My recent visit to Foot Locker left me with an average impression overall. While the store had its strengths, there were also areas where it fell short of my expectations. 4 out of 5. Here's why; Today I was serviced by Tahlia. I prefer the Asics's 360 gel range ( i work in Aged care and I am always on my feet). Tahlia directed me to the latest shoe ( in my preferred colour -white). This staff member had good product knowledge ( Brooks and Asics shoes) and she was able to articulate a variety of shoes for my shoe size, for my style for my overall budget and my work focus. Great service, good Manager (Halu) and good music ( not too loud) overall good vibes in this store. Value for money;Great value for New era caps $35.00 for all latest designs and colours, good re- occurring speicials ( as at 19.06.23). Overall, I found this store friendly, clean, good value, and good product knowledge.

I let the guy who served me know I'm just trying on a few pairs so I can come back and buy them. I tried on 2 pairs and when I asked him if I can try on 1 more pair he said "No becuase you're not buying any today". Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Just because I'm not buying on the day doesn't mean I will not come back and buy. And I also shop on the footlock online store but I would rather try them on first but thanks to this terrible worker I now have to go to another store to try on the shoes.

All the staff were helpful today but Halu is an absolutely amazing soul. He was so helpful and helped me in a stressful situation that customer care put me in. Nicest and most genuine person I've dealt with. Thank you so much for this positive shopping experience.

Great customer service and had all the time to decide what shoes to buy. So I bought another pair of the same shoes to wear and keep one clean. The price was $250 each. I can’t wait till the new season comes around. …

Please do check if you have a new piece of sandal in stock rather just saying we don't have. We were told by her its the last piece and when we went to the counter we got the new piece so please check and than say no. Thank you.
