"I woke up one morning and my hip was killing me"
I woke up one morning and my hip was killing me. I had to call work to tell them I couldn't come in and had to find somewhere to help me right away. ERD was able to meet me that afternoon and did all sorts of movements with my hips to align them (including a massage of sorts) and I walked out the door happy!
