Received a tracking number Dec 25th and was told my package was being shipped. When I check that tracking number it just showed how many times my package “failed” to deliver and was sent back and forth. Since getting that tracking number I haven’t heard from the company since…. After writing 3 more additional emails to them. Not sure what more a customer can do at this point. Seems everyone else is getting a response to their reviews but me. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Basically getting people to order from them, not shipping their products but still get to keep the money they receive? Sickening Very unhappy with this company. Like other reviews, I placed an order on November 12th and was told it would be shipped within a week…. It’s now December 9th and I’ve gotten one email (that i received a week later after emailing them) explaining my order was either lost or not picked up by the carrier. In the email they gave me two options of what I would like to do regarding this, wait until the order I placed comes back in stock or get a refund and to reply back to them asap. I replied within 20 minutes of the email and it has now been over a week since I sent that and haven’t heard anything back. I get it’s a busy year and I may have ordered on Black Friday but that’s still no excuse for the issues that have arisen. After all this happening some would think this website is a scam… Definitely needs work on customer support and should maybe have a live chat or number to be able to talk to someone to get a quicker solution.

I’m giving a 2 stars, here’s why. Even tough it’s very cheap price and that agree that the jewelry is very cute and trendy. Their jewelry are not good quality. The jewelry or your hands will not turn blue at least. But just after a week of use, my 2 gold rings, turn from a yellow gold to a sort of sliverish color. I expect that 14k gold, stay gold. I received my order in the time they said on the email. (About a week) I really don’t recommend this brand if you’re looking for something that will last for a long time. Another thing that I don’t understand is why are they only speak English on their socials media, when they are situated in the province of Quebec. I think they should put the main language of the province, that is French, more often in their post. But I can understand that for the marketing and to have more customers it’s better to speak English.

UPDATE: I just received my order. MULTIPLE items were missing when I was told only one thing was out of stock. So disappointed. This is the kind of service you’d expect from AliExpress, not a Canadian company. I WANT A REFUND FOR MY THREE MISSING ITEMS! Ordered a month ago and it never arrived. Shipping time was 1-4 days when I ordered. There was no indication given when I ordered that it would not arrive by Christmas. The company hasn't issued any refunds and is instead giving out discount codes despite the issue being items not arriving. What good is a discount code if you'll never receive your order in the first place? I also got an email saying an item I ordered is now out of stock and instead of issuing a refund for it, they are offering STORE CREDIT (which surprise surprise does not work). I just want a refund and for this company to actually reply.

J’ai du payer en plus les frais de douane. Je m’y suis prise à l’avance afin d’être sûr de la recevoir à temps, cela m’a coûter chère et je suis dépasser de voir la laxité de votre professionnalisme, ce n’est pas sérieux. Et pour combler le tout j’ai aujourd’hui reçu un mail du transporteur pour me signaler un problème dans la livraison et il me demande de contacter le marchant ce que j’ai essayer de faire et absolument aucune réponse alors je me répète OU EST MA COMMANDE?!

WHERE IS MY ORDER?! Ive had an amazing experience with shopping in the store, I love the jewelry and the quality. Perhaps, even though my sister had a bad experience with the orders online I still decided to order online. Not only did i get the the same order charged twice but my order has never come. When i went to track my shipment in the app it said that both my packages had been sent to the shippers again. I don’t understand what’s the issue with the online shopping of this store. I complained to the support service about my order getting charged twice, they did nothing but tell me they couldn’t fixed it, I understood .. but the fact that you guys can manage to give your loyal customers a good service has me beyond mad and angry. It’s ridiculous

J’ai fait une commande durant les rabais du black Friday(23 nov) donc il y a plus d’un mois et je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu. Quand j’essaie de traquer la commande la date estimée d’arrivé augmente toujours de 1. Exemple elle est estimé au 22 décembre le lendemain elle va être estimé au 23 et ainsi de suite, alors que de base c’était sensé prendre 1-4 jours. J’ai essayé de les contacter plusieurs fois mais chaque à c’est un message automatisé qui me dit que c’est à cause du black Friday et tout. Maintenant que j’ai lu les commentaires Google je vois que je ne suis pas la seule. Je ne vous conseille donc pas de commander de leur compagnie. J’espère pouvoir me faire remboursé. Est ce que quelqu’un sait comment ont peut les appeler?

3 colliers commandés le 23 novembre pour cadeaux de Noël, toujours pas reçu aujourd'hui le 8 janvier. Ticket ouvert avec Poste Canada après avoir constaté quelques jours de retard pour finalement me faire dire de contacter l'expéditeur. Courriel envoyé, message via leur site internet, réponse à leur courriel de satisfaction du produit en indiquant que j'ai jamais reçu la commande et tout ça, sans aucun retour à ce jour... Aucun signe de ma commande et encore moins du remboursement pour produits jamais reçu. Une amie de ma fille a commandé dans les mêmes dates et elle aussi aucune nouvelles de sa commande et de la compagnie pour un remboursement. Dernière expérience pour moi ça c'est certain

I placed an order on November 3rd and it said 1-4 days for processing. I went back in yesterday November 10th and the exact items I wanted were in my cart and i had not heard anything about the order i placed on November 4th so i assumed the order didn't go through for some reason so i hit check out again and i then realized that i was in fact charged for the original order so i sent an email right away and they refused to cancel the order. Their excuse was the items are processed right away, so explain why i have no info from the order i placed over a week ago. Terrible customer service! Will never order again and will tell everyone i know about the terrible customer service!

WHERE IS MY ORDER? I ordered a couple pieces of jewelry on July 14th 2023 ( almost a month ago) and I have received no update from the company or Canada Post about my package, only that is delayed with no further information. I placed an order for 8 silver Rings about a month ago… and let me tell you …. I fell in love with them! The look and the quality of these rings were beyond my expectations taking into consideration how affordable each ring was… & with their Black Friday deal of 80-90% off.. I knew I had to purchase even more!! Now I have 8 gold rings and 4 ankle bracelets that I am so HAPPY with!! I see how much attention this store was getting on social media and there is DEFINITELY a reason <3 Evry Jewels has a customer for life !! Next purchase is probably a phone case and some slippers.

J’ai commandé à plusieurs reprises sur internet. Jusqu’à ma dernière commande il y a une semaine, tout était beau. Lorsque j’ai reçu ma dernière commande, 4 des 5 articles ne faisait pas. Les bagues étaient trop petites et le bracelet beaucoup trop grand. J’ai envoyé un courriel au service à la clientèle et en plus d’avoir attendu longuement avant de me répondre ils m’ont donné une raison bidon de ne pas me les échanger / rembourser car leurs système à des “limites de traitement”. Très dommage qu’ils aient de beaux produits, car leur service client est lamentable.

On Saturday I was at the store evry jewels with my friends. The woman working there that was helping us did not say to us the sunglasses I bought was final sale, so we went back to there because we wanted to return the things we bought there. Then another woman said sorry it’s final sale and I can call my manager but there’s nothing I can do at this point we've all been waiting and assume they're just not gonna do anything. She told us the only thing you could do was exchange our items with something else she didn’t let us get our money back, and we never did.

Placed an order in November and it still hasn't arrived. Submitted a case to Canada Post based on the tracking info and I received an email back saying that there have been no further package scans and the vendor needs to reach out for further claims. I have sent multiple emails to evryjewels support team asking for a refund or to reship my order and no response!! Very poor customer service and I don't see a number to call to talk to an actual person. This was a gift from my son to his sister for Christmas and now his money is just gone?!?

I ordered jewellery two months ago and I still haven’t received anything that I ordered. After over a month I received an email from them stating that my parcel was lost in transit and that I could have a credit to repurchase my articles if I wanted .I agreed to this and yet I never received it! I have emailed them numerous times to ask about this and nothing! No answer! They basically took my money and now are ignoring me. Pfff, it is very frustrating and obviously I don’t suggest that anyone orders from them.

This company seems to be a scam. I placed an order for 2 in stock items, non custom items on Dec 8th for Christmas. It is now Jan 5th and my order has not even shipped. They did however charge my credit card right away! I emailed requesting to cancel my order and an automatic response came back saying they are unable to cancel any orders or refund my credit card. I believe by law they have to ship any items by 30 days from when they charged my credit card.

I love EVRY Jewels, i’ve been ordering from here for the longest time, I wear necklaces and earrings from here everyday and never take them off. They never tarnish or rust, and no pieces have ever broken, and i play sports and am very active so it’s great that the jewelry is durable. The shipping is also really fast, it only takes around 5 days to a week for my jewelry to come in the mail. I’m definitely going to purchase more jewelry in the future!

don't buy from here. Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I have the same issue as everyone else. The package says 1-4 days shipping and it’s been 3 weeks and they can’t find it. Called the shipping company and they said it’s not there. Can’t contact the store because they don’t post a phone number anywhere. And sent 3 emails but no reply yet.
