Very likely the best customer service experience I have ever had. George was extremely patient, kind and informative across my process of purchasing my first road bike. He answered all of my questions, gave me time to process and consider options and never once made me feel like I was asking a stupid question or that I was being an inconvenience, a concern people often have when buying into something new that they don’t know a whole lot about. His passion for all things bike really shines through and grabs you, allowing you to learn a lot through the process. Most importantly, it was really clear that both George and Tony just value their customers and their experience. Pricing is extremely (if not more than) fair and ultimately, the guys just want people to get out there and have a go on a bike. Pretty clear why people travel out of area to go with George and Tony. I’d do the same!

Visited the team at endeavour cycles many times for servicing, bike wheel repair and minor adjustments. Never fails to deliver and I am more than happy with their service. They also have supplied me with my indoor trainer wahoo kickr V5. There was a time when one of my spokes broke and George was kind enough to lend me a spare set of wheel to keep me going. Endeavour Cycles has always been my FIRST choice in cycling shops even though I’ve been living in Balmain for over a decade. Why? In 2016 I inherited an old neglected Scott road bike. Marty and George quoted me ~$750 to get this little stallion back on the road. Amazingly, when it was ready for pickup it only cost me $300 as the team did not have to apply everything quoted. I was expecting it to cost more! I have been a loyal customer ever since. I highly recommend Endeavour Cycles.

George is a good reliable bike enthusiast that has always been helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve found the bike work I’ve had done awesome and the prices have been great. The prices on the maxxis tyres they are priced cheaper than any other shops. Plus he seems to offer great deals on shimano parts. Don’t always assume online bike shops have better prices. Anyway love this shop and that it’s open till 6pm most nights as it has saved my life many times as I always finish work late.

I live about 30mins from Endeavour Cycles and I have other local bike stores around me that are much closer. I choose Endeavour Cycles, due to their knowledge, wealth of experience, and advice they provide for me. The advice provided is if they were in our situation what would they do rather then providing advice and recommending products and services we don't need or use depending on the type of rider you are. They are fair in price and I trust them. Thank you George and Tony!!

Excellent service and highly recommend this Local Bike Shop I was visiting from interstate and contacted George as they had some great offers on parts. I visited the store and made a purchase. A couple of days after returning home i found I had purchased the incorrect part and contacted George. He very kindly offered to replace with the correct item. George has been looking after me since I got into cycling about 6 months ago. He has gone out of his way to help and explain things along the way (often the most basic, novice questions) and I have found myself going to Endeavour for all of my cycling needs. Purchased 2 new road bikes tyres from George yesterday. First ride today and got a puncture which also cut the tyre after only 3.5km from leaving home. I know this can happen at any time but went back to see if tyre was still suitable for use. George just replaced tyre and tube free of charge including changing the tyre himself. What fantastic customer service. Thanks George - really appreciated.

I walked into this place for the very first time with an issue with my front brakes and tony spent about 12 minutes working on it with a minor replacement part and refitting the caliper, didn't charge me anything, so I bought something to ease my conscience. Brilliant! I got a bike online that was missing a couple of brake parts. They kept my bike in store for me until the parts arrived , they fitted the parts , checked over the bike, all the while being super friendly and accomodating. They had some very cool pedals so I got a set whacked on when I picked up the bike, You can’t go wrong. Thanks guys.

Went in with a replacement tire I'd bought and tried to put on my etrike, but couldn't get it off myself and snapped two plastic tire levers. The bloke at Endeavour was amazing. He changed it, put a new cap on the tube, put two new zip ties on to hold the cable in place a and all for $25! I'll definitely be going back to Endeavour in the future!!

As far as a talkative, informative experience, I did not get that here, however, what I did get was fast and efficient service for a random drop off on what looked like a busy day, they fixed a tyre tube and attached new bike pedals within a couple hours, and the kicker for the 5 stars, they didn't even charge me! Will definitely come back :)

George and team were amazing to deal with. Going out of his way to provide assistance in a secondhand bike review for me as i am based in Melb. Helped me with packaging it up and posting down to Melb. Highly recommend! Someone who is willing to help a customer with any bike issue even if he isnt making mega bucks from it, you cant go wrong

Rear derailleur broke Tuesday on the way home from work. Easter weekend cycling ruined I thought. Messaged endeavour Tuesday night, dropped off Wednesday morning and a fully serviced, well running bike was available to pick up on Thursday. These guys are the best and the price is very reasonable. Cannot recommend, or thank, enough.

Worst experience ever, i entered the shop to ask for assistance to fix my bike wheel, and the guy didn't seem interested at all. He was rude and didn't provide any customer service. I will never go back to this place and never recommend it to anyone. After all whats a bike store for anyway? to be ignored service

Stopped in today as I found I had a broken spoke nipple on my MTB. The gentleman went and got me two replacements, made sure I knew how to replace and even refused any payment when I offered. This allowed me to carry on my ride as planned. Great service, thank you very much

The brother owners of this bike shop go above and beyond to their customers. Had a problem with my Di2 and they have kindly helped me fixing it. Highly recommend the place if you live in the area or just need some nutrition on a quick stop on the way back from Waterfall.

I can t say enough about the support these guys give both in & out of store, with a mechanical fail miles from home George & Marty walked me through a temporary fix including call backs to make sure I was o.k.-thats service with a capital S ,thanks again guys!!

I broke a spoke on my bike and had a couple of bike stores quote me $60 to fix. I took it to endeavour cycles they ended up fixing 2 spokes and only charged me $20. Excellent honest and thorough service. I live in Paddington but this is my store of choice

What great service and knowledge. Diagnosed my rear derailuer issue like a Macquarie St doctor but at medicare bulk billing prices, and in an instant the knocking noise was gone. Excellent store, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have a full suspension MTB and cannot speak highly enough of this bike shop as they really know there stuff. Forget the rest as ive been to most of them and they dont compare in any way for service and knowledge.

Service was very abrupt and unenthusiastic. A smart comment was made about how the shop should be closed. A little confusing to customers when the shop door is still open!
