Check-in: average. Only 2 associates at this location State of the vehicle: mediocre M’y car wasn’t cleaned. The person before me was a smoker and the car still smelled like it. She had left personal bills in the car and the location had not taken the time to thoroughly clean the car before handing it to me. Carpets were dirty, chairs were dirty, coffee spilled. I believe professionalism is key especially in a business when you are trading off items from one person to another. I left my garage opener in the car as I returned it and as expected, they handed off the car to someone else without cleaning it. I called the branch two days after returning the car realizing my mistake, the representative assured me that they had my garage opener. I went to pick it up only to find out that I had been lied to. I was assured a follow up would be done the next day. It has been over a month and still nothing. I called again and was simply told: At this time, we do not have a garage opener for you but we did clean the car. Basically insinuating that the opener wasn’t in the car in the first place. Why would I lie about letting my garage opener in a rental? So unprofessional. Customer service tip: Hey, sorry we lost it, we will gladly reimburse you the price of a new one. Never renting at this location again...

Horrible experience, A 7 passenger was reserved without given location of the pick up. Wrong information was given 3 different times when speaking with someone. One says the office closes at 1pm and another says they close at 5. One says "Yes" I notice you been here and another says something different again. One rep says they do not make mistakes and it must be from the call centre where I first called. So, I call back and he verifies its not a call centre where I called. Admit the mistake and move on buddy!! Before this I was under the impression I can send my son and grandchildren ahead of me as I am delivering their luggage with the rental that was reserved. Keep in mind all was discussed PRIOR to sending my children off. I ended up with NO rental and NO ANSWERS as I was misinformed by this location. Now, to go to a different rental company and TRY locate my children.....You ppl are aweful. I give you one star for answering the telephone at your Prince of Whales location. Even thats too much to rate you.....

We had an excellent customer service support from the Branch Manager, Amanda. She is amazing, a great help. She went far and beyond to facilitate a car for our March break vacation, spending an hour to resolve a problem related to our CC. The car was not the best, which, is something I understand because this Enterprise branch is mainly for Insurance replacement, BUT, the support we got from Amanda will make us to rent again from this Branch next month... Thank you Amanda.

The worst service I have ever seen. I made an appointment at 2:00pm, they said they will come to pick me up before 4:00. But until 4:30, they didn't show up. So I called them again ask about when they will actually pick me up, they said in an hour. The place closed at 5:30, so I called back at 5:15, they said they are on the way lol. After 5:30, the place closed, and another location help me call the guy, and he said will come tomorrow morning. What can I say?

Booked a car rental for 11 days at this location. Car was did not smell good and later discovered that the tires were worn out while travelling and the car was not safe to drive. I had to change my route completely to get to the nearest Enterprise location to exchange the car, when I got there they confirmed that the tires were worn out and offered a smaller car as a replacement. Do not book a rental at this location and look elsewhere!

The Staff at this location were very friendly , helpful and courteous. I rented the car for three days but I finished in two days and when I went to return it, they were closed. I did not know that they close on the weekend. This was very disappointing to me and I had to pay for an extra day unnecessarily.

Went there on two occasions, both times no staff present and called their help line multiple times yet no answer. Waited for half an hour and still no response. Had to travel to 2 other locations and finally was able to get a vehicle. Do not book here and save your time and efforts.

Called for a rental car pickup in 24 hrs, then I was put on a waiting list as "there were no cars available in the entire city". I was supposed to get a call back, two days later... no call. Don't waste your time... the big commercials are all show... no action.

Needed a van on short notice, and was provided with a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan, at a fair price. Very good staff, van was perfect. This was our second rental with Surgenor Enterprise, and we are really happy with both. Well-run operation.

My experience at this location was great. The location manager, Amanda, and another person were very helpful and efficient. Vehicle was clean and ready to go when promised. Drop off was seamless. I would definitely use this location again.

Only place i intend to use from now on..friendly staff..understanding..decent prices..if you ask they volunteer great data on anything from the vehicule to their best offer for the day or even suggest you a better rate on a certain day

They are not giving cars for Insurance claims. Lady Manager aggressive talk and very inappropriate behavior causing me more disappointment with the Enterprise rentals. Never ever visit this store again and never recommend to anyone .

I've always used this location for a number of years. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The gentleman saw I was going to order a ride share to the airport after I dropped off - and volunteered to drive me! Thank you!

They will take your reservation when they know they do not have any cars available to rent. They would not even answer the phone but instead let the Merivale office take the heat.

One of the best if it wasn’t the best actually. I really liked their deals and the employees were so nice. I would not go to any other rental company but them.

Got a rental. Car was not clean and i waited for 30 minutes for anyone to show up despite calling and informing them that I was waiting at the office.

Reserved a car two months ago, got a call the day before saying they don't have a vehicle for me. What's the point of reserving a car?

Had to cancel my reservation. No available car but online booking shows it's available. No feedback after several phone calls.
