--- 6 Months later update Changed the review to 3 stars, they did it for a great price but when I lifted the car to put the winters on, the rear pinch welds in the factory lift points; bent, and started rust again because that caused the paint to chip off. Hopefully we can come to a agreement so this can get fixed before it becomes anything more than surface rust, and I'll gladly put it back to 5 stars for the customer service. Thank you. --- They did a great job replacing the rocker panels (and repairing quarter panel rust) on my 2007 Fusion. Excellent turn around time for the kind of work that was required, took about a week. Their price was extremely fair for what was done, can not thank them enough for that; you won't be disappointed! Will definitely return if I ever need serious bodywork done again Before/after photos below. Little more work needs to be done, paint chips & small dents; but I can handle that myself. Thanks!

On a limited budget for the family Kia van to get some chips and scratches fixed so I visited a half dozen places for estimates. I came back FAM after visiting all of the others. These guys are great and if you need work done at least stop here for an estimate. It might be a few weeks before they can do the work because they’re really busy (which is a good thing!) so I’ll post again in January after it’s been fixed. If you can wait a bit and trade some time for money and what I expect will be quality work, you should stop in to FAMAutobody. I couldn’t afford all 5 panels getting repainted but they’ll do the two bad ones and work to buff the other three (I realize only about 80% solution with the buffing). If you’re in a similar situation with a limited budget at the very least get an estimate from them, it’ll be worth your time and money. A really big thanks for working with me guys.

Mo and his team did an excellent job. They gave me a very quick estimate and it was very affordable. I brought my Toyota Raw4 2020 with a damaged antenna and dented roof. I also needed a scratched part of the bumper to be painted. They painted half the bumper and it was a great job. You cannot say which part is painted. They also changed the entire antenna and did some metal work to fix the dent on my car roof and painted it. It looks quite new. And they did this all within two days only. I was very impressed. I recommend the Fam Auto Body 100%.

I found Fam Motor on kijiji and gave it a try. Honestly, they performed beyond my expectation. Their customer service was excellent and the quality of their work was exceptional. The last storm that hit Ottawa damaged my van and Fam Motor fixed it at the cost that is one-third of the quote obtained from Collision Centre (CSN). They also gave me a complimentary service of cleaning the interior of the van. They completed the work on time. The company is reliable and performs quality job at an affordable price. I will definitely recommend them.

I got some rust repair work done on my 2013 Civic and I am extremely impressed with the job, the rust is disappeared, the original shape restored (see red circles in the photos) and the car looks fresh from the dealer. On top of that I received perfectly cleaned car which was not even part of the service I was expecting. I am very happy with the value received for the money I paid. Mo was very friendly and professional, he was a pleasure to interact with. One of those small businesses that you are more than happy to give your money to.

I was able to get in contact with Fam Motor. Pay them a visit, got an estimated and decided what I needed to do. I am absolutely happy that I did. I had fender repair and a rust damaged component that was removed and repaired. I am totally satisfied and the work was completed in an orderly fashion. I Brought my car in after speaking with the owner Mo on the phone regarding a scratch on my new Tesla. The guy voluntarily took 10-15 minutes out of his busy day to personally buff out the scratch; and to top it all of, he didn't even charge me for it when I asked him to pay. I mean... if that doesn't speak to a man's character, IDK what does. Thank you for being a genuinely nice guy. Oh, and the scratch is barely noticeable any more.

Brought my 2019 Toyota Corolla SE to Moe at FAM Motor after a collision that damaged the two passenger doors on the right as well as the front and back panels of the right, he repaired and repainted the whole right side of the car. Great job he did, great paint matching and no dents at all at a very reasonable price. Would recommend FAM Motor to everyone, they’ll exceed your expectations.
