Living in Scotland I was keen to send flowers to my daughter when she got the keys to a new home in Alexandria. There were many florists advertised and I am delighted with the choice that I made. The website was easy to navigate and I was pleased to be able to use PayPal. I was impressed by the choice of flowers and size of arrangements available. In the event I ordered a medium arrangement of Native Australian flowers in a box. I know they last well in the heat and both my daughter and I really like them! As they were to be delivered when she would be decorating several days before moving in, the box was great...no need to find a vase! I telephoned Rina to confirm the order and clarify somethings. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and offered to send photographs of what would be delivered.Service indeed! My daughter wasn’t in when the delivery was made but the driver telephoned and sent a photo to confirm where he had left it. The arrangement was stunning. The flowers were beautiful, great variety and quantity and quality were remarkable. Very fresh and lovely mix of colours. I considered them excellent value. I will certainly shop there again!

Myself and two friends joined Rina and a few others for a wonderful Terrarium Workshop. The quality of the materials, plants and information provided exceeded all our expectations and was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon. Rina was incredibly welcoming and informative, and all of us went away with additional knowledge and confidence to recreate additional terrariums should we so desire. Perfect for all, I have no hesitation for recommending the class for anyone who loves plants, no matter what your level of creativity and/or botanical knowledge. In addition, as we went during our COVID times, attention to group spacing, hygiene, and sanitation was top-notch, and I felt completely at ease in the space. Overall - Highly recommended! (...and I have a sneaking suspicion that my friends and I will be back for Christmas wreath building later in the year!)

Hosted my sisters hens here for a hand tied arrangement for 10 people. We also hired the space for a little longer so we were able to mingle and play games. Rina was lovely and really helpful, she let us in early to set up and was an excellent host. We brought food and drinks with us which we set up as well as some decorations (which weren’t really needed as the place is covered in flowers and smells amazing). She asked what style of flowers we wanted and the ones she provided were gorgeous. Would 100% go back again for another event it was excellent - there are some photos on the FB page of the event

I attended the wreath workshop with 5 friends. Rina was truly amazing and created an additional workshop for our group (and others to join) as the dates we inquired about were already sold out. On the day the set up was perfect - all the materials to make the perfect wreath were there and available to us. We had so much fun creating and Rina was available to assist and support our wreath vision, as required. I would recommend this workshop if you're keen to get into the Christmas spirit, want a gorgeous wreath to take home, and/or want to have lots of fun. Such a great day.

Order last minute flower from flower lane & co for my mum’s birthday. Service and communication (Rina) so smooth. The flower is fresh and well presented. Delivery is on time and driver is very responsible. When the driver arrived, mum wasn’t home and he left the flower at the front door hidden behind the planter and left mum a voicemail. Once it has been deliver, I also received an email regarding the completion of delivery. ( of course, my mum also sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement). Highly recommend this florist!!

Rina at Flower Lane & Co was so helpful in arranging our wreath making workshop for 20 people. Not only was it easy to book but on the day Rina was delightful and was able to provide guidance on how to design the wreaths while still allowing people to use their own creative flair (even the least creative of us came out with an amazing pieces of work). All of our group said they would love to go back and do it again, or to try one of Rina's other workshops. Thanks Rina in making the day so much fun!

I ordered a small bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my friend's place on her birthday. It was very simple to order on the website and I got the notification through email that it was delivered. Rina has been really accommodating! From booking to the actual event day. She provides you with all informations and helped us execute the best bridal shower for the bride to be. She provided us with a long table where we could set up food. The workshop (succulent terrarium) itself is informative and really fun. All the girls loves it. We had Liz and Rina help out as our wedding florist and we were very impressed with the way everything turned out. We came into the store to discuss our vision and concept, which they were able to turn into a reality. They even designed and provided the arch and drapes for us. Really enjoyed the make your own terrarium class! I bought it for my mum and it exceeded expectations. Would definitely book again and look forward to trying to make more of our own at home also! Rina was an excellent teacher and explained everything with great detail to try and help people like me from killing our plants ;) Definitely something you must try!

My 9 and 13 year old daughters had an absolutely fantastic time at the terrarium workshop. Instructions to create the terrarium and information on how to care for the succulents used were easy to follow. The materials provided were excellent and enough to create a lovely masterpiece. Liz was a fabulous teacher and very approachable. Would highly recommend!

We did a flower crown workshop here for a hens and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Nicole was very accommodating and helpful for the setup prior to the party and led a wonderful workshop. All the girls had a lovely time and took home beautiful crowns full of fresh flowers. Very professional; great business and exceptional customer service.

We attended the 2 hour terrarium workshop last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a birthday surprise for my partner, and as I also attended Rina was very accommodating as we made one "Mega" terrarium rather than two medium ones. Highly recommend this workshop - was really fun and Rina is very knowledgeable and her guidance really helped.

My friends and I attended the Christmas wreath making workshop here. Rina is a lovely host and teacher. There was an abundance of materials to work with and it was a really great experience. It is a little pricey, but overall it was fun, interesting and you end up with a wonderful xmas wreath to keep for yourself or give as a gift!

It was such a fun afternoon filled with laughs and a lot of great information on how not to only make arrangements but where to source flowers from to how to keep alive for the longest.
