They were incredibly kind and helpful, as well as very knowledgeable! I went in to ask questions about a ring I have and to find out my ring size, and the owner predicted my size within a .5 margin before even getting the measuring tools out. She also answered all of my questions with great kindness and patience even though she knew I wasn't in there to make a purchase that day. I would definitely recommend them!

I went in to get a ring resized. They were able to do it the same day at a very reasonable price and the result was excellent! The final price was even lower than the estimate quoted to me when I dropped off my ring. Overall very impressed and I would go again for any jewelry repair needs. I would take off a point for the low-key/drab interior but I was impressed enough with the service to let it slide.

Great service, very reasonable prices - Next day service for watch repairs both of the times I've been there. The selection of new watches and jewelry isn't very large, but what they do have is nice. A small location, with older style decor, but the service definitely makes up for it. They also offer sapphire crystal retrofits for watches.

Incredibly friendly staff and very knowledgeable on their craft. My fiancé and I went in to simply have my engagement ring which is antique resized. They took the liberty to also widen the band, fix the claws and do an amazing job at cleaning and polishing it. I’m amazed with how it looks brand new! Definitely will be going there again.

Great service and at a reasonable cost. Got my anklet shortened and the large crystal face replaced on my watch for less than $100 total. Most other places turned me away and said they wouldn't touch watch faces so I was glad to have found this shop. It was done in store and in less than a week.

The owners here are so lovely and helpful, their prices are super reasonable, they are willing to work with you and do beautiful work in house. We had our watches repaired and bought our wedding bands through them.
