people working there we so bad we decided to get it ourself. Unfortunately the pizza tasted like it was frozen and the poutine we ask for was i such a bad shape.... don't know what happened there. We did try other location and the pizza was very different. Maybe they had a bad day but it was super expensive for some very bad food.

Always an excellent experience ordering from this Gabriel Pizza. Staff are friendly and the food is great. I never hesitate to recommend Gabriel Pizza to friends from out of town! Tonight something happened with our order (whoops!) however they were very quick to make things right - that is fantastic customer service and why I can easily give five stars. Thank you for all of your hard work.

This is NOT a Chicken Shwarma. This is a pile of gross. Those wraps I spent even extra for the pickles ($4.00) were not shwarmas at all. That bread is not shwarma bread at all. Overall, this was a gross experience, not as advertised and garbage.

Sat and got drinks. Had to after 10 minutes ask a bus boy if someone was coming to take our order. Server finally came and took order. The food came out not as ordered. Had to ask for an extra napkin. Server didn't check on us. Had to ask for the second part of my meal. Discount we get was only applied to my meal. Other locations give a discount on whole bill. Not impressed.

The good old pizzeria classics(wish escargot was on the menu) Limebank Road, specifically, quality food, most people don’t realize that they serve breakfast here, which is crazy good. The servers are some of the most polite people I have ever met. Even have a bar to sit at with multiple TVs, well done and please keep it up jist don’t run out of Coors Light lol

If it's busy and you can't guarantee your time promised in the app, cut off orders or at least surface this information so we can make a decision. It's 2023, even dominos does this, there's no excuse. (Changed the rating cuz I was overly annoyed and the owner responded nicely )

I don't like that branch and I wish I can give them more than one. The staff was really rude and treated me badly. They acted like they owned the place and were racist. They were only nice to people who tipped more, and when I didn't give a tip, they threw the bill on the table. The food was okay, but the staff ruined the experience. I won't go back there.

I had been told about Gabriel's pizza by friends as I live in Toronto. On a recent work trip to Ottawa I was finally able to get my hands on one. I have to say they did not disappoint. Very cheesy and very saucy, just how I like it. The pizza slices are thick; so much so that I got full off a personal size. When I get the chance again, I shall revisit

The place was alright, tables and space was very comfortable but didn't feel very clean. The staff was great, being very responsive, friendly and helpful. The food was only ok though. Spices were very bland and lacked the special flavour that I've had before from other Gabriel. The kitchen staff also mixed our order up, but was resolved quickly.

Poutine meet rock bottom. Now I don't get people that enjoy given negative critics so I get no pleasure writing one but it's too much.. Or not enough actually! Fries were cold, soggy, gravy just on top and barely any curds....and half empty...rest of food at Gabriel is good though...how can you ruin poutine is this area is beyond me.

We don't usually order take out as a family but the odd time we don't mind ordering a pizza. Second time the overall taste of the pizzas have been very bland. You would think that Italian sausages and black olives would give decent flavor to a pizza. Very disappointed.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday wanting to have a pizza slice only to find out they don't serve slices on the weekend which is one of the reasons I only gave them 4 stars. Having said that, I had a poutine. It was very good but I thought $10 for a poutine was a bit much. The place was clean and the service was great

We order pizza from here almost once a week & it’s always consistent & delicious! The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in the city! The eggs Benedict is absolutely to die for!! The waitresses on the weekends are so accommodating & friendly - by now they almost feel like friends! I would 100% recommend this place!

In addition to their famous pizza, and locally owned service, they have a diverse menu of Canadian-Italian options. In addition, their breakfasts are fantastic, especially their eggs-Benne! The Limebank location is very spacious, modern, yet cozy. Neat patio as well, and separate takeout area. Worth checking out!

This location in particular is superior in its service and food quality. Very well managed and staff seem to be the same for a long time which is usually a good thing. Terrible service. Almost 2 hours for cold pizza. Cannot speak to the store or supervisor at their call in number to find out about order - hung up on after 15 minutes on hold. The Limebank location is especially poorly run as every time they advertise a special they run out of ingredients.

Delicious. My favorite vegetarian pizza in all of Ottawa and they put in a grrqt amount of cheese. The dough is delicious. However, the prices aren't cheap. They aren't the most expensive around but I find $25 for two medium sized pizzas and just a few topins pretty pricy.

The breakfast was excellent this morning. Melanie provided welcoming, friendly, polite and attentive service. The food was tasty. The price was reasonable. I had a nice chat with the owner and can appreciate how hard they are working in such a competitive industry.

Pizza and pasta is very good (non italian food is average). Pricing is quite high though - unsure of the higher quality (as compared to Pizza Pizza, Milano) justifies the much higher price - 1 large cheese pizza here can get you 3 medium 1 toppings at Pizza Pizza!

Menu advertises a 15" for $5 extra but told price is now & $6 but menu not changed. Said ok but waitress came back and said this is for takeout even though it is on the restaurant menu. Although the pizzas are always good they need to work on the menu.

Food is delicious, and reasonably priced for the serving sizes. Staff was friendly. Service was a little slow, but I do think that was only because they were incredibly short staffed due to the major power outages and other aftermath of the storm.

Amazing staff! They are so nice and make sure that your time there is great. The food is great whether its breakfast or lunch. They have a bar and play sporting events on the TV's. Just an all around great place to have a breakfast.

You will be pleasantly surprised by Gabriel's breakfast! Served late and most plates include high quality fresh fruit. This does not negate their amazing lunch and dinner - best regional pizza chain, hands-down.

Good food, not very busy so great for morning breakfast if you don't want to wait. Price is comparable with most other locations and the breakfast is nice, they allow you to have Rye bread which is always nice.
