One of my favourite dresses was totally ruined at this place named Eco-Wet Cleaners Travalgar Rd Oakville. When I had just paid for my dress to be dry cleaned, before leaving their store, I noticed that the fabric had faded unevenly. When I asked them to explain what had happened, they persistently denied that they caused the damage to my dress. On a previous occasion they did not clean my jacket properly and regrettably I decided to give them a second chance. On both occasions, the services at this Eco Wet Cleaner’s were so disappointing. I would not recommend this dry cleaners in Oakville. I left the store feeling so dissatisfied as their standard of customer care and services are appalling.

Dropped a coat off to fix the pull tab on the zipper mid-week, was told to come pick it up on Saturday..Saturday rolls around and they still haven’t ordered the part they said would be required. I decided I could order the part myself and when I went to get my coat, they had pulled the zipper off the track and the man was raising his voice at me as he struggled for almost over half an hour to put it back on the track. All they needed to do was put a pull tab, there was no need to remove it completely of the track. Now I have random cuts on my brand new coat. I would not recommend this place.

The only place I trust with my wet-cleaning. I drive from Grimsby to Oakville to go here.. they use high quality non toxic soaps (I have chemical sensitivities and there is barely a scent but the clothes are spotless), they take care with my items and they finish washing quickly. I even trusted them with my lace wedding dress- which they cleaned so delicately and also ordered me a box for safe keeping. My go to for about 7 years now!!! Eco-Wet cleaning is in a league of their own truly <3

I used this store for probably almost 10 years and the owner went out of his way to deliver quality. I was rarely disappointed. Unfortunately the owners' (husband and wife) attitude has changed and I was recently not satisfied with their workmanship. They implied that they were receptive to receiving a tip. It would appear that the good quality that they once delivered now comes at a premium (without being official).

I had dropped off a jacket that was in bad shape and wasn't sure if it could be saved. The owner was very transparent from the beginning about the difficulties, however he took on the challenge. The result? Wow did they over deliver. My jacket looks brand new. Very pleased with the quality of their work. I have been coming here for around 5 years with various dress clothes and again those were done exceptionally.

I highly recommend this shop for dry cleaning. I had a very big stain on a nice jacket and the owner spent multiple weeks and went above and beyond what he needed to and helped get a near impossible stain out. They care about the quality of their work and constantly go above and beyond!

This place was amazing. The woman working there was so nice and sweet. I would recommend this place 100%. My experience was good. I needed my suit cleaned urgent; they were very quick. and my name is kitchen stuff because I would like to be anymos.

I dropped off a suit at the dry cleaners with a horrible stain on it. They were able to remove all the stains and return the suit very quickly. I've been to Eco Wet Cleaners multiple times since they provide quick service and great prices.

I had given one of my dresses for dry cleaning, with a really stubborn stain and when I got it back, I couldn't spot any stain marks. The service was also really fast. I really recommend this dry cleaner to everyone.
