Sharing details of a close family friend who had a horrible experience here! Please beware!!! Well here is one for the books as they say .This is about my recent experience with THE SPAY AND NEUTOR CLINIC Manning .Have been dealing there for over 2 years or so with no issues at all as I take my dog there for shots and have his nails clipped . This time after his nails were done told me they had nicked the quick which didn't concern me too much at the time but also had to send him back as they just took the tips off the front nails , they explained that there is new employees .Well when I got him home I took a look and they cut a lot more of his rear nail than I thought and yes I was not happy . Next day I phoned to complain about the service and said they should also offer a refund . The receptionist said she will talk to the doctor/owner and I also requested that person who cut the nails never touch my dog again . They did agree to the refund which I asked that it be put to the next appointment and was told I could not come back there anymore . That floored me , what did I or my dog do ? I asked to please explain why because we did nothing wrong and was told that is what the doctors/owners decided . they did wrong and telling me to get lost because I complained . I went to the clinic after the weekend so I would be calm and ask for an explanation , as luck would have it met up with one doctor getting something from his vehicle outside . I introduced myself and asked to explain to me why I'm banned . Basically was told that I was not happy then go else where .Really what did I do but complain about the poor job some employee did to my animal . What a way to run a business !!!! Just want people to know about the owners of this clinic and what kind of people they are . Sorry for the long rant but had to get off my chest and still don't understand this . They are just ignorant and was told they will charge me cyber bulling if I print anything . Unacceptable. Please consider your choices as there are many great clinics around.

Yesterday I took my dog in to have her spayed. I read all the reviews on Google Yelp and their Facebook page. When I made the appointment I was told $220 plus pain meds for $25 and a microchip $45. I had called around and this was a decent price so the appointment was set. The confirmation call I get told about IV Fluids for $55. As with a lot of people I need to Budget this so I decided to forgo the chip for now and get her the fluids. Get there at 8:30 to drop her off. I come in someone at the counter asked "Who do we have here" I told her my dogs name. She got the paper work took me to a room. Some guy comes in, no introduction just has a form for me to fill out and another up charge because she had a heat cycle. He told me to fill it out took my dog away. Came back in handed me a after care info sheet and walked out. I left the room the woman at the counter said bye have a good day. That was it, in and out in 5mins. Got a call about 11:30 her surgery was done and I could pick her up at 3:30. Came in to pick her up and this was the first time someone asked if I had any questions. So I told them I had questions in the morning but never had the chance to ask so all I wanted was to pick up my dog and leave. The same woman who said Bye have a good day seemed shocked and asked me what my questions were and I could tell she felt bad, but my questions had to do with getting a quote for her next appointment for her next vaccinations, annual check up and a teeth cleaning. I have Fetch pet insurance and I did her DNA and one medical thing showed up. So, yes I had questions but why would I bother asking these when no one seemed to want to talk to me when I dropped her off in the morning. The only reason you got 3 stars and not 1 is because her surgery was amazing. She is already bouncing back and her incision is better than I could have imagined. My advice is with a new client take some time to talk to them.

I am very upset by the treatment I recieved from the office staff at this clinic. We had to take our dog here for an emergency situation that ended up requiring surgery. The vet was very helpful and kind and did as much as he could to help us out in this difficult situation. The receptionist however, she has absolutely NO customer service skills. She is very rude and tried multiple times to bully us into bringing him back in. I called them last night saying that i was a little concerned about our dogs incision, she told me she would save a slot for this morning but if for any reason we decided not to bring him in to just call her and let her know. So this morning after checking the incision it looked much better so my husband and I decided to wait for the weekend and see how things went. When i called and told her this she immediately got ignorant and threatened me that next time I decide I want to bring my pet in she is going to charge me a deposit, because SHE felt that we SHOULD be bringing him in. Unfortunately now we will be looking for a new clinic for our pets. In a situation like this the office staff should be compassionate and make their clients feel like they actually care about them and their pets needs, and I just felt like she was very judgmental and rude. And I am not the first person to feel this way. My friend also brought her dog here for a neuter and recieved the same attitude and treatment from this receptionist, and when she called to ask about her dogs incision being infected she told her that she was not allowed to bring him back in to be seen because he was showing aggression(which only started AFTER he had his surgery). Very disappointed.

We sadly had a brutal upper respiratory disease go through our cats. We brought one male in 2 years old, the vet Dr Faith was convinced it couldn't be a respiratory issue as he was presenting with extreme drooling, Due to having a completely blocked nose. After getting blood tests done and their tests they wanted for FIV and Feline Leukemia we waited for results the next day only to be told that everything that was related to his blood tests showed him being dehydrated and that they didnt actually have a big enough sample for the leukemia test after all. They offered for us to come back and pay another $100 for a test with results in 10 minutes. Also note when she provided the blood results and showed he was dehydrated there was NO suggestion for resolution for it. Why we couldn't done that test the day before? Oh it would have cost less than the bloodwork and tests initially . Fast forward a few days another cat goes to a different vet and is given fluids and the vet educated me on how to do it myself and supplied the products. 2 days later - We lost one of our babies on our home floor after doing all I could to get him back. Had Dr. Faith even SUGGESTED we get them in for a small dose of fluids it would be a different situation. Extremely unimpressed with the money grab tactics that subsequently led to us losing a baby. Spay and neuter is fine there just make sure they dont clip your cats nails off completely and if you have a serious health concern for your furbaby. This is NOT the place.

I had been here before for my cats ear mites and spay, and I had received great service. However the last time I went in I was not overly impressed. My cat is having skin issues and they appear pretty severe, she keeps scratching herself until she bleeds. The vet I saw this time was different than the one I had seen before. He said it was $600 for a biopsy. Sure, okay. He said it could be a wide variety of things causing her issues, probably two serious immune issues or allergies. He gave her two shots, an antibiotic and a steroid. Everything was reasonable until I asked for topical ointment to help her heal but he refused, twice. Why the refusal? Like I said, my cats skin is extremely itchy and I’m quite concerned. I took advice from others and we went to a different vet. Amazingly, this new vet was also quite concerned and sat down with me and discussed all of the things that were happening and what we could do in regards to treatment. This new vet took a sample of her scab and looked under the microscope herself, prescribed an ointment like I had originally wanted, plus a syringe of medication and also a tablet. I was at that vet for 2 hours. We have a whole plan on how we will tackle this. She even sent me an email asking how it was going and if she was healing. I wouldn’t say my experience was bad with this vet, however it is so nice and refreshing to see a vet who actually takes the time with their patients and cares. I wouldn’t say anything negative however it was not super positive.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt I had to for really outstanding service. We brought our two Siamese kittens to be spayed and neutered at this clinic and couldn’t have been treated better! As any pet owner knows with any surgery it can be nerve wracking. They put us at ease immediately when we got there. Dr. Toor was very kind, and did not rush us, and answered all of our questions regarding the surgery. He assured us he did thousands of surgeries and was very experienced. After surgery everything was going great until our little girl pulled her stitches. We took pictures as we were worried about infection, and went down there. When we showed the staff they thought she had infection, and Dr.Toor examined her immediately, and put in a couple of staples and gave her a shot for infection. He assured us she would be ok, and we booked another appointment to get the staples out. They only charged us for the shot. Just a few days before we were to come back down to get the staples taken out it looked like her staples were out and was some blood. Concerned again, we called and they took us immediately that morning. He took the staples out and told us she’s just fine. No charge. I have to say Dr. Toor was a excellent, empathetic, and professional doctor, and the staff was very friendly and professional as well. It could have went horribly wrong but thanks to this clinic our kittens are doing just fine!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. How dare you discriminate against a cat with FIV, a disease that EVERY VET IN MY LIFE has told me is only at risk of transmission through “deep biting/scratching/fighting”. If your other patients have access to behave that way towards my cat then there is a MUCH larger issue at hand with your clinic. In fact, my vet told me there was NO concern around this FIV foster cat living safely with my senior cat unless they’re prone to fighting. This is discriminatory, anti-science and uneducated. Shame on you. Clearly you need to upgrade your knowledge on FIV, or you just need to admit that you’re denying FIV clients out of pure bias, and stop saying it’s because it’s “high risk” when there is NO science to back that up and EVERY professional in YOUR industry has told me as such OTHER than you today. PS: Reading the responses to your other bad reviews here, WOW. Guess no one in your clinic believes in any semblance of accountability, hey? Nothing but defensiveness and excuses in response to upset customers. Pretty clear now how little you care. Awesome. Update: three days later the other spay & neuter clinic in town has NO issue with an FIV patient and scheduled him immediately. Do better.

I don't know why there are any negative reviews. My experience was very positive from the time I walked in the door . The girl at the front desk did a great job of making me feel at ease about leaving my dog. My dog Tessa had 16 teeth pulled and was shown nothing but compassion and kindness. I have seen both vets; Dr Toor initially who explained my dogs procedure in a way I could understand, I didn't feel hurried and didn't feel like I was wasting his time with my 10000 questions, After her surgery I saw Dr Channa who performed her dental and took the time to show me all the teeth he pulled - and why - and didn't let me leave until he was sure I understood her after care clearly. he even offered for me to bring her in the next day at no charge if I was still worried . The staff that I encountered clearly love animals and were extremely lovely to my beloved pet. After the way my dog and I were treated I will not be going anywhere else. As for their prices - very reasonable and what I was quoted is what I was charged - no surprises. Your treasured and loved pets are in good hands there.

A week and a half ago we took our cat in since he was throwing up. After doing blood work and it coming back negative he was treated for an upset stomach. Two days later, he was getting worse again. We called the clinic, and even though they were so busy, they got him in. The Vet this time thought it might be a blockage. Even though they were busy, he continued to treat our little man. They did x rays and everything they could, and this time it came back as a blockage. At 4:45 on the Friday before New Years we did not know what to do. We did not think he could make it until Tuesday without an operation. Without hesitation, our amazing Vet and his team had it all set up for a last minute operation to save our cat. They stayed past closing to do this operation for us. We took our cat home that night and the next day on his day off our Vet called us to see how our cat was doing. Fast forward a week later, we took our cat in for the follow up and he is doing amazing. If it was not for this clinic's amazing team of people staying late, we would not have our cat. They are a blessing.

Went in with my kitten who had lost a lot of weight. Informed the vet that one of my other cats has feline GI coronavirus, and I was concerned the cat I brought in may have it. He promptly told me it doesn't exist in felines (google it, very very common), and asked what vet would diagnose a cat with something that doesn't exist. Made me wonder what sort of credentials he had. Payed for the exam after him telling me nothing is wrong, and I left and went straight to Pulse Vet. Found out his heart rate is abnormally high, that feline Corina does exist (surprise surprise), and that based on a simple glance, he was very underweight and went through test after test to figure out what is wrong. Very unprofessional, and would absolutely not reccomend. Photo is added of my cat with "nothing wrong". Was diagnosed a day later with severe pancreatitis, and ended up needing a feeding tube surgically implanted in his neck to eat. Took him over 6 months to fully recover, and I lost him almost twice. He spent 2 weeks admitted to the hospital. Please stay away from here.

This place is the very best. The front desk staff are always extremely helpful and Dr. Toor is the most caring, compassionate vet we have ever had. We have two dogs, and one of them has constant issues including two ACLs that needed repair. We were bracing ourselves for the worst, but our dog recovered fast and with no complications. Same goes for the spay and neuter we had done here. Dr. Toor is always quick to call me and my husband back when we have basic questions or concerns and we trust that he steers us in the right direction in terms of decision making. He always makes us feel like we have options and never pressures us into feeling like we need to spend ridiculous amounts of money to come to the best treatment solution for our pets. The staff know us, and our dogs by name and we just love it here. They always take the time to explain everything, and are never rushing us out the door. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!! We consider ourselves so lucky to have found your clinic:)

We just had our Marley (German Shepherd) spayed here and I need to say, what an amazing Vet Clinic. They let us stay until she was sedated and did such an awesome job of keeping us informed of her progress. They even saw that she had anxiety and let us pick her up early to make her more comfortable. The incision looked so good and is so clean and just perfectly closed that you can barely even see that it is even an incision. I would love to thank the doctor that did such a great job with my baby. Every staff member that we have encountered has been wonderful. Their prices can't be beat. But above all, they care. They truly care about the pets and the owners and it shows in how they present their concern for the pets and the options for any treatments that may be necessary and what may be optional. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and will not be visiting any other vet. They are the best. Period.

The initial drop off was quite quick, I was in and out within 5 to 10 minutes. They had my dog spayed within a few hours and was ready to pick up by lunch time. After calling around this was the cheapest place. With blood work, microchip, cone, hydration fluids, meds and take home meds it was only $630. Most places were asking $800 and up. The clinic is pretty spacious and very clean, modern looking. I'd recommend taking your pet here. Only reason for 4 stars is when I called to come pick her up they said mine or my partner's numbers both weren't on file and seemed clueless when I said I missed their call. I was told 4 to 5pm for pick up, when I said I'd be there at 4 they said they would rather me come earlier cause she was crying (of course she just had surgery). Other than that the staff were super friendly, and the doctors were nice.

Well, it was from tyne phone call to book an appt with( can't remember name) to the greeting when coming. They were so awesome they set up chairs and lit candles like making us feel like home to have our "Shiver" goto doggie heaven. Dr Faith(what a name) was awesome and made us feel so special and gave us the time and explained all the details that they did, and that was just awesome. I would recommend any one that needs their loved or needs care and love they give is second to none. It was so tough to this, but the wife said it was time to let him go, and they made us feel comfortable in doing so. Thank you so much Love Tay, Carolynn, Francis and our Shiver RIP (The second photo is Shiver spread out top of the couch on the hot day last week couldn't resist taking it

I brought my golden doodle into this clinic to be neutered, after his surgery he got out of his collar and took off. The one girl ( i wish i would have gotten her name) working heard me yell for my puppy and came out within seconds to help me catch him- it was FREEZING and she did not give up until he was safe and in the vehicle. Thanks to the doctor for coming out and helping us aswell; I will never be able to thank you guys enough for helping me. I cannot rave enough about this clinic- the girls that work there are SO personable and you can see their genuine love for animals- they made leaving my pup there for surgery that much easier because i knew he was in good hands. The doctor was super informative and answered all my questions without feeling like i was being rushed

  • lori beaudin

While I found the vet to be outstanding, caring and very informative the "Tech" who sedated our very skittish cane corso for his neutering procedure was less then polite. She did not heed the advice of the vet to give our dog more sedation medication knowing full well our dog was very fearful, then she blamed me for having to sedate him three times while trying to treat him. Perhaps she should have listened to the vet prior to treating our dog. We are well aware of the fear anxiety our animal has and are taking steps to help him. Shaming customers who are trying to look after the best interests of their pets is never the best way to treat concerned and caring pet owners. If it wasn't for this one individual my rating would be higher as I found the rest of the staff amazing!

We are pleased with our recent spay of our 6 month old mix breed puppy. Initially when I called for pricing they are the most competitive in the city, and reception was knowledgeable and friendly. On the day of the spay, everything is reviewed again and they discuss every additional cost (most are optional extras) with you prior to surgery. All add on's require your signature so there is no confusion. It was clear and concise, and the doctor was great. The fees were exactly as described. Upon pick up my puppy was groggy but very happy overall, Dr. Channa was very detailed with explaining the aftercare, microchip registration and pain medication that we decided to get for her ($17 and 4 days worth). Overall everything went seamlessly. Thanks again.

My dog went in for a dental at the end of 2021, and was having issues afterwards. Dr. Toor went out of his way and used his own personal time to figure out what was going on with Winston. He called specialists and did research and worked hard for my old dog. He kept me in the loop and called me often with what he was finding out. He figured out Winston had a rare reaction to the anesthesia which caused an acute kidney injury. Some vets wouldn’t do what Dr. Toor did, but he went over and above for us to keep Winnie healthy. Winstons kidneys are functioning completely fine now, thanks to Dr. Toor and the amazing team at The Spay and Neuter Clinic. We appreciate you guys so much!! Thank you. I’ll only go here for all of my pets’ needs from now on.

Best place in Edmonton to neuter/spay your pet by far. The inside is very clean, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. They make sure to keep you informed about your pet, and even provide care instructions. We couldn't use the cone provided due to stubborness from my pet, and the cone being too small and the elastic being way too loose. Highly reccomend getting a cat onesie prior to going here - that staff reccomends as an alternative to the cone. Another great bonus is on most days pet pickup is open untill 5pm if you're having surgery. Short wait times too! Staff was very fast and efficient with consultation. Absolutely lovely place for you and your pet, couldn't reccomend this place enough to anyone.

  • tiffy lok

My sister brought our family dog in due to an ear infection two months ago, provided with some antibiotics in our first appointment and came back for a follow up appointment. During our second appointment, was told by Dr Toor that his ear infection is gone. We noticed after the appointment our dog is still scratching his ear and was showing signs of discomfort. We decided to get a second opinion at another vet and was told his ears are seriously infected and was also told that he has heart issues, which Dr Toor never informed us about. If you’re looking for a one minute checkup on your dog then this is the place for you. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

  • Vickie

Switched vets from my longtime previous vet and so glad I did! I always dreaded going to the vet as it always stressed my cats and dogs out (long wait in the lobby and more waiting in the exam room) and it was always very very busy with many other cats and dogs in the waiting room. Finally made the decision to switch after a traumatic experience with my cat and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner. The vet was amazing. Answered all my many questions, gentle and nice. Got in immediately when I arrived and the vet came in shortly after. Also very affordable which is a huge bonus. I will be taking all of my animals here from now on.

  • Taylor Richard

I highly recommend the Spay and Neuter Clinic. I brought my dog in to be neutered and they were very kind and patient with him and all my questions and he was well cared for while he was at the clinic. There was a bit of redness around the incision that I wanted to make sure was normal so they had me email a photo and they called me back to ensure this was fine. They called me a few days later to follow up on my dog’s healing progress and to see if I had any questions. Excellent staff who show a great deal of care for your animals. As a pet owner, this can be a stressful process but they did a fantastic job.

  • Clint Makowichuk

This vet clinic is terrible. Took our kitten in that was having bladder problems. Dr Channa said he would grow out of this problem and if not at 1 year old there's a medication for his problem. We also missed one of his vaccinations and they told us we would have to pay for a whole new round of vaccinations. When we took our kitten to the emergency yesterday the vet told us everything Dr Channa told us was not true. We had to put him down yesterday because of Dr Channas negligence and greed for money. I warn you, do not take your animal here!!!!

  • Baran Erdogan

I went here for neutering my kitten. However, I was told it was going to be $70 when I booked the appointment. But, I get a confirmation call the day before the surgery. I learned that they were charging extra for IV, pre surgery blood work, take home painkillers/anti inflammatory medicine, E-Collar. The total came to $136 with the options I chose. It still beats the normal vet prices. I just wish that, I was told about these extra charges during the first stage of booking. Customer service was super nice. Overall, happy with how it turned out.

  • Sandy

We took our kittens in today to get spayed and neutered. The staff were very friendly and informed us of everything that was going to take place. The veterinarian was very informative and didn't pressure us into any extra services . He explained everything and allowed us to make our own decisions. Our kittens did great and were very spry and active when we picked them up. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone needing care for their animals. Thanks to everyone for their care today. Luna and Deeogee are grateful

  • Dena Walters

I was there last week to get my Dog Harley spayed. Front staff was very friendly and the Vet I seen seemed very knowledgeable. I am a nervous parent when comes to owning pets but he answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I loved the way they present everything to you as options and I was able to pick everything I wanted for my puppy. The incision looked great after the surgery and she is doing wonderful. Thank you guys...I will highly recommend this Spay Neuter Clinic to everyone.

  • Valued Customer

I drive from St Albert because of the service. The team in this clinic is amazing!! The front desk staff are always extremely helpful, they know us and our pets by name. They listen to our concerns and try to accommodate scheduling the appointments. Dr. Toor is wonderful, he genuinely cares about my pets. Their prices are very reasonable without scarifying quality, the prices are at least 40% cheaper than other places. They are truly for the love of pets. Great Job and thank you so much!!

  • Rhonda Polowek

I take all 3 of my babies to see these Doctor's, had both my cats spayed and neutered here. With each of them the surgery's went without complications and my cats were feeling great the next day. I can only assume that they are so gentle the cats barely notice the operation. I highly recommend both Doctor's and the staff have always been kind and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you both for treating my babies with gentle loving care. Ornjeers, Kitty and Bella.

  • Madison Wheeler

Ive had 2 cats neutered at this clinic, and my third cat in for a needed tooth removal which was caught during a yearly check up I choose to bring my cats in for. Im actually surprised with some of the negative reviews as i have only had positive experiences every visit! All appointments have gone smooth and my cats all recovered from every surgery promptly! All the staff has been very friendly to me as well. I like that they call a week after surgeries to check on the animals recovery.

  • Erica Marwick

Received nothing but great service from the entire team here. My dog, Sophie was in for a dental cleaning and extractions on February 17 and the staff treated her so well. It was very affordable and my dog is healing perfectly. There was lots of aftercare instructions that were provided very clearly from one of the techs and they explained all signs to watch out for in order for Sophie to heal best. Day one of recovery and Sophie is basically back to her normal self.

  • liz Fe

The clinic is fantastic! My dog goes there on a regular basis. She has an immune disease which requires frequent vet visits. As a result of her condition she has many mood swings due to the level of pain she is feeling that day. The clinic and staff are always very accommodating, attentive, and empathetic to her emotions. Medical care is superior and vets are willing to work with you. Prices are reasonable and I would definitely recommend this clinic!

  • Josee Manning

I recently took my two female kittens in for their spays. I just have to say I am extremely happy with the service here. Everybody was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I got a phone call once the spays were done to let me know the girls did well and a follow up call 2 days later to check in on how they're doing with the healing. Thank you to everybody at this clinic for taking such good care of Chevy and Nova.

  • helen l

We had a pretty good experience at the edmonton spay and neuter clinic. We took our kittens in at 8am to get spay and around 2pm they had called to update us on them. We did pay extra for the IV fluid but we thought it's worth it. By the time we picked them up and brought them home they weren't as bad as we thought they would be but instead they're normal self. We would recommend them as they are pretty fair in pricing. Thanks again !

  • Sam Caskey

Great front end staff that dealt with my pricing inquiries and then helped me to book a day that fit my schedule with no hassles just friendly help. The vet that I met the day I dropped off our cat for his surgery was great in taking the time to explain what was going to happen and what to expect once he was back home recovering. And best of all the price was less than half what our regular bet was going to charge Great job

  • Denise Ruest

Was greeted with friendly caring assistants. I believe the doctor I saw was Dr. Graham. Can not say enough about the care she gave to my dog. She explained everything that could be wrong with my baby. Did not push to have a bunch of test done. Prescribed an antibiotic and said we would start there and wait for results to come back before doing more test. So please with her mannerism and the mannerism of the other staff.

  • Tammy Lautner

Such a caring, kind, compassionate place. All the staff are so kind and do their very best to provide the best customer service. I called this morning to see if I could get an appointment for my very sick cat. I was so worried about him and they put me at ease right away. So kind to squeeze me in within a couple hours. Assuring me and explaining all that is happening. I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you so much!

  • M G

We just recently got our puppy neutered here and were extremely grateful for the staff. This is our first dog and I had called to ask questions and had concerns post-surgery and they were extremely helpful, answering every single one of my questions. We were also very impressed with the cost of everything. We live 40 minutes away and refuse to look for a closer vet because of the service here.

  • Meg

Definitely the best priced spay or neuter in Edmonton and area. Have been going here for the last 4 years for a total of 4 different animals and have always had a positive experience. Drop off At 8-9am, They call after your animal is out and then pick up at 4-5pm. Have always treated my animals great and are very informative with the procedure! I recommend to everyone

  • Samie Merka

Ive taken 3 cats here to be spayed / neutered (2 separate occasions) with great experiences both times. Today I went to their new location and they had extremely helpful and friendly reception staff, affordable pricing and my boys seem happy and well taken care of! It took about a month for the appointment so I reccomend booking in advance, it was worth the wait (:

  • Alana

Very impressed with this clinic. Was the lowest cost for neutering my dog and was very happy with the customer service. The vet came out and met me prior and explained everything to me. My dog was ( sleepy) but happy when we picked him up and they office staff gave me a follow up call a week later to ensure my little man was healing up fine. Highly recommend them!

  • Sarah Krysa

Had my cat in the emergency and needed to find someplace else to perform her surgery for cheaper. They were pretty booked up but said they would call back and see what they could do. They called back around when they said they would and had her in within about an hour. They were all so friendly and professional. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

I had my cat spayed here last year and today had her in for her vaccinations. Both times I have had wonderful experiences. The gals at the desk are very friendly and accommodating. The veterinarians were both very friendly and happy to answer any of my questions. I was in and out so quickly on both of my visits. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Had my dog neutered here this past week. All I can say is wow! Price, service, recovery, communication… was all OUTSTANDING. I’m super impressed. My dog woke up happy and didn’t even know what happened. Straightest incision I have ever seen. The next day he was up and running like nothing ever happened. I’d 100% recommend them for Neutering!

Don't take your animal here, no fewer than 8 phone calls before and the day off recommending additional services. One service they recommended for my dog has led to further complications and vet expenses. They are worse than used car salesman, aggressive sales taticts on the phone and straight up unnecessary procedures. Avoid this clinic.

  • Ella Vancoughnett

Took my cat here recently to have her spayed. Very impressed with the service. The ladies I spoke to were very professional and made me feel comfortable bringing my cat here. Also very happy to have received a phone call checking on the wellness of my cat as I have not had that before with other places. 10/10 would recommend this clinic.

5/5 there is legit nothing I would say negative about my experience with the Edmonton Spay & Neuter Clinic. I know for me, I was nervous taking my dog somewhere else other than my vet, but the prices here were so much better. The Vets, the staff, the building, everything about this place is fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Toor was very friendly and cheerful, and seemed to genuinely care about my dog. The process was non-complicated and the fees they charge is unbelievably reasonable. My chocolate lab's neuter surgery went well, and the incision seems to be already healing well. I plan to bring him for his yearly vaccinations here from now on.

  • JingYi Chen

Took my kitten in for a neuter - he is recovering nicely and everything was done as expected! I was also quite satisfied with the price - I paid around $200 for his neuter, microchip, pain medications, cone, and rabies vaccine. I think $200 is a great price for everything, and the staff were polite.

I am so grateful for this place. After taking in a cat who needed some tlc, they were accommodating to my budget, super kind and friendly and my cat is doing MUCH better. Their appointment fees are much lower than other vets, and they were able to get me in quickly. THANK YOU FROM ME AND ALFRED. :)

Really impressed with this clinic. My puppy is only 3 days post op and you can barely tell he's had a surgery. The techs were lovely and took really good care of my baby I was so worried too. I did pay extra for the IV fluids which was $55 but that's ok he's worth every penny. Thanks Dr Channa

We literally drive across the city because of the service at this place. They treat our dog really well and their prices are very reasonable without sacrificing quality. At least 40% cheaper than some place if you do you due diligence and get second opinions. We will continue to use them.

  • Tatyana L

The only vet clinic I used for my dog to since she needed spaying. Amazing staff, knowledgeable and caring veterinarians. Always took time and explained the procedures, called with updates and to make sure we are aware of what is going on with our dog. Highly recommend this clinic! 6 ⭐️

  • Jessica McGlynn

we go here for all our dogs needs, we adore Dr.Toor he is great with our dogs, and they are not always easy. so funny when he calls them “good man” too. prices are also reasonable too, we had both our dogs neutered here and a cherry eye removal 2 years ago, that has been successful :)

  • Silke Canada

The staff and doctor at this clinic went above and beyond to help me with the paperwork for travelling with our dog. Everybody is super nice and helpful. We had our dog vaccinated here too. They are not overbooked, you don't have to wait and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

  • Michelle

All of the staff working here are so incredibly kind and patient, and they take the time to explain everything thoroughly. I've taken my dog here to get his shots, deworming, urine sample and neutering and I've never had a bad experience. The price also tends to be lower here. :)

  • Bryan

We've brought both of our cats to this clinic to be spayed and each time the staff have taken great care of our pets. They're also charge significantly less for the spay procedure than other vets including our regular vet who recommended them. I highly recommend this clinic.

  • Jessica-Lee Valaire

I recently brought my baby boy in to get fixed and it was a great experience for both him (well maybe not so much lol) and I. My fur babies are my babies and I felt good when I left him in the hands of the clinic! Thank You so much for taking well care of Jaxx …

  • Shelby Zukowski

The only reason this review is not a 1 is because the vet seemed genuinely knowledgeable... However, I dropped my French Bulldog off yesterday to be neutered and in my consult with the vet I explained to him that I found out after I got him

  • Megan Haslam

I came here twice, a year ago I got my black cat Hades neutered here. They were so gentle and caring with him, I called a few times asking how he was and they told me that he was alright and how great he was doing :). I just got my 6 month

  • Jodie bell

Im so surprised to see these negative reviews because it is hands down the best vet clinic ive ever been too. The vet has neutured 3/4 of my cats, ive had all their vaccines done there and each and every time the vet has shown great caring

  • Amber Bussey

Dr. Toor is amazing and goes above and beyond. He is our family's vet and genuinely cares about us. Every time I come in he remembers small details and asks how my family / family's pets are doing. When my cat got sick over the holidays, I

  • Ababa Dab

Vet did not listen to what we tried to tell them. Made us feel like we don't take care of our pet - we love our pet more than anything. Did not listen to reason why we were there got distracted by another issue that we have been aware of.

  • Patrick Healey

We took two cats to get spayed and also a few extras, one being a nail trim. When picking the cats up they brought out the first cat and said everything is good with her. Then they brought out our second cat and said they razor burned her

  • AK

This clinic is amazing. My family and I have taken our pets here. Very informative and caring vets. You can truly see that they are genuinely concerned about your pet. Sticks to their prices, and if they can't they will let you know ahead

  • Nicole Lynne

The woman who answers the phone eludes from ever giving any kind of answer. I just want to book the appointment for the surgery they said my cat needed. She said she'd put me on a cancelation list why not book the appointment and do that?

  • Katelyn Smith

Cost is actually pretty reasonable despite it does come with some extra. The vet is very nice. However the reason for 1 star is the receptionist. I agree with the person who wrote a review prior to me. She's super rude, and I didn't feel

  • Silver Kouteau

Called first thing yesterday morning to book an appointment to have my kitten neutered. The gentleman on the phone asked for my name/number and said someone would call me back shortly. No one called me back. I've booked with a different

  • Melisa K

I took my 4-year-old pup in for a dental consultation after finding one of his teeth had fallen out. They were able to show me that his teeth needed intervention and provide a written estimate for cleaning and extractions that included

  • Jordan Hermary

Great vet clinic and very understanding with my concerns, we had one cat have a bladder issue that had nothing to do with his neuter but they gave me a free check up and medication for my cat at there own cost. I would recommend this

  • AJ P

We brought our Dutch Shepherd in to be spayed about a month ago. The doctor was very pleasant and communicative and the incision from the surgery didn't bother my dog at all. She healed quickly and without a problem. Highly recommend!

  • Dianne Kovacs

We had our first pup neutered here in Oct., and just had our female pup spayed last week. Both surgeries and recoveries went great. On Pebbles you can barely even tell she had an incision! I would totally recommend this clinic.

  • John Nelson

Dr. Faith Graham was very patient and kind with our anxious dog this morning. The vaccination appointment went very smoothly thanks to her care and skill. The staff at the front desk were also wonderful.

  • K

So happy with our experience with this place. Price was so much more reasonable than any other place I called. Very clean facilities. All in a very easy process. Definitely will recommend them to others.

  • Danny Assaf

I can't say enough good things about Edmonton Spay & Neuter clinic. The facility is always spotless, and I appreciate the attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The waiting area is cozy and welcoming

  • perry

Dr.Toor and Dr.Channa are very nice and very professional. You are in good hands when you choose them. I had them neuter and treat my old dog's arthritis. I was very please with their expertise.

  • Cheyanne Johnson

Was nervous to give my kitten for surgery, the girls were so nice and put my mind at ease. Even called a few days later to see how Mouse was healing. Great experience

  • Andrea Marion

I am so grateful for the vets and staff at Edmonton Spay and Neuter Clinic. My girl Roxy appreciates the care you provided her a critical time in her life. ❤️

  • Brittany Sharpe

Super affordable vet services, the ladies at the front were very friendly, and the vet was amazing with my kitten. Would definitely recommend it.

  • Mel Barter

Took care of both my boys neutering. Friendly, professional staff. Reception is amazing. It's a busy little center but they run it smoothly.

  • Richard

Compared to other vet clinic the prices here are much more affordable! Staff are nice and accommodating! Definitely recommended!
