Store is running well. Famous Footwear had what I was looking for and matched my needs perfectly. They are running a wonderfully safe store with a limit of 20 customers for such a spacious area. I was attended to by one of the staff who was instrumental in helping me find the second pair of shoes. Today's adventure was certainly an excellent one. And the sales prices fit the bill perfectly. I will return to there again for any shoe needs in the future.

Good selection of shoes. Some I hadn't seen before and good discounts. Very happy with the service and selection and the store is located in an outlet mall so lots more to look at if you don't find what your after. Not all styles were available in all sizes.

Terry, the store manager, seems to be running the store by herself during the lockdown and doing an amazing job! She has great customer service and was so pleasant to deal with. It is so easy to use their in store (curbside) pick up through the website too!

Great place for all your shoe needs. But I find the prices to be a little more expensive but that's normal when shopping for good named brand items. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond there way to help you with your needs.

Not one employee greeted us, asked if we needed anything even though we stood at the shoes I wanted for a while. No employee in site. Regular shoes but nothing to call home about. I will not be going back.

Do not like it when I am told where to l Go look for something when the people.that work there are just talking and could actually walk me there and help me find it.

Would've been a 5 star if they had bigger sizes then an 11 for men's. Big feet? Not a great place to go. Average feet...your golden

Was for work ... usual dusty place under counters and around registers ... dust magnets, and no employee is assigned the chore !

Moderate quality shoe retailer, great people but obviously understaffed and so employee(s) were overworked when I've been there.

The staff are amazing I found e erything I wanted and I was pleasantly happy to see they carry StacyAdams shoes for men
