I ordered 5 dishes @9pm it was hot and ready @ 9:15pm. I'm particularly picky with my Chinese food cuz It's what I grew up with and I've been spoiled having lived close to Spadina Ave, Chinatown. Food was decent, I ordered fried rice noodles with beef and bean sprouts, Shanghai noodles (with house made Char Siu ...BBQ pork), fried chicken wings, shrimp fried rice and Beef n Broccoli (Canadian Broccoli my husband's choice). The noodles had the right chew, the rice noodles were a wee over done but the Wok Hei (slight smokey char) made up for it. The rice was great as one would expect fried rice to be with a handful of big juicy whole shrimps. Beef n Broccoli had the right chew and the right sauce, not the type of sauce that snaps back. The Shanghai noodles were tasty but on the slightly sweet side maybe because the strips of Char Siu is slightly on the sweet side. Chicken Wings were perfect, big and perfectly fried. Juicy and crunchy. I didn't have any expectations going in but I would definitely order take out from them again. The portion size is much more than what I usually got served downtown. Especially when they give you 10% off when you pay with cash! #supportlocal #etobicokeeats #latenighteats

I've been to dozens of dim sum restaurants in the GTA. This was the worst. Food I ordered: - Deep fried squid tentacles: not bad, but not great - Kalbi: deep fried to a crisp, it tasted like jerky. Probably my fault for ordering kalbi in a dim sum restaurant, but this was bad. - Har gow: flavorless - Beef cheung fung: flavorless, and the beef filling had an odd consistency - Beef short ribs: super chewy - Char siu bao: barely any filling, and the bun was very dense - Egg tarts: sweet, but somehow the filling was rubbery! - Mango pudding: good, but they served it initially without condensed milk, and we had to ask for it, which really annoyed me. Then they brought the smallest little bowl of milk I've ever seen... I have only ever written five star reviews on Google, but the service at this one combined with the brutal food warranted a review. Normally I don't expect much service at a dim sum restaurant. They bring the food, I eat it, it's tasty, I leave. But our waiter somehow managed not to say a word to us the whole meal. When I asked for a refill of water, he placed a pitcher of water next to my empty cup and walked away. The tipping point for me was serving the mango pudding without condensed milk, and acting surprised when we asked for it (the mango pudding picture on the menu has the milk on it). It was just a ridiculous experience all round.

BEWARE! There are bugs in the food here. I saw a LARGE cockroach walking over the meat in the glass bbq case. I alerted someone there. The staff did not seem alarmed or even slightly concerned/shocked by this. It was then squished with a napkin IN SIDE THE CASE and removed. I went on the toronto public heath-Dine safe to look this place up. In July 2017 it was noted that the restaurant had "INADEQUATE PEST CONTROL: Operator fail to provide adequate pest control- Significant" not minor my friends but noted as significant. God only knows what other pests lurk and feast there. What happened to this place it used to be about 3/5? Also, I really don't like how the staff eat and assist/serve etc. at the same time. Take a proper break people please and serve me without food in your mouth. But that is minor in comparison to the bug issue.

I ordered from Dynasty on UberEats because I’ve ordered from them before and the food was delicious. When the package arrived, I opened the first container to see a dead bug in my dumplings. I instantly closed the container and threw the whole order out because of possible contamination to my other dishes. I got a refund back for the shrimp dumplings only and heard nothing from the restaurant when I gave them my review and reported the bug right away. They didn’t reach out or refund the entire meal, I was very disappointed as it was a large purchase. I alerted Public Health Toronto and they went to inspect the place and found cockroaches in the kitchen. They were given a Pass a few days later but I’d watch out everyone.

The food was okay at best. The only good thing is that it's pretty empty, so you don't need to wait for a table. We ordered Dim Sum, and the food came out fast (well...it was empty in there), but the shrimp balls tasted a bit funny. The best thing I ordered were the shrimp rice rolls, but even then it can't compare to other Dim Sum places. Squid tentacles are usually one of my favourites, but I couldn't bring myself to finish the remaining two pieces. Everything was pretty "meh". At least I don't have a stomach ache and it's 11 hours after eating there. So...we'll call that a win? I guess out of convenience, it's ok. Parking can be tight due all the other shops people go to.

  • Mary Phan

It's an alright establishment located in a plaza right by Lawrence and Black Creek. There's a good amount of parking though I can see it getting busy during certain times. I think some people may come here for weddings but I'm not too sure (though I think it's a strange option to). I mean, I wouldn't say it's a super awesome place for getting Chinese food but it's not the greatest to say either. Just average, but standard Chinese food. My family would sometimes come here to order takeout if we are really feeling for some Chinese food with the family. I've sat here a few times to eat and like I said, just nothing too memorable about it.

You can look pass rude waiting staff and dingy, slightly unsanitary looking restaurant space if the food was good. Unfortunately, today was gross food. The soup tasted like it was watered down with dishwater, fried dim sum arrived lukewarm bordering cold (?!!), and despite having half of a roasted pork hanging on display, they served us old, microwaved roasted pork evident by excessive pooling grease at the bottom of the plate. It may have been better in the past, but it’s a no-go as it stands today. Be kind to yourself and go somewhere cleaner (with 99% likelihood of better food too) for your dim sum fixes.

  • K T

The quality of this restaurant has gotten worse over the years, yet they were just mediocre to start. You can tell by the vacant tables in the restaurant when you walk in, and the worn out look on the overworked servers. Dim sum is overpriced which makes it worse considering the food quality is so poor. My suggestion is for the owners to do a taste test on all their dishes and re-train cook staff. Place extra care in serving better quality dishes with better quality ingredients. Exert better quality control. I don't see this restaurant lasting much longer otherwise.

  • Kevin Zhu

Food quality isn’t as bad as the reviews, but when you spend thousands of dollars for a big gather ofc the food would be above mediocre, nothing wrong with the chef but the waitress and waiter are sketchy af, we told them to allow us to pack it but they kept taking our food away when we weren’t even done, even more alarming when we told them ahead of time we want to pack the food ourselves but they never brought it out on a dish, rather packed it in a little box. I suspect the staffs were stealing our food for themselves to eat for dinner.

  • Dopey D

Right off the bat…the man and lady looked at me like I was bothering them by interrupting their conversation when all I did was walk in and wait for someone to give me the food I ordered. Terrible customer service. Bland food and overpriced. My first and last time coming here. This is Toronto. There are tons of really good Chinese restaurants around. $17 for black chicken fried rice is ridiculous.

Some of the best Chinese food in the city. Attentive fast service, food comes out piping hot and everything we've ever tried there is very good. Not a cheap Chinese spot, but considering the quality and quantity of food the value is fantastic. Very large menu selection including Thai dishes. Nice atmosphere. Easy to park. Weekday evenings are quiet and the dim sum on weekends gets a good crowd. Recommend to call ahead to see if there's a big party as it can get loud when there is one. They partition off a portion of the room.

  • Larissa Aradj

This place is good for a dim sum fix. Not the best I’ve ever had. Fun decorations inside and plenty of room for large groups. Anytime we’ve been it’s been pretty empty inside so the service was quick. It’s not the traditional dim sum where they walk around with carts and you pick what you want, instead you order from a menu and write your order on the paper yourself. Menu is nice because it pictures everything so if you don’t know the names of things you can still see what you’re going to get. Free parking in the plaza.

  • Andre Ponce

The food is decent but the service is awful. I had to ask 5 times for water and they kept waving me off. The last time I asked a different server she had explained to me that they had no more cups. What kind of restaurant cannot provide enough cups to a table that isn’t even fully seated? The end result we ended up paying our bill and not receiving any water. My family was parched and had to go to a convenience store nearby just for a drink. Don’t give them your money

We usually go there around 10:30 pm on Friday nights after our prayer meetings but we've also been there for lunch. Service is always quick and the food is very tasty. My son can't get enough of the shrimp balls and I love the beef with mushrooms. But the real draw for me is how pretty the restaurant is with its colourful lanterns! It's much prettier and more cheerful than your usual cheap chinese food place and that does boost the appetite!

Most places are packed for New years . And they are too . But they do their best to attend to you. Ginger lobster fairly priced and exquisite. Seafood plater delicious ! Shrimp fried rice like no other. Overall fairly priced . Non of the long line ups and extended wait . I've come often prior to covid and received a delicious and free hot tofu desert at the end of my meal which really hit the spot ! Great family restaurant .

  • Neil Doctorow

STRONGLY recommend this restaurant. Absolutely the best quality food we have experienced at an authentic Chinese restaurant. We ordered Peking Duck, Seafood Chow Mein, and beef with broccoli for new year's Eve. Cannot stress how incredible the food was.

Great tasting food, the service was good as well. There's only one complaint I have to say, I don't like when staff are constantly talking to each other in a foreign language starring at you while laughing. I felt as if there was a joke being told about us, and really wanted to go up to the staff and ask "what's so funny I want to laugh too?" (awkward ambiance)

  • Jaqui Quil

Ordered Dim Sum items from UberEats with my husband; the food was subpar. Only thing that stuck out to me -personally- were the steamed BBQ beef buns. Other than that, it tasted just like any other Dim Sum restaurant place. The pork Siu Mai felt and tasted frozen, they arrived frigid cold and we only live 2 mins from the restaurant.

We were greeted at the door and everyone we dealt with was very friendly and attentive. There may have been too much to choose from, but we managed. The food was good, served hot and the ingredients were fresh.. I was a little hesitant to come here because of a few comments online (dingy and rude come to mind) but glad we chose to find out for ourselves.

Getting expensive lately but still one of my family’s favourite restaurants since we came to canada in 08. Been the same server. Always nice to us and food always good. He gives us free taho(soft tofu dessert) at the end if not fortune cookies. We always get Pecking Duck and YeungChow fried rice and soup. I’m glad they survived corona

  • Nataly Cis

Food is good, not great but good. The fried rice can be better. The prices are mediocre but the reason they loose a point and maybe even. 5 more is due to service, they are always unpleasant and almost come off as rude. My family has gone there more than 5 times as it's the closest, but I won't go as it's a real turn off how they are.

  • a.desorden

I would give more stars because I Like the food, I like coming here because the its really close by, but the server sucks, he doesn't make you feel welcome doesn't smile and seems like he hates working at this place. You say thank you and he just walks away like you don't exist, i could go on but im done for now, till next time.

The worst food I've ever eaten. The chicken was mainly skin and the sauce was nothing but watery honey. Lemon chicken was like chewy leather and the lemon sauce was yellow water. Ginger shrimp had 7 shrimp. Shrimp fried rice was frozen in the middle. And this cost $52.00. Unbelievable! If I could give a minus rating I would.

Sat down with my family for lunch and a cockroach walked across our table. Thankfully we had not ordered food as yet and we left right away. I've only heard good things about the food but cockroaches walking across the tables in broad daylight.... I'm sure this place needs a health inspection

First time visit with my family, the food look good but don’t tasty as it look. Some dishes taste stale and seafood not fresh at all. Those food are the same price with the other places around China town but the quality is way too far from them. Overall I think it’s very expensive and the service is just ok.

We 3 people have been here for dim sum today, the beef and pork also the chicken feet are rotten and the bill was $94. The waiter or owner seems put customers money i n his pocket. Very disappointed with this restaurant. Wonder why no one report to the city about this place.

the wonderful restaurant. There are many families and old Friends gathering over delicious food. I highly recommend the dim sum. I highly recommend the Vietnamese dishes in the seafood. New paragraph. The service is exemplary and the table maintenance is very high

This Chinese restaurant serves a classic menu and style of dim sum (offered all day) and dishes. Possible choice instead of going to Chinatown. Prices are moderate to high, for the quality of food and service. Eclectic Chinese decor. Free surface parking.

My order was wrong the guy came back to my house for the food that we had already open to remake and then bring it back I have never seen a restaurant do this nor is it sanitary to do so I told him to keep the food and they refuse to give any refund.

Came here for dinner with a friend saturday night and the food was not great we ordered chow mein and sesame chicken. Everything was very bland and notice staff from the kitchen were not wearing face mask. Wouldn't recommend spending your money here.

Food quality is not consistent. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's just ok. I guess it depends on who is the cook of the day. But overall, it's ok because there's no better Chinese restaurant in the area.

Great tasting Chinese food with generous portions and reasonable prices. The menu has lots of pictures of the food so you can order with your eyes instead of just reading a description of the food.
