Imagine having two of your fingers ripped off by your new rescue dog the night before your appointment and calling them first thing in the morning to cancel your appointment while you are at the ER getting over 20 stitches to have your fingers reattached on top of several puncture wounds, but they still charge you the cancellation fee because its their “policy”. I gave them as much notice as possible but they had no empathy when rejecting any flexibility regarding appointment cancellation. Sorry, did they want an unpredictable dog brought in by a traumatized member of the family? How inconsiderate of me to have my fingers severed within the cancellation period. I brought the dog home from a very well known rescue (AKR) over a week prior to the appointment and he had no history of aggression or reactivity. After the incident, the dog would need to be evaluated by a few experts sent from the rescue before deciding the next moves. This happened in March (7 months ago) and I am finally starting to move on enough with the trauma to express how frustrating and disappointing it was (and how much it still bothers me) to have this interaction with this business — yes, business, because they are less about healthcare and more about profit. If you read their other reviews, there are similar situations such as where a customer was in a car accident but still charged the appointment. Ridiculous. I work at a local dog business that is fully booked for over months at a time, and I understand how much money is lost and how its unfair to other customers that would’ve loved to take the appointment, but we would never charge the cancellation fee when its an unavoidable life-concerning accident. How messed up is it that while someone’s life is going downhill, you continue to push them down with financial burden? Especially when you are a fully-booked business, you are already profiting lots and a missed appointment here and there will not have any significant effect. This vet hospital is a grave disappointment to humanity and our dog business will always refer away from here.

Ridiculously inept. Over charge. Double charge. Extra charge. Today one Price changed from 25 to 45 in the span of 30 mins and two phone calls and NO REASON AS TO WHY IT DOUBLED. Receptionists Dont listen to clients force THEIR ( not a vet or vet tech) opinion on what treatment or appts should be booked regardless of clients wishes. They Dont care if you have a complaint about service ( or lack of). As far as i have seen they are moneygrubbing compassionless and poorly trained. Its not about care here...its about CASH . (EVEN IF THEYVE ALREADY BEEN PAID HUNDREDS AND EVEN IF THEY HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY LEFT IN TTHE CLIENTS ACCOUNT!! ) Why ask a client to pay 45 dollars when theres more than that in the CLIENTS account IN THEIR OFFICE? Because they dont care about YOU. Only getting more FROM YOU ... I will NEVER return to this vet and now im curious how this spiteful, ignorant manager ( who replied and tried to make vet decisions with NO VET training yet ARGUES AND ARGUES about her ability to make decisions that oppose the vets last instructions) is still a manager.. oh right.. because when the person you want to complain about is the one directing calls ... youll never find their boss. i KNOW im not the first to have issues with her.. and i doubt ill be the last.. but im Glad she chose to reply and offer a little glimpse into her narcissistic inability to be accountable ... like saying " i know you didnt want to be bothered by me again.. BUT HERE I AM BOTHERING YOU !! ) my feedback ISNT for you .. its for ANYONE who loves their pet and wants The BEST care... thanks for helping them understand its not Fraserview Veterinary Hospital . classy

I have been going to Point Grey Vet (sister company) for a couple of years now and decided to book an appointment at their newly opened location (Fraserview Vet) since I was not able to book an appointment with Point Grey Vet due to their availability. I hate that I am writing this review but I did not have a good experience with Dr. Siu. My dog was having her annual exam done and a specific exam since she was slightly limping. She came out to talk to me and told me that they weren’t able to take a good look since my dog was moving too much and that the vet techs were not able to hold her properly to get a better view. (She’s 13 pounds) I am upset because I am a loyal customer to Point Grey vet and today I paid for something that I thought was not justified. I have been to PGVET during covid before and have never had a complaint about my dog not cooperating. At one point, I told Dr. Siu to check a tiny bump on my dogs face while she was holding a treat and when my dog took the treat after she was done, she said “now I have this gross stuff on my hand” (aka the saliva from my dog). I will be requesting for Dr. Chan from now on for my future visits. Update: I am changing my 2 star review to 4 stars. Point Grey Vet has reached out to me and although I did not have one great experience out of the many times that I have been to the clinic (company in general) they have amazing customer service, and are extremely knowledgeable. I want to thank Point Grey Vet again for reaching out and listening to my feedback and concerns. You guys are amazing and I know that I have not made the wrong choice in choosing the lifetime vet for my pets!

Best vet I've found in the southeast van/ metrotown area. My beloved Presa canario had a serious bacterial infection on his paw that swelled like a balloon overnight and required immediate surgery to drain the fluid. His toes were 10 times the size of his other paws toes, they were turning purple, and he was non stop shaking in serious pain. After frantically calling a dozen nearby vets nobody seemed to care enough to make room for an emergency, and only had appointments for the following day. When I called fraserview however they immediately made space after hearing the situation (even though they were also busy) and had him getting surgery within the hour to our relief. Overall they were caring, professional and not over priced. I found the live in cat in the waiting room provided a calming environment for the dogs in the waiting room. Also shortly thereafter my dog had further problems when i noticed a significant amount of blood in his stool. I was amazed when the doctor was able to provide medicine that worked without having to come in and pay for an additional visit, or even bring in a stool sample. This surprised me as most vets ive met get people to bring their dog in for everything and pay for the visit and all the above. Being able to diagnose the problem perfectly after only a few questions over the phone was quite impressive. 5 stars.

I first brought my cat, pepper to this clinic knowing that he had a tumor near his nose. I went to two vet clinics before this one and each one made me do blood, pee, etc exams which added up to a lot of fees. I explained to Dr. June the situation and after examination she suspects the same issue and did not forced him to do more exams. It’s not about the money, it is really the well-being of my fur baby. Pepper was 16.5 years old and each time an exam was done on him, it was truly painful to watch. Dr. June suggested an alternative Chinese herbal method to help ease pepper’s pain and see if it would help him. We took the suggestion and it really did helped a lot ! We were able to gain another happy and healthy half a year with my dear fur baby. More importantly they followed up with us to see how pepper was doing. Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to him and I brought him back to fraserview vet to say my final goodbye. I was 9 months pregnant, and the staff were all very considerate. I’m happy we went to Fraserview Vet, if I ever have the courage to get another fur baby, I will definitely return to this vet. Thank you Fraserview vet staff and Dr. June for being so considerate and allowing Pepper’s last moments to be so peaceful. The card you guys mailed me after a month truly touched my heart. Thank you!

Our pets are members of our family, and we all want to make sure they are well taken care of during difficult times. If you are looking for a place that will do right by you and your furry family member, this is that place. This is a brand-new location that is well designed, fresh and clean. From the amazing reviews they received at their sister location “Point Grey Veterinary Hospital”, you can see that this is a company that puts the animal first. My dog was at the end of her journey and everyone I met at this location from the clerks, nurses and vets were nothing short of exceptional to her. Every interaction she had was positive. She was greeted with smiles, love and kindness and it came to a point where she was eager to go in for her visits. Her care during her time here was top notch and I never felt rushed as the vets will take their time explaining and giving you the different options. If you are unsure about which vet you should go to I highly suggest that you give this one here a shot. You won’t regret it. =)

We are forever grateful for the kindness and care our dog Ayla receives at Fraserview. From regular vaccines to more complex concerns, we have always felt that Ayla has received the best care and attention. Since our dog has had poor experiences at other clinics, her anxiety was always something we have been cautious of. Their Fear-Free practices are truly the best. From the first appointment, the change we saw with Ayla with their staff Maria was reassuring that we had made the right choice choosing Fraserview. They don’t rush you, they don’t pressure you. You have actual conversations that are in the best interest for your pet, from acute matters to the ongoing long-term prevention and wellness care. To the whole team of Receptionists, Veterinary Techs, Veterinarians, and everyone in between that we have met, thank you so much for all of your hard work, patience, time and kindness you always exhibit.

We’ve been coming here for a while, and will definitely always do. I found this vet when looking for a fear free place as my pup used to be very anxious about going to the Dr. We were there today and I have honestly never had a more positive medical experience ever, not for me or any of my dogs. Everyone was so incredibly sweet, gentle and patient with Floki. I really appreciate that this can be a positive experience for him (and for me too, knowing that he is in the best care). The staff takes all the time needed to explain everything and always try to find the least invasive solution for my dog’s issue. They really work to find the best alternative. I will neuter him soon, and will definitely try to have it done here. My anxiety about him having a surgical procedure is off the charts but I feel safe and confident with the Drs. at Fraserview Vet. Thank you again, this level of care is priceless.

I will start off by saying that everyone here was very nice, the clinic was very clean and inviting. However: 1. The vet was unable to provide me with a solution to my cat's episodic issues. She was unsure what the reason for her episodes were. I was told my best option was to go to a (very expensive) specialist. I later went to a different vet who figured out her episodes were due to pain from urine crystals, and a simple change in diet has led to episodes ceasing for over 4 months now. 2. The vet who solved my problem cost half the price of this veterinary vet. 3. When i paid for the consultation (already double the price of other vets) the machine asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I have NEVER seen this before at a vet clinic and was honestly shocked. 4. The vet was hard to reach via phone and never followed up on my email in which I asked her to speak in person if possible.

  • Natasja Berzoini

The team at the clinic were exceptionally caring and attentive to my dog's needs. After a previous awful experience, I was relieved to find that they were able to make my dog, Ramona, feel calm despite her discomfort in veterinary clinics. The doctor and nurse sat on the floor to create a more relaxed environment helping my dog become less agitated. Their approach to gathering Ramona's health history was thorough, they listened carefully to all details. They asked questions and took the time to ensure that every concern I had about her health was addressed and validated. This level of attentiveness and empathy truly sets them apart from other clinics. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend Fraserview Veterinary Hospital to anyone seeking compassionate care for their pets. I'm looking forward to returning soon for Ramona's next health check-up.

I did not get the feeling I could trust the veterinarian that I saw. She did not seem willing to discuss her plan with me as she sent her assistants for every question I had. She made recommendations that I thought we had established against so I got the feeling she wasn't really listening to me. Perhaps she was just having a bad day, and that's human. Without knowing her situation, I found her to be overly dismissive and discourteous. I left feeling discouraged with very little understanding and a $200 bill that would've been $350 if I didn't ask any questions. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience **UPDATE** changed from 1 to w stars due a representative who contacted me. We had a very pleasant conversation and I may end up going there again.

We have visited the Fraserview Veterinary Hospital twice so far, the first time for our puppy's general examination after we took her home, and the second time for our puppy's second round of vaccine shots. Both visits were great and the staff has been super friendly and helpful. Our family dog frequents their Point Grey location, which also shares the same caliber of professionalism and quality services. Would definitely recommend their services to other pet owners. UPDATE Mandu is now two years old and we still love taking her to Fraserview Vet. The doctors are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Front staff members are always helpful. Mandu is pretty anxious by nature but she still enjoys all the attention she gets here!

I recently switched from Point Grey Animal Hospital to Fraserview as it is closer to home. I have 2 diabetic cats so we are in the vets office for bloodwork frequently. I am so happy I switched. Dr June Siu is amazing, and always is so patient with my animals and thoroughly explains all steps to you. She provided all estimates up front, and even gave options for different treatments. Tina - one of the Vet Techs, is also so great. I would trust her with my pets anyday. One of my cats gets quite anxious when being held, which makes bloodwork difficult sometimes. Tina makes it so quick and easy, and my cat is not stressed AT ALL, happily taking treats. Fraserview makes going to the vet so much easier and a super pleasant experience.

  • Jay Julier

Having had dogs most of my life, Fraserview is the best vets I’ve been to. My boy Bucky had a traumatic experience at a previous clinic and has a nervous disposition in general - all of the staff at Fraserview have been so kind and patient with him that every time we go he improves drastically in his anxiety and I couldn’t ask for more than that. Dr Carmen Chan is a wonderful veterinarian - she is open and approachable whilst being efficient and kind. I have never felt rushed or pushed into anything and she takes great care of Bucky - all of the staff do. I can’t recommend Fraserview enough. Thanks for all that you do from Bucky and I

  • Ann Le

We decided to switch to Fraserview Vet over a year ago and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. All the doctors, technicians and staff are very friendly and communicative. We always feel welcome and we can say that our cats have received the best care here. To be honest, I was hesitant before we came here because the visit fee is on the higher end. However, we felt immediately at ease the moment we talked to Dr.Chan and Dr.Robinson. Their exams are always thorough. They take their time to explain all the conditions of our cats and suggest what's best for them in a long run. It's worth every penny I would say!

  • Jen Seto

I appreciate how upfront with the costs, especially surgery costs, this clinic is. My dog had to have dental surgery and there were no surprises or hidden charges and the doctor called me every step of the way to discuss next steps. The best thing is that they present all the options to you but don't pressure you into buying anything or doing a procedure you aren't comfortable with. They do not make me feel like they are judging my choices either. The vets themselves are very gentle with my senior dog and tried different methods of giving vaccinations when she was not cooperating.

  • Lily Chen

I usually go to their sister clinic, Point Grey Veterinary Hospital. One time my dog Mochi had an emergency and Point Grey Vet didn't have an appointment available the next day. They offered me two options, either dropping my dog off so the vet could examine him between appointments or go to Fraserview Vet for an appointment the next day. I chose the Fraserview option as I wanted to be with my dog during the examination. The staff there were all super friendly (same as Point Grey)! Dr Carmen Lo was very helpful, so we booked the follow up appointment with her as well!

  • Andrew Ribeiro

Compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. In a world where we all care dearly for our little furry friends and would do anything for them, it is extremely refreshing to have an experience where your vet listens and makes a decision with you (not for you) and in your best interests (not their bottom line). Dr Chan took the time to listen to our concerns, offer insights and present our solutions with logical risk assessment for both the condition in question and the impact on our pet (who does not do well in social environments). Thanks for doing an amazing job.

  • Cindy Reynolds

Dr June Siu is the best reason to come to this vet clinic. I can't say enough about her professionalism, knowledge and genuine caring for both the owner and their pets. My two dogs would be the first to tell you it's never fun to go to the vet but they actually run into this clinic. Dr Siu takes the time to listen and provides very practical help. The rest of the staff are pretty great too! There is always someone to greet you and they know your pets name. This clinic is not the most convenient for us to get to but Dr Siu and her team are worth the miles!

  • Ta Chan

Our Frenchie gets his regular visits here with Dr. Chan - constant recurring ear infections but it's resolved every time! He loves it here - it's really fear free! Each visit, Dr Chan takes her time to check in and the appointment is never rushed. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Reminder emails when vaccines need to be updated and appointment reminders by email/ text are always good to have. They always try their best to accommodate if it's an urgent issue and we always appreciate it! :) Parking is hassle free - that's a bonus! Highly recommend!

  • Monica Wong

I was in the process of finding a new vet, I stumbled upon Fraserview Hospital and I'm so glad I did! I had a wonderful experience during my dog's first vet visit there in August. Dr. Carmen Chan took such great care of him as he is an older gentlemen and she took her time getting to know his current health conditions and answered all my questions with professionalism and empathy. I definitely would recommend Fraserview and I am excited to go back for a check up for Biko. Beautiful vet clinic, clean, inviting, and they really care for you pet!

  • Mary Fed

I recently started going to this clinic on a recommendation from a friend. I am very happy with the service I have received. So far I have had appointments with each of my 3 dogs with 3 different doctors and each conducted a thorough and complete examination using patience and kindness to work with each dog. I find that they spend the appointment time getting to know each dog and get as much info as possible to make a diagnosis. Each visit was followed up with either a phone call or an email from the examining doctor. Great service.

  • Melissa Daines

I'm extremely impressed by the extra certifications the doctors and staff have to deal with fearful animals. With a reactive dog, going to the vet for care can feel like a nightmare. Fraserview helped facilitate the best appointment my dog has ever had, and I feel confident about taking her back in for future appointments. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable pricing! I thought services would be more expensive than my last vet in the Fraser Valley, but they actually cost a little less!

  • Joan Wong

The doctors and staff here are amazing. This is hands down the BEST Veterinary Hospital in the Lower Mainland / Vancouver area. We were going to the Point Grey Veterinary Hospital for a bit but it was a little far. I’m so happy they opened a branch closer to us. Everything is super clean and I feel like everyone really cares and is trustworthy! I’ve been to many different animal hospitals in the past and none of them come close to Fraserview Veterinary. Dr. Carmen and Dr. June are both great!

  • Emily Wang

We had been to several clinics but Fraserview is definitely the best. I really want to thank Dr Carmen. She provided a lot of useful information and was very patient explaining the conditions; meanwhile, she is also professional and knowledgeable. She provided us several solutions, and she always thinks in terms of the dog’s interest. Overall our appointment was extremely helpful to me and my dog. In short, the clinic is excellent and you definitely don’t want to miss such a great doctor.

  • Yolanda C

Bringing a reactive dog to the vet can be extremely stressful and challenging, but the team at Fraserview made our visit as smooth as possible. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet tech to the vet were super understanding and patient. We felt safe and understood, and really appreciated the high level of care and dedication Fraserview has committed to being fear-free and accepting of all pets. Would highly recommend for anyone with a reactive dog, thank you Dr. Carmen Chan and team!

  • Jen

All the staff here are gentle and really try to make my dog as comfortable as possible every time. The vets are thorough and will listen to your concerns. I am also impressed with their communication as email/phone calls were always answered promptly and they called me to keep me updated during my dog's dental cleaning. The clinic is clean and bright. Of course all of this comes at a higher cost and they will charge you for every little thing, but you know, our pets deserve it!

  • Victor J

First visit to this clinic. Vet June Siu was very detailed and informative. She will spend the time to evaluate and answer any questions you may have. While it is important to let her know as much as you can about your pet, she only recommends what is good for the animal and will not push anything that is not required or needed. Her assistant was also very friendly and patient with my dog Ollie, who was having an anxiety like moment during the examination. Good job guys!

  • Linda Barker

Great to have this professional vet clinic on the Eastside. Dr Chan was extremely knowledgeable, did a thorough clinical assessment and provided info to me as the owner throughout the visit. Was gentle and reassuring with my dog. A huge bonus was getting a follow up email reviewing the assessment and treatment recommendations. Recently had an emergency with my sweet pooch and the response was a quick appointment and direct referral to a specialist.

  • michelle t

Writing this on behalf of my mom :) this is such a wonderful clinic! Bringing our cats to the vet has always been so stressful and anxiety inducing for all of us (especially the cats), but the staff have always been so patient and kind. We really appreciate the follow up and the time taken to answer all our questions even well past the appointment date via email. Thank you for taking such good care of our rescue kitties, Poppy and Fistik!

  • Leonel Marlowe Mercado

Took my Dog Yuumi here as a new patient and for spay surgery. Dr June Siu and the team were wonderful from our first consultation upto now! They answered all my questions and were awesome checking in on Yuumi after surgery. I like the fact that you can feel their sincerity in checking up on Yuumi- never experienced that with previous Vets where things always felt transactional. The staff really loves animals and are genuine people!

  • Ceci Lynn

Our first vet experience for our puppy was great today! The office is clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly. Dr. Carmen is very patient, thorough, and caring. She is navigating me through all aspects I should pay attention to as a puppy owner and patiently answering all my questions. Also, I am surprised my whiny puppy did not make any whiny sound when vaccine was administered. He has a good experience on his vet check!! =)

  • Louise Hui

I brought my 2 dogs recently to see Dr Carmen Chan and she is very patient and knowledgeable. She actually sat down on the floor with my 2 dogs during the whole exam visit. She is very caring and informative. She spent time to answer all my questions! Only thing is I wish she works more days there. I did also talked to another vet Dr June Siu over the phone and she seems very nice as well. Staffs are very friendly also:)

  • Kevin Tam

I've been bringing my dog here since he was an 8 week old puppy, and I can't recommend Fraserview Vet Hospital enough. Dr Chan and Dr Robinson are both amazing - knowledgeable, attentive, personable, professional and so, so friendly. The entire team here makes each visit so positive for my dog that it's become one of his favorite places to go. Look no further if you want the absolute best care for your pet!

  • Vincent Viezzer

The price of an appointment is a little more expensive than the last clinic I went to, but you get what you pay for! The vet really took the time to communicate clearly and gave me an opportunity to ask any questions. I'm very happy with this clinic over my last clinic. The front office is clean. I get the feeling I can really trust the vet, which is a good feeling to have.

  • Sylvia Chang

I absolutely love the care I get from the amazing team at Fraserview Veterinary Hospital! Each visit I literally pull my hoomans towards their door. My experience has been pawsitive from day 1. Furever thankful for Dr Carmen , Dr Jessica and the amazing Fraserview Veterinary Hospital Team for always taking the time to ensure I am taken care of. Woof and Licks ❤️❤️ Ollie

  • Yvonne Van Dyk

Needed to find a new vet closer to home and so happy I decided on Fraserview! Very friendly, and professional. Answered all my questions and gave me great advice. Great covid protocol too but still letting you come in with your pet (Thunder really appreciated that as did I! ) We really liked Dr June and the staff too! Thank you for the pawsitive experience !

  • Diana Anton

I was running late for the appointment due to a car crash in the road. They said they have to cancel the appointment if the clients are late by more than 5 minutes and they charged me $60+tax + interest. They said they want clients to call in advance. It is miserable how they think people to predict accidents and call them in advance about late arrivals.

  • Taryn Walker

My dog Ursula, is usually very anxious during vet visits and the team of Fraserview made her feel so comfortable and cared for. She began the appointment shy and nervous, and left happy and confident. Fraserview is clearly committed to creating a fear-free environment, as well as offering high quality care. I cannot recommend Fraserview highly enough.

  • Elaine Chan

We are so happy with the care and attention that is given to our puppy, Barley. The staff is so welcoming and takes the time to explain things thoroughly in person and on the phone. It is always a positive experience going there whether it be for treatments or just to go for a weigh in. Barley loves it there and never wants to leave.

  • Derrick Lee

Our first visit to Fraserview Vet was great! Dr. June Siu and the staff treated our dog Momo with care, and were happy to answer all the questions that we had about Momo. I would highly recommend future and existing pet owners to come here or their sister hospital, Point Grey Vet, if you want your pets to be professionally cared for.

  • Kate Ferguson

Went here as my usual vet couldn’t fit me in for over a week and my cat had a abscess on her tail that needed to be seen immediately. They were professional and great, in fact I might make them my new regular vet as they are so close by, and it eliminates the half hour of panicking my cat does in the car on the way to our usual vet.

  • Shawna Little Calderwood

My 9 year old cocker spaniel was one of their first clients on the opening day. They’ve now treated her for two issues that we put off over covid, including a surgery. Dr June, Tina and the rest of the team clearly adore animals. They are patient, have a strong attention to detail and my dog adores them. Highly recommend.

  • Romane Pertolas

Dr Carmen Chan took the time to go over everything we did in details for my cat so far, showing me again every relevant analysis and taking the time to explain everything. She was very attentive to my worries and helped me find what would be best for him. Thank you for being so professional and compassionate!

  • Marie-Philippe Bergeron

We have been to Fraserview Veterinary Hospital after my dog was sick. They kindly look at our foot between to appointement! I appreciate they were not trying to get him on lot of meds, they give us what was needed and also thing to do at home! Very happy with them and trustworthy! Thank again !

  • Fran Harrison

Dr. June and the team at Fraserview are excellent. My Golden doodle, Sadie just had some dental surgery. The care she received at Fraserview was excellent. I have already recommended Fraserview to one of my neighbors and will continue to recommend Fraserview to all my pet loving friends.

  • Marko Johnson

Awesome! Rly care about the animals, took great care of my cat and took his separation anxiety seriously even though it’s rare in cats. Clearly in it for the pets, not the profit. Glad to have a vet nearby that I trust to take care of my pets if they ever get hurt or sick.

  • Emily Smith

This clinic has kind, knowledgeable vets and provides great follow up to make sure that treatment is working. We are very, very happy with the care we have received here. I've been a client for 6 months for my one year old rescue cat and happily recommend them to others.

  • Eric Tham

I just want to say that the entire staff at Fraserview Veterinary Hospital are amazing and caring individuals. From Meghana to Sydney to Dr. Carmen Lo and Dr. Carmen Chan, they always make sure that Panda has the best care possible. I would recommend them to everyone!

  • Anxiety Dog

An amazing vet clinic with a fantastic, refreshing, and much needed approach to veterinary care. Amazing staff who are all warm and compassionate, and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my blind hound Mr.Magoo is taken care of every step.

  • CH

Very clean office and helpful staffs. Dr. Chan is one of the best vets I've seen. She's super friendly and very detailed. My dog is afraid of leaving my side so she did his exam and vaccinations in the room with me instead of bringing him to the back!

  • Morpheus

I think it’s unprofessional to ask me to hold the cat when the vaccine is being administered. I got bitten and bled. Hope you team could improve this part. other than that, I’d say the reception process is good. That’s why I give a three stars.

  • JoJo Cheung

The Fraserview Vet team has given me the best vet experience I've had since having my dog for almost 17 years now. We've gone through numerous clinics before, and I can say this team (from the receptionist to the techs to the vet) has the

I brought my very timid, scared cat to Fraserview Hospital for her vaccinations, by the time we left she was very relaxed. I don’t know what the staff did to help her feel so at ease, but I was very grateful my cats visit was a good one.

Best vet experience I’ve had since owning pets! Every staff is very friendly and they were able to answer all the questions I had as a first time cat mom. Thank you for your fantastic care! ❤️ Bunny and I are very happy! …

Came here for an initial check up when I adopted my cat Steven, and again a week later when he suddenly started vomiting and had a fantastic experience. Got some great advice and rationale and Steven genuinely enjoyed himself!

My pug Otis had her first visit / appointment at Fraserview yesterday and it was great! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Dr. June Siu was very gentle and patient with Otis. We will definitely be coming back :)

I am bringing my senior dog here and both vets that we have seen were true dog lovers and were really interested in doing what they could to help my old lady be comfortable and happy in the last years of her life.

Love this place; the staff treat all pets like their own; they also educate the owners on the needs of the animal! And they also make sure the pet isn’t fearful of the vet; like the majority of pets are

They were really helpful and professional. Answered all my questions with my new puppy and recommended training programs and videos. Took their time with my shy puppy so she wouldn't be overwhelmed

Best vet I’ve ever been to. So clean you could literally eat off the floor. They were kind and courteous and kept checking up on my dog after she had her babies

These folks are something special. Our pup is equal parts anxiety and excitement and he’s nearly impossible to keep still and calm around most people.
