The best test of service is when things don't go perfectly to plan. I bought a bike from Frasers recently and had a very small error of judgement manifest into a much more significant issue - switching over from the dirt tyres a mountain bike came with to slicks at the time of purchse, the correct tube wasn't fitted at the time of assembly, and it resulted in the rear inner-tube failing rather catestropically during a ride a week after I bought it. This caused some damage to the tyre and a minor buckle in the rim. Mistakes happen, not the end of the world - so therein lies the test: How does this shop deal with the issue? Very well is the answer. Immediately owned the problem, apologised, and rectified it without any fuss. Replaced both front and rear tubes and the rear tyre, then trued the wheel on the spot while I waited desipte a busy workshop. Based on this experience I can say that I trust them to deal with after-sales service and would buy bikes from them again. Thanks guys!

Recently made a purchase with Fraser's for a Wahoo Kickr Bike that unfortunately turned out to be DOA. To limit my inconvenience Fraser's forward ordered a new bike while we arranged for the other to be collected, my bike, being a version 1 product was no longer available due to a version 2 release that was more expensive, so Frasers covered the costs and expedited the solution, what more can a customer ask for really? Everyone at Frasers who I dealt with was exceptional, but a massive shout out to Grant who read between the lines, sensed my pain and presented the action plan, he obviously understands how to gain a lifetime customer, and was the driving force behind this review and my "Today" happiness keep up the great work Guy's

We were looking forward to buy bikes for over family since we had already got the tow bar and bike carrier fitted and it was time to buy bikes. Since we live locally visited the shop midday so that it's not to busy and we could speak to specialists about the bikes. It was a total disappointment from the time we entered till the time we left the place. We waited for " 50 minutes " not one person came up to us to ask if they could help us with anything. When approached we were said to wait and in that one hour there were only 4 customers. People working there must be ashamed of themselves knowing that we were waiting for such a long time with kids they were not bothered. Ended up going to 99 Bike @ Alexandria to buy over new bikes.

Shocking!! I have a Merida 29er which I ride to work. I needed new tires. I told Fraser’s what I needed and was recommended the totally wrong tire for my use. It was too thin with no grip in the wet at all. I went back to Frasers to see what I could do. I was polite and factual. I offered to buy new tires at a discount as these tires had done about 66 klms.. I was pretty much told bad luck can’t do and won’t do anything for you. I have spent a significant amount of money with Fraser’s on both my and my sons bikes. That didn’t matter either that I had been a loyal customer. I will never go back!!! Arrogant service … except for the young dude who knows his stuff regarding BMX. Typical up themselves road riders!!

Honestly, I was very impressed. Total novice and wanted to get into riding again after a decade to make my work communicate easier. I gave them a price of around $2000 as I wanted something that would last for ages, and something premium. They talked me down to a bike around the $700 range telling me it’s probably all I needed and I’d save some money, I ended up settling on one for around $1000 as it had some extra creature comforts and it was in a much sleeker colourway. I’ve never had a store talk me down below my price range before, usually they just sell you something around what you say even if you don’t need it, and the best part is they’ll give you a free service two months in. Will be back.

I always get looked after at Fraser’s. Been going there for years, have purchased a few great bikes here & had plenty of repairs and services done. Today, it was my sons bike (which has had its best days admittedly) needing brake repair. The guys and girls we’re flat out and fully booked, however Sam still made time to do a great little service and get his bike back on the road safely for a little longer, and at a more than reasonable price. My son was so happy Sam, thank you for your time and great work. Thank you to Scott also for his warm greeting and friendly banter, 5 star service all the way.

I showed up with my bike to get it serviced and was hoping to drop it off and pick it up once the job was done. They said they were booked out for services until later in the month and they couldn't keep the bike until then as they didn't have enough space to store it. I didn't mind waiting a few weeks for the service, but going in there 3 times instead of two is just a bit of a hassle and as I've bought 4 new bikes from them, I just hoped for a bit more consideration, I guess, as I explained I'd come a fair distance.

Amazing Bike shop, Excellent Staff that are always willing to help. The shop has plenty of space so they always have plenty of stock. If you are after something particular that they don’t have they are always willing to get it in for you, the staff are very educated and always able to fix the trickiest bike issue at hand. There is always a huge range of stock from kids needs to adult needs. P.S. The toys are pretty rad too! Lots of good toys for kids and adults.

The screw in my seat sheared in half when I was out on a bike ride, leaving me stranded without a seat some 40km from home. Fraser's was a couple of km's from where I was, so I dropped in. The mechanics were super friendly to me and found me a new screw within minutes. Fixed up my seat and insisted on not charging me; wanting to make sure I got back home safely and with a bike in one piece! Really thankful to the Fraser's Cycles staff!! Highly recommend them :D

Took my son's bike in for a new tyre and rear brake cable (hoon in the making). They did it on the spot and didn't charge a fortune, plus they adjusted the front brake just cos they noticed it wasn't perfect. Also bought a new bike for the other boy whole we were there - no hard sell, just good, solid advice and they sawed an inch of the seat post just to make a slightly bigger (longer lasting) bike a perfect fit for now. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I alway get really good technical service as well as general service. Someone always ask if I need something, and get help when they're not sure. They don't mind that I source items and parts elsewhere, and that my bike might not be from their store. I've spent hundreds there recently due to the customer service alone. Please look after you staff and preserve the culture. Big thumbs up for Ryan, he's helped me a bunch with some technical questions

Poor customer service. Went into the store yesterday and took 15 mins to get spoken to, lots of staff standing around and no one bothered to speak to me. Only after my partner who later came in, a young store employee finally asked if we needed anything. Then went to pay and no one wanted to serve us. Stood there for some time, then was not even greeted by the girl attending at the register. Really disappointed with the way we were treated.

Had a great experience with the team at Fraser's. They went out of their way to find the bike I was looking for (they didn't have it and there were limited numbers in stock anywhere) and kept me informed as to how the search was going. After a couple of days they contacted me to say they'd found my bike and the rest is history. Very friendly and helpful when I picked it up and really happy with the service...oh, and the bike is awesome!

  • Nina Metreson

Service was 11/10. I had a very specific list of requirements, Todd spent the time to listen and understand what would be the best fit for me, gave me a couple of options and I chose the bike which fit the brief perfectly. Yes we had to wait a few minutes before we were served but I actually think this is a good thing. Each customer received the full attention of the sales staff, when it was my turn I got the same.

A while back I gave these guys a really poor review and called them overpriced with very poor service. Over the last 2 months or so, I have visited their shop 3 times for various reasons and all I can say is that they have improved 1000%. Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable staff. Will take the time listen and recommend best options. Well done Frasers. Awesome to see your service improve

  • Eva Korkidas

Purchased a bike from Fraser’s on impulse, later realised it wasn’t the right bike. I contacted Fraser’s and Tod got back to me almost straight away, and was willing to help me out. Staff were so friendly, helpful and understanding, making sure I chose the right bike for its intended purpose and use!! I love my new bike.. I wish there were more people like that around, Thank you!

Tried calling twice to book in a service on a bike I bought at Frasers. Twice I was put on hold for 10+ minutes. The first time I hung up and called back, the front desk apologised and said they would get someone straight onto it. I was then on hold for another 10+ minutes. After sales service is important for return customers. Which I will not be.

  • Edward Frederick

Broke a pedal on my bike so I took it in to these guys to get it replaced, I picked out a new set of pedals and they did the swap right there on the spot and did not charge me anything to put the new pedals on, I would have been happy to pay something. Next time I have a bike issue I will be coming to see these guys. Very happy.

  • con tellis

When in to get my brakes adjusted and was told they could not work on the bike because it was not bought from there. Sadly enough i have just moved to the area and now have lost all my buisiness and friends bikes too. Highly do not recommend this bike store Now i have to ride with no brakes ....so badly run store!!!!

  • William Dsilva

Amazing staff, great knowledge and tips, being a beginner received good advice and assistance in making a choice without being pushy. They have good quality products and spares. The servicing team is great and overall a five star deserving experience. Keep it up Fraser's. Cheers.

Excellent & friendly service! Todd and the team went above and beyond. I needed to fix my son's bike during lockdown and because I couldn't leave my LGA, they organised to have the parts couriered to me! Awesome service! Will shop there again.

  • Nigel Franklin

  • M Simmo

The team at Fraser's are great.. I needed a new mountain bike & they took the time to show me the cheapest to top of the line & benefits of each and while 1 was setting up the new bike another was helping me with accessories. 10/10

  • William Sing

Got good mechanics but the people who work on the floor can be horrible, middle age dude yesterday couldn't be bothered helping so I went and bought it on line 40% cheaper. Shame cause I want to support local business. …

  • Stanislaus Stad

I had a trainer bought in April from Frasers Cycles. Unfortunately two weeks ago the trainer had an issue and had to be sent back. Todd organized a quick (1 week) replacement even during lockdown. Professional and reliable.

  • Andrew Jens

Great place to visit for all things cycling. The store was busy so you may have to wait a while (which isn't a problem due to the many browsing opportunities). The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
