I recently visited in hopes of pampering myself with a BIAB Russian manicure. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations, and I cannot recommend this salon based on the service and rough handling of my nails. From the moment I entered the salon, I sensed that the service lacked a personal touch. My disappointment escalated when the nail technician began working on my nails. She exhibited a level of roughness, particularly when dealing with my cuticles and nail bed. A Russian manicure is known for its precision in removing only dead skin tissue, but unfortunately, the technician failed to adhere to this crucial aspect. She ended up removing living tissue, which caused slight bleeding and a burning sensation at the cuticle. It is important to note that such an experience is not only uncomfortable but also potentially harmful to both the cuticle and the nail. Opening a small wound through improper cuticle removal can lead to infection. I addressed the bleeding, the technician applied alcohol to the affected area. However, she continued to handle the bleeding cuticle roughly. Despite these issues, I must admit that the end result of my BIAB Russian manicure looked quite good. The nails themselves appeared fine, but I cannot overlook the overall negative experience. In the future, I will seek out another salon or nail technician who can provide the delicate touch and attention to detail required for this type of manicure.

I really do not recommend. I initially did not want to write a Google review, and handled everything between myself and the manager, out of respect for the business. But the lack of respect and sincerity shown to me has made me feel otherwise. I had to go back to fix my nails just 4 days after getting them done (gel was already lifting, nails were filed skew) but the attitude and unprofessionalism from the staff made my second experience even worse. While my complaint was handled, the bare minimum was done to fix my nails, since only a few nails were "fixed" and now (5 days later) the gel is lifting again - this time on more nails too. Not to mention that the gel is extremely thick and bubbly on some nails. It's a complete waste of money since I will have to go get my nails fixed again (within the timeframe of two weeks) but I will for sure not go back here nor do I recommend it to anyone.

I had an amazing experience aesthetic-wise. The professionals at this salon really know what they’re doing, and the result was lovely and overall of very professional quality (I had nails removed and a new gel state installed). However, I cannot rate 5 stars because the attitude of the staff was not it. While the other ladies seemed nice, the nail artist I had was quite rude. She gave me a weird, cold look when I picked a colour for my nails, and when I asked what was wrong she made a sarcastic comment. Throughout the whole service she was silent, and at times made stark remarks. I guess she also thought I couldn’t speak Russian because she made comments to other employees about me and the state of my nails. I didn’t come to be judged, and although the work on my nails was awesome it’s never nice to feel judged or dismissed as a customer. This could be improved.

Discovered this nail salon via a friend and it’s one of my favorites in The Hague! I recently had my nails taken care of by Anna. She deserves 5 stars all on all accounts. Her extraordinary focus and attention to detail is flawless. She cleaned, filed, changed, polished and redid my nails so perfectly that I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Anna for taking each nail and working on it until it’s done to perfection! I also went recently to do a pedicure and the next day it wasn’t so good. So I went today for my manicure and Luiza fixed it (even though she originally didn’t do my pedicure.) she fixed it fast and so well that she is the only reason I will come back to Ezoncs. Thank you Luiza for being the best manicurist at Ezoncs. I love her work ethic and her work in general.

Helaas kan ik de dienst niet beoordelen, maar de management is zeer onprofessioneel en niet klantvriendelijk. Ik had de verkeerde dienst geselecteerd en deze wilde ik graag wijzigen op de dag zelf naar een andere dienst. Hoewel tegen de wettelijke regel een aanbetaling moest doen en dat vond ik zeker niet erg. Ik snap ook wel dat dit een zekerheid moet bieden. Maar ik kon mijn afspraak niet wijzigen en ook niet verzetten naar een andere dag. Het werd mij meegedeeld dat ik mijn aanbetaling kwijt was en ook niet eens aangeboden gekregen dat ik eventueel voor een andere dag een afspraak kan inplannen en zou mijn aanbetaling verrekend worden etc. Helemaal niet klantenvriendelijk.

I went for the first time to remove gel polish and then apply biab nails. The end result looks good. However, The way that the nails were “cleaned” was very rough, and hurt me a couple of times. Also it was said by the person that my nails are thin, but then she used the nail vile on top of my entire nail to remove gel polish I guess, but it took away layers of my nail. I felt it burning on my nail a couple of times. First I thought maybe this is how it works, but I realized later that whatever it is, this is not healthy for nails at all. Now I’m really afraid that she has thinned my nails a lot more. I would not dare to go here another time.

I had Maria for gel polish on my hands and honestly it was a pretty poor experience. I went here for the reviews but she was constantly on her phone and the result is like mediocre at best. I pointed out that it looked a little buldgy and not smooth and she just said that’s the bottom coat. After inspecting it later I also saw airbubbles coming through. Had to wait 30 min before my next appointment (gel polish on feet) which seemed poor planning considering I booked them together. Still three stars as the place looked nice and clean and nice atmosphere and they tried to move up my appointment. Gel polish on feet was good!

This place is causing so much hassle, will not go back there. I booked a refill and the nails started lifting the next day, as it was not done well. This should not happen. I contacted them and they offered me to fix it which I couldn’t do because I was going on vacation and didn’t have the time. I asked for a refund which they were not open to give the only thing they wanted to give me was a 25% discount which I didn’t want because I’m not going back. They wanted to get back to me for another solution. Haven’t heard from them since 2 weeks. Very poor customer service.

Best nail experience I’ve had! I contacted them via WhatsApp because I wasn’t sure which service I needed, they were very helpful in getting me the right service and appointment time. Anna was very attentive and detail-oriented, really took the time to take care of my nails. They are looking fabulous as you can see on the pic! Perfect location as well right in the center of Den Haag. Price is also quite good for biab and Russian manicure. Definitely would come back and highly recommend!

Very good beauty salon they offer a various programme of beauty. I do my nails there, the artificial nails are high quality, gel extensions. All nail-art designs possible also colours and french. Price is good you pay for the high quality standard. Nice staff they no what they are offering and give you good advice along with tea or coffee. The salon is good reachable with the OV or auto. It is in the middle of the citi-center so if you come by car use the parking Grote Marktstraat.

I have been going to Ezoncs in The Hague since last Spring and my experience was always excellent! I am a regular customer with Anna for BIAB manicure and nail design but also pedicure, and would recommend her and the salon to anyone: always on time, flexible, patient when I take too long to choose what I want () and my nails look always in top shape and receive many compliments- thank you for the excellent work and see you soon!

Alle eerste keer was ze lief en aardig! Het gaat over Anna.Als ze jou aardig vind doet ze jou nagels mooi ,als dat niet zo is dan heb je pech! Dus ik heb geprobeerd paar keer te gaan maar werd slechter en slechter.(dacht misschien is haar dag niet).ze weet niet wat “klant is koning” betekent , blijkbaar in haarland is dat niet zo! Ze praat geen Nederlands ook een grote Min punt ! Een klantje minder door haar gedrag.

I have had BIAB nails done here by Luisa a few times and I am always very happy! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Luisa also often suggests to me little ways to make my nails nicer, like a different shape or top coat. My nails are always perfect and last really long. Everyone is very timely and I have never had to wait. Appointments fill up fast (for good reason!) So make sure you book in advance.

Vandaag weer bij lieve Catherine langs geweest. En wat ben ik weer blij met mijn nagels! Ze is geduldig, perfectionistisch, lief en altijd weer gezellig praatje erbij! Haastig werken daar houdt ze niet van want ze wilt je altijd met de perfecte mooie nagels naar buiten sturen. Ik ga dan vroeg naar haar toe of ik boek haar wat extra tijd bij. Ik ben helemaal fan van haar! ♥️

Anna is the absolute best. She understands everything you want. She does everything you want exactly how you want it. She pays a lot of attention to detail. The nails stay perfectly for over a month. They pay very good attention to your health and your hygiene. The service is always smiles all around. Good quality, good price, friendly service. I will never go anywhere else.

I recently had a BIAB nail treatment, and I must say that I was quite pleased with the results. The technician did a good job in applying the product evenly, and the nails have a neat and natural appearance. The color turned out well, and there were no noticeable bumps or uneven areas. Overall, I'm satisfied with the BIAB nails and the quality of the work done.

Gewoon slecht! Dikke vierkante nagels. 2 uur bezig.. onhygiënisch plus tussendoor voor de deur maar roken. Niet van te voren handen wassen. Harde en slechte pop muziek. Luistert niet wat je vraagt en beetje brutaal. Draait echt om geld daar. Ben nu naar andere salon geweest.. ze schrok van dikte plus ik had schimmel. Dit onder de Biab. Zonde van je geld.

The ladies are really kind and hard working. However, this is the wrong salon to go to, if you usually wear long nails. None in there is professionally trained for that length. I went there to get a gel refill for my long nails and I ended up leaving with natural super short nails. They obviously were well done, but that was not what I went for.

Verry kind and proffesional workers. I got explained everything, got some extra advices and tips and tricks. Lovely atmophere and i am supper sattisfied with results of mani+pedi plus gellpolish.Treatments took little bit longer then we expected but it was because it was verry detail oriented work. Love it! It’s been a while since I’ve gotten my nails done and I’ve been wanting to try biab with extensions. Julia was wonderful and answered all my questions. I can tell she takes pride in her craft, I made sure to schedule the refill in the recommended timeframe…I love my nails! I feel like a princess ☺️

I am very satisfied with the service. I had a massage and manicure including semi permanent polish. The young man that gave me the massage was very polite and mindful of my comfort and needs. He also did the manicure and he was meticulous and gentle. I would for sure recommend Ezoncs!

The manicure was done quickly and the nails look nice, but the nail lady was a but rude and angry that I didn’t book extra services even though I explained to her that I tried to do it myself before coming but couldn’t because the time slots did not mach the time of my appointment.

Usually I enjoy doing my manicure here, but not this time. My appointment started 40 minutes late and then my nails couldn’t be done how I wanted them to because the nail technician had another appointment scheduled after. Absolutely disappointed with the service.

Great salon, not crowded but be sure to make an appointment few days in advance. Great quality for price and staff are super friendly. They removed my old acrylic and applied a fresh set with extensions = €75. The website timing estimation was pretty accurate.
