Attended a funeral here end of December 2022. Had to park 6 blocks away on the street because there is only about 15 parking spots provided and walk in -35 for 10+ minutes . There wasn’t enough room in the main chapel so many of us had to sit in the family room and couldn’t hear much of the service because the coffee maker made horrendous noises , the technical side to the service was awful and not coordinated , music stopped while slideshow of pictures kept going , had to pause and start a new song . I hope they paid nothing for this service ! During such an awful time of loss these sorts of things shouldn’t happen .

Our experience with Friends Funeral Services was exceptional. We worked directly with Danielle who was always available to answer questions and find solutions when needed. They made an incredibly difficult time a lot easier and we're so grateful we chose them.

I would like to thank Friends Funeral Services for the wonderful job they did helping organize a celebration of life for my brother who recently passed. They were very organized and compassionate and I would highly recommend them.

Very caring.... only thing was on the pre paid package had to be aware of what was paid for. A couple of things would have been overlooked had we not mentioned them.
