I no longer trust just about anyone in that clinic. They are not there to really help but out for the bottom line. Be aware for your elderly loved ones, answer these questions that the government states: a person that is sent to long term care: will it improve the quality person's life, no unless care is really needed. Will long term care improve the person from deteriorating or reduce the extent of deteriorating, no. Will long term care. This person in question can dress, go and make a sandwich when he's hungry, he know how to dress for winter, he puts on his boots, winter coat, gloves. Will go up the stairs to the bathroom, will go to the fridge for something to drink. Yes he went out in Oct dressed in his sweater, underwear and socks and shoes. We were both angry, he was in front of out home when I called the police. Vthe second he was dressed as he should have been walked to the corner and told a neighbour he was cold. Them took him, neither of us had each other's phones numbers. For these 2 reasons my home was deemed unsafe, and he was in danger. At no time did the social worked ask what he could do, the questions were not relative to him so he didn't answer, for that they want to put him in a long term care. His life doesn't matter, his right to snuggle in bed with his wife is gone, his cats are gone. Would that make you happy, would like to eat hospital food every day? For a person who do almost everything for himself is this what he really needs. Be aware, be very, very careful of what you say. Most of the time they may so so BUT never question them if you do your life will be he'll.

I attempted to actually have a conversation with Dr. Ma and was told I had to make an appointment and that it would cost $90.00. I was shocked that in order to have a simple conversation that was to do with clarification of a matter I would have to go this route. I was also down to the new offices recently. I had been told there was "lots of parking". Well they lied as not only was there very limited parking but I was there with an Aunt is 92 and I had to drop her off at the street and move my vehicle twice. I checked her in and then we waited and waited. We hate to be troublesome, but when I saw two people get called into the back office I went to the desk as my Aunt was getting tired (we there there for a simple prescription renewal). They acted surprised that we had waited an hour and questioned if I had checked in. I pointed to the woman whom I had spoken to. Then when we were called back my Aunt was so upset she just wanted to leave. I've not been happy for quite some time with Dr. Ma and her office in regards to my Aunt's care. Unfortunately, I have decided to do without a doctor and re-registered for another. My Aunt will have to stay with this clinic for now but to be honest after this last visit I'm not sure she really needs them.

If I could give 0 I would! I have been with this clinic for YEARS and decided to change clinics after this last draw. Let me tell you what happened. My pregnancy was already high risk and I had complications. Needless to say I called to ask if I should continue to take my medications or if it will harm my baby. The person on the phone went to ask Cook who then told her that she cannot tell me that answer unless I book an appointment and her next available date is in over a month so I told them off went to a hospital and ask them and they told me if I took this medicine for a month or even longer than a couple days it could cause me to lose my child. I ended up leaving for a WAY better doctor who now takes care of me and my little man. Never suggesting this clinic to anyone. Some issues: -refuses to give referrals even if lump in breast -refuses to let a gynaecologist put your IUD in because the first time was messed up because “she is one” -doesn’t take your mental health serious -pushes for medical marijuana all the time -almost never available -refuses to see you if you’ve gone to a walk-in clinic that is not hers more than three times

I was a patient of Dr. Ma for quite a few years, my daughter and late mother included. To then find out at my last appointment a few months ago that she released 150 of her patients and we were 2 of them. So we decided to take a doctor within that office and I have yet to be able to get an appointment to see him as well as my daughter has not seen this new doctor either. The wait times are ridiculous, the staff not always welcoming and friendly and yes you cannot get a hold of anybody on the phone, you wait on hold for a very long time. The service at this office is unacceptable now, and oh yeah the parking is essentially non existent. I’ve been to this new location two or three times and I’ve never been able to find parking. The old location was much better. All I can say is I hope things get a lot better but by the looks of things it probably won’t unfortunately.

Very hard to get an appointment or someone on the phone. I am returning their call but have no extension. I have been on hold all morning. The message cuts out and disconnects you after a while. This is my 90 yr old mom's doctor. I wish she could be with my own doctor. She is wonderful but unfortunately not taking new patients. Very frustrating. UPDATE Finally got an appointment. Got there but there was no parking so took my mom's walker out of the trunk, got my mom in the clinic and went to park the car. We were turned away because we were five minutes late. Be aware that is their policy. Do they realize how hard it is to get my mom to an appointment. 2nd Update - Dr. Ma has billed my mother $40. for a missed appointment. That takes the prize for worst medical office and doctor I have ever encountered.

The staff is friendly. But that's it. They only book 2 business days out, so you'll never get an appointment unless you're awake at 6am to book online. If you call when they open, the appointments are either all gone or you can't get through. Worse way to book appointments I've ever encountered in my whole life. I need more than 2 days notice to get off of work for appointments. They refuse to let you book for flu shot by appointment and insist on drive thru vaccination. This will not work for my family and there is no alternative. They've held 3 drive thru clinics for it and we've not been able to make it to a single one. Once some immediate health concerns are addressed, my whole family would rather go back on the list than continue to go here.

Have opted to go back on the list. Waited 3 years for a doctor then could not book an appt- the 'same day next day's appointments are not possible to book even at 6am they are all gone. The 2 doctors I tried to speak to work part time hours at the clinic and were not available on the days I am not working. When I did have one appointment they changed it & I thought it was a phone call and it was a video. This is the address but the practice name I was told is Frontenac Doctors. Hoping others are smarter than me and read reviews before accepting to go with this place. Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. Have lived in 4 other countries including the USA and hands down this is the worst medical service I received in my life.

The Service that this Office provides to their Patients and Patients Family is somewhat lacking. I have not been able to reach this Office through the phone since last Wednesday. I took my 80 yr old Mother for Blood Work on her Doctors request only to find out the Doctor never sent the requisition forms in. Needless to say we were unable to phone the Office and request them as they do not answer their phones or allow you to leave a message. It is very frustrating and upsetting to say the least. This is my Mother's health we are dealing with. If anyone in this Doctors Office reads this review please listen to my voicemail that your outgoing message says that you will not respond to for my contact information regarding my Mother.

This clinic and the doctors have no idea how to run a professional practice. Their booking practices are ridiculous - as noted in every other review here. I finally got off the wait list after 6 years and agreeing to go to a different county, just to get a doctor. Just a few months after joining the clinic and taking on a full roster of patients, my doctor goes on mat leave! She would have already known by that point, so why yank all our chains? Then to top it off, a year later she sends out an impersonal letter telling her patients "she cannot handle her load" due to personal issues and is dumping half of us on some random guy with barely a year under his belt. What a joke. Find another clinic - steer clear!

You'll never find a worse clinic if you try. You'd actually be better to have no doctor than take on this clinic as they simply don't listen when there are issues. There is much to be said for a Dr. who listens and identifies potential issues, run tests to diagnose and either finds the issue. If that is something you value in your Dr. do NOT go here. They will gaslight you and make up reasons not to test you like 'you are getting old now' or delve deeper. They seem to be content with getting paid for doing nothing. I have seen it with several patients now as well as they have been my partners Dr. and her families Dr. for many years. If you have to wait for a Dr. anyway, apply elsewhere. Thank me later.

I'm disappointed in the way I've been treated at this clinic. Fortunately, the one and only time I've seen my actual doctor, Dr. Sproule, she was lovely. Otherwise, the receptionists and others have been condescending. Using humour, sarcasm, and dismissive towards my questions. I've been left in the dark more than once on next steps to take when something hasn't worked or found us answers. I've been shut down quickly without consideration at requests for any preventative protocols, and completely turned away at the mention of trying any natural remedies. My experience is that it's hard to feel cared for here.

Appointments never on time (even if you book for first morning appointments) which is extremely inconsiderate. Front desk staff complaining about patients in a very distasteful, juvenile, and unprofessional manner. No consideration given to parents struggling with toddlers while waiting too long for appointments. Writing into the messenger service usually just ends in being told to make an appointment (appts usually 1 month wait +) Dr cooke is lovely and helpful when we finally get in to see her but the experience of getting in to see her is brutal.

They have really gone downhill fast here over the past 5 years. The doctor in charge is not supportive, she is dismissive, and I have no faith in her or her office’s ability to serve the community effectively. Every time I have to make an appointment, I can’t. Currently dr. Ma is unavailable (according to their patient portal) until November 29, 2021 and has not bothered to update her online status since. Terrible service, bare minimum dismissive care, and absolutely unacceptable availability. Shame on this office

Unfortunately have had more bad experiences than good. Impossible to take an appointment, you call right when they open and are left on hold for 20 minutes, by the time you speak with someone all appointments are taken and you can’t get in. My experiences with going in to the actual clinic are also not much better. Left waiting for over an hour and a half just to be told I wasn’t properly checked in and my appointment was given away.

I do agree the online portal is quite difficult to get appointments in. But the staff are pretty good to get me seen in an emergent issue. The gals at the front do a great job considering how many patients they deal because of multiple doctors at one clinic. I really appreciate that they have the open hours clinic for patients only. In the event they cannot get me in sooner I have that as a back up option

Over 2 years with Dr. Greenwood and my infant and I have never met her; always a nurse -- Which she misdiagnosed us both, which needed a specialists attention. You can only book 2 days in advance (which is obviously booked up). Moved to a different location with 1 week's notice. I could go on and on. I'm 4 months pregnant and have an 10 month old, but would rather be without a doctor than with her.

Location is so awful especially if you’re pregnant, senior or person with a disability. Almost impossible to find parking. We love Dr Ma and Dr Cooke but the front desk staff has zero customer service skills or decency. They will humiliate you if you’re 3 minutes late but expect to be left in a room alone for up to an hour waiting for the doctor to pop in. An extremely mismanaged clinic.

I would not recommend this group of doctors. Their policy of same day makes it nearly impossible to actually see your doctor, which is very poor patient care. We have had to switch doctors already after never even meeting our family doctor in person. It’s a complete waste of time. Wait it out and find any other family doctor clinic to save you time and frustration.

DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about your well being. I've never experience anything like it. Customer service at the front desk is awful, it's hard to get an appointment and if you're even a little late your appointment is canceled and you won't be seen. Seriously, they do not care about you, find another doctor's office. I know I will be!!

Worst office ever! Never able to book because of their same day next day booking. Tried all hours of the day and every day of the week and never once have I seen an open appointment. Reception staff is rude and treats patients in an undignified manner yet patients have to be super polite and respectful in return through this mistreatment.

very hard to get an appointment, no follow up on referrals and external tests/exams, always at least an hour behind schedule every time i have had an appointment, seemingly discouraged from making appointments, no option for in person appointments still, a glitchy online booking portal and no option to book over the phone or in advance.

She just doesn't care. I have been a patient for some time now. When she doesn't have a resident take your appointment, she is in and out of the room in under a minute, with your prescription written before you finish the first sentence. If you have questions, too bad. If it was easier to find another family doctor, I would.

I had a appointment with Courtney The NP . It was the first time meeting her . She was very Congenial ,and friendly .She Helped me through a big decision .and explained the plus and minuses . She is very knowledgeable gentle and professional plus . Thank you Courtney you are the Best

I really like the staff here. My dr is fantastic and I like that the book that day or the next. My last doc in Alberta took 2-3 weeks to get in. With that timeline who’s to say I didn’t have to go to the hospital instead. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them!

I also waited three years, but.. my Doctor is fantastic. ALL staff I've met has been super nice and attentive to my needs! I love that I can make a video call appointment. Especially since Covid happened and the winter cold, I don't have to deal with getting there. 5/5

My family have been patients of Dr. Ma from the beginning and we like her very much. She has always been knowledgeable, kind, proactive and supportive with my children and I. We like that there is an after hours clinic there a few days per week as well.

Reviewing negative because of waiting on a list? Welcome to every doctor office in Canada. This place has the kindest doctors I've met and with one exception, the staff gas been superb. I wouldn't be around today if it were not for my doctor.

Unprofessional and ridiculous. You can only book same or next day appointments which is unrealistic for any working person. Most of the time they have their phone lines off and there's no way to leave a voice-mail unless you're canceling.

Cannot book an appointment with my family doc online. So called many times with wait time more than 20mins for each call. They did not answer. Sent messages through online portal, still no response after 2 weeks. this is unethical.

Great doctors, nurses and staff. Dr. Ma, Dr. Greenwood and Dr. Vu have been great! No complaints, very happy with the medical attention. And they recently moved to a beautiful new clinic (gave ample notice)

Dr. Ma will do anything to help. She has residents, that is important her contribution, and shortens wait time to get appointment. The only problem is parking a bit too small.
