Worst family doctor in North York. Case in point: 1. We had our daughter in fever and came down to the clinic. No family doctor on site on that day. Just told us to go to emergency. We had been to clinics where there were multiple doctors covering for each other. Rather drive 30 mins for family doctor than come to this clinic. 2. Completely disorganized, zero communication between receptionist and the doctor. Doctor called us to rebook our appointment directly. I called the clinic and the receptionist had no idea. Doctor just does his own thing. Receptionist completely clueless. 3. We asked for the referral for a pediatrician. The doctor erupted into a rage and said, 'Is that what you really want? You don't want to come see me anymore?' Complete farce of a doctor. What kind of doctor becomes mad for asking for referral to another doctor? 4. EVERY SINGLE TIME, we need to book a phone appointment before a physical appointment. Never seen a doctor so unavailable to his patient. 5. The doctor rebooked our appointment three times. The latest excuse: He had a medical emergency that day so had to cancel all afternoon schedule. He thinks being a family doctor is a part time job. He's got more important job that looking after his patient. Final note: We are changing our family doctor. Left a really bad taste in our mouth. Made us realize how terrible an erratic, unqualified, temperamental a doctor could be. EVERY SINGLE ONE of our listed points above came between less than 3 months.

Honestly, Dr Hany is a fantastic doctor! He is the nicest person and caring person. But it’s unfortunate that I rarely get to see him. A couple of things: 1) I’m always scheduled with someone else, not to mention the front desk doesn’t tell you sometimes. My husband asked to see dr Hanny for my son, they said ok. And then they ended up seeing Dr. Maged (He is good too) but he can’t do anything that Dr. Hany could do because he wasn’t his family doctor. So we had to come back the next day. 2) I’m always on time for my appointments, I called saying that I can make it for a certain time. Due to the weather conditions, the road was worse than I thought. Walking in the snow and the difficulty I have with my feet due to my condition, I called to tell her I might be 5 minutes late, and she told me that “I asked you if you can make it and you agreed. We have appointments after you”... THE ONE time I’m going to be late. I understand if I’m late he can’t lag my appointment. But she was just rude about it. Not to mention when I’m on time - I still wait 20-30 minutes afterwards to be seated (which I understand because things happen) The lack of communication from the front desk over these 2 years has really but a damper on such great doctors. I’m sorry to say, that I may be moving doctors because it’s just not working. I’m always getting frustrated with working things out with them.

i would offer 0 if I could. This is a 1st medical office i have visited that have no sanitizing equipment or masks available for the patience. It is my fault for not having mask on me but they are so cheap as too not offering the mask to their patience. when i ask why is this medical facility not offering mask openly to their patience, they said “we gave them all out” but when i ask if i cancel my appointment then they gave me the mask. Every time we ask to come in for a check up, the receptionist is telling me you will need a phone appointment before you can see the doctor. i got really frustrated and explained that i don’t think phone consultation is necessary when i am an existing patience.

Highly unorganized. This doctor told me not to call them for my results when the results have been in after a week. When I called in, they booked me an appointment, but he couldn't find my results and later found it but turned out it was another patients test... after the end of the conversation, he found my results. I'm unclear of my own results since the conversation was mostly about the other patients and he seemed like he wanted to get off the phone as he asked if I had questions (and I did). After me asking w questions, it felt like he didn't want me to ask anymore and urged to end conversation. This doctor isn't that caring. Becareful and don't waste your time

This place deserves zero star. They close and open whenever they want. I came on a weekday and only receptionist was there, not only she was having an attitude like the other receptionists they have, but to tell me at 2.45pm that they’re closed at 3pm and the doctor was not there anymore and already left, and the sign still said they close at 7pm. Next time I came, I got my pills ready to pick up at the pharmacy right next to them and they were both closed without any notice on the door or the hour was not even updated on Google. Seriously I hope you go bankrupt because you’re wasting people’s time.

Excellent service! Dr. Hany is a very patient and responsible doctor. He cares about his patients, and he always find ways to solve our problems. Our whole family members are his patients because we trust him! When he knows the medcine is not free anymore, he gives us advice and spend his time to find a solutions for us. The receptionist lady is very nice and friendly! She always call to confirm our appointments. She tries to book the earliest appointment for seniors when there is a need. We love her! Dr Hany treats senior very nice with respect. We are really apprecite!

It's terrible the front staff is extremely unprofessional I came in the morning and got an appointment for the evening. When I went in the evening they said their is no appointment and when I told them my health card is with them which they kept in the morning then that lady said oh yeah you have an appointment but you have to wait, my appointment was at 4 o'clock but my turn did not come until 6. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND they do not value your time. I was with my kid he was getting super cranky but they did not care at all. I just left without seeing the dr.

I would have given -ve if it was possible. The problem i have is that its never a walk-in inspite of the misleading board. Their receptionist treats as if the patient is a burden. Doctor is also never available. If you have fever/cough/cold, you cannot visit the clinic without a covid test, but most drugmarts have stopped keeping covid test kits. Seems doctor is not updated by latest govt guidelines. Btw what are family doctors for if one canot visit due ng such times. We eventually visited parkway medical, atleast they took walk-in

The reason why I am giving 2 stars is not because of bad service or bad premises, it is because I dont find it professional from Doctors at that practice to be rude to their staff. If you have patients waiting, at least be professional and dont yell at your assistant infront of everyone (Maged). They have a paper on their window about " Patient Conduct and Respect", but what about "Doctor's and Staff Conduct and Respect" ?? To the assistant, please know that you have rights and you shouldn't tolerate that from anyone.

This place deserves a zero star. Doctors treat thier front office staff and patients with zero respect and empathy. Just trying to show you the door as soon as possible. They had such bad reviews that they closed down thier other account and reopened this account to get better reviews. Owners both gave 5 stars. The public should note this place has been under investigation for treating patients and staff inappropriately. If you care about your health or your childrens health, avoid this clinic!

Doctors are UNRELIBLE and some times ok. Getting appointment takes time. If you live nearby and need family doctor and don't have car then this is good. But you need to take appointment. It takes 2 days to get appointment average. It's not crouded place. But Doctors seems to be working in many clinics. So, appointment is needed to this clinic. They charge for Physiotherapy or massage therapy prescription etc. Location is just opposite Fairview mall. They lack empathy sometimes

Would give a negative rating if possible. The RECEPTIONIST IS SO RUDE & NOT at all helpful and that she wants to chase u out the minute u step in. She's not willing to listen either. Nor do they provide masks. If they ONLY ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS and not walk ins why do they have misleading information like the picture shown. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO anywhere near this place. It feels like harassment by the RECEPTIONIST. How can one report this place and the front desk.

I dialed clinic for a walk-in emergency and they said they wont take new patients until pandemic is over.. I specified I'm not looking to be added top family practice but they said they are not taking new walkins.. What? I mean.. Why run a clinic when you don't want to treat patients? Where would people go if they cant meet a doctor for day-to-day issues? Such an irresponsible answer .. I'm going to report this clinic to Ontario Health Department to ignore walk-ins.

Worst clinic and family doctor & receptionist ever , they don’t care at all for patients, only care for money They asked me to pay $60 for only sign for an application for government And no E-mail or even POS They only accept cash, which didn’t make any sense these days and after corona soneone is still only accepting CASH For sure it’s not legal money to take from patients. So there won’t be taxes on it They are making money and business from our money as patients

My family physician Hany Ibrahim is the worst physician one could ever have-arrogant, non-responsive and someone who will scare you more and never explain the proper causes. At times, he would even talk in a yelling tone and would not respond to any of your questions. Unfortunately, he was chosen as my family doctor as his clinic is in the same compound as my residence. Every visit with him has added a tremendous mental toll and bruised morale.

Worst place to go if you are sick. The doctors are in such a rush that they dismisses you like you are nothing. I have been here twice and first time i thought its just this particular doctor but the second time the doctor was worse that the first one. He was very rude and did not feel like he wants to be there. DON'T go yourself or take your loved ones to this horrible clinic.

Worst doctor ever. My family doctor was Maged Ibrahim who never suggested any treatment for either of my family members. On the excuse of COVID-19 they don't provide physical appointment. Single Phone call appointment is chargeable as $30. That too is of no work as the doctor behaves like some common layman who doesn't guide you for treatment and diet.

Two horrible experiences !! A rude receptionist and a very impatient doctor. The doctor was in a hurry to inject my baby daughter and ended up injuring her badly and he then blamed me for not holding her strong enough. Other patients were also not happy during both of my visits. Definitely wont be going there again.

Inconsistency between colleagues. One of your receptionists told me to call to make am appointment with one of your doctors saying that this doctor is taking new patients but when I called another colleague told me I got wrong info. You should really properly inform and train your personnel.

I consult Dr.Hany Ibrahim for myself and my daughter. I highly recommend him. His diagnosis is perfect and he is also warm and kind to his patients. The only downside is that the Dr is not available throughout the week,if there is any urgent care required, we have to go the the Emergency

Doctor is okay. Reception is very rude and isn’t very accommodating. You schedule an appointment you’re easily waiting 20-30 minutes to see the doctor. If you show up 10 minutes late you have to drive back from Mississauga in rush hour traffic. Would not recommend. Find anyone else.

Very unprofessional doctors and staffs. They don't care about the patient. What they care is every appointment should be limited to only 10 minutes and unfortunately if we cancel the appointment less than 48 hour risk them 60CAD. Doctor shouts and front staffs are very sarcastic.

Doctor is nice but the lady at the front desk isn’t perfect for the role as she is busy all the time..Answers the phone puts you on a hold and forgets to attend the call. I had to call 4 times to book an appointment for my mother.. Front desk is unorganized:(

Unless you like getting disrespected and enjoy poor service don't go there. Terrible front desk attendants and doctors don't care about you. They lack empathy and are extremely impatient. Please save your time and money and go to a good clinic!

Honestly two of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being cared for by. Both are very polite (at all times, mind you) and attentive to detail (they remembered every detail about me and my condition). I would recommend 100%

Dr. Maged Ibrahim I have no idea how he got his license. He is the rude and unprofessional. You have to wait for an hour past by your appointment then he is gonna see you on run and would talk with you for not more than 30 seconds.

Front desk is terrible. Extremely rude. And confusing. First says walk in is anytime between 1-6 and then I go at 2 and says the doctor isn't in until 3.... Good if you live by. But definitely do not use as a family doctors office.

Very professional place... Dr Maged and Dr Hany both are great. Other family clinics that I’ve tried weren’t giving you enough time or attention to check your illness... But this clinic is really great.

The reviews talk for themselves. They still live with a face mask. Don’t expect much. The receptionist lady does her best, but it’s obviously above her pay grade to change the reputation of the place.

Dr Maged Ibrahim is very carrying, takes time to talk with you and cares about the patients. Dr Hany Ibrahim I only saw once but he pinpoint the cause of my problems right away. Great doctors!!

I see a big board outside saying walkins are allowed And when we go in they say no walkins for new patients What is the use of this clinic- it’s not useful for people living around when needed

The front desk person is terrible. I filled out the forms accordingly and she called my emergency contact multiple times to remind them of my appointment!!!

I live next to the clinic. It's a pretty nice neighbourhood and it's very convenient to have competent doctors right next door. I'll continue to visit !!

Dr.Maged Ibrahim is always very nice and helpful, listens to you and discusses the best options for your treatment. Very caring and understanding.

Secretary book an appointment for me and she didn’t mentioned it’s over phone. The time I came to the clinic she said so. Never choose this place.

Worst clinic does not serve or work for public. They do not have mask or rapid covid test kits when they expect us to get the test before visit.

Very competent receptionist, doctors are knowledgeable and to the point. an exceptional and efficient practice

If this is your only option for a doctor appointment it's ok, but I strongly recommend finding another one.

Outstanding doctors !! Always kind and ready to help. Even during Covid times they made sure to follow up.
