My parcel was sent to Tasmania instead of Qld from Melbourne and when I questioned the seller I was sent an email saying I must have misread tracking. The tracking clearly states a depot in Tassie. I have no longer been able to contact seller by email, as they keep bouncing it back as spam. My parcel is still not delivered and has currently been sitting in melbourne for the last 3 days, and they want me to give a positive review, will be reconsidering future purchases... Toll Ipec is the Tpt Company and they just keep making excuses also..

Thank you Factory Direct, with an outstanding THANK YOU to Kevin whose assistance and communication was EXCEPTIONAL!!! We encountered a problem with our massage chair and it had to be sent back to the Head Office for repair. The chair was extremely heavy and Kevin went above and beyond in assisting us with moving and packing the chair for pick up by the driver. Thank you so much, your kindness and help will never be forgotten. I wish there were more companies out there like Factory Direct. Thank you !!!!

Recently made a purchase and selected courier delivery. Factory Direct contacted me directly to advise it would be cheaper and quicker for me due to public holidays to deliver via Express Post. Also offered a cheaper option for my order. Customer service offered by Jenny and the team has been outstanding, highly recommend.

We ordered a set of bar chairs. The shipment arrived in quick time despite COVID dramas. The articles were beautifully wrapped and no damage.
